Hello,
Indeed, I did a test, and it seems to be a problem if you use a standard footer. the only solution for a moment is to use a footer template from the Cloud Library => https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nE51MfLV7hE
Thank you for your understanding!
Hello,
I just installed the Newspaper X theme in wordpress and no matter how many times I try to update tagDiv composer, tagDiv cloud library, and tagDiv social counter, I am constantly getting verification failed message. The theme is showing as registered. Kindly help me. I am also not able to see any of the layout settings in Theme Panel. I have to only import pre-built websites and then tweak. This is somehow not seen exactly as many of the videos that I came across on YouTube. Many people have various layout options in categories, footer options, and header options etc. But, I am able to see nothing. It’s showing blank with only one option.
Please help. I am stuck.
Thanks, Phalgunn
Hi,
Using our theme you can choose from 3 mobile versions
-> mobile responsive => https://www.screencast.com/t/oJ2ShOp47
-> mobile theme plugin => https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
-> mobile page => https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
If you created the mobile pages with tagDiv Composer, then when you install the Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin (the mobile theme comes with its templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).
This is a video about Responsive Newspaper Theme, AMP & Mobile Theme, Mobile Pages & Templates -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
So, the mobile responsive is what you see then that you select the viewport on phone => https://www.screencast.com/t/matV17hH, so some settings may apply for each viewport(where is the border blue), and others are not(where the border is black).
The mobile page has the mobile templates from Cloud Library => https://www.screencast.com/t/YCcZ8rL8
Mobile responsive version of the theme and the mobile page editor can be edit with tagDiv Composer, the mobile theme plugin not.
For example, you can have the mobile theme plugin activate and use the mobile page/mobile responsive version for the homepage/pages, but for the categories pages/404 page you can’t use the mobile page/mobile responsive version if you have the mobile theme plugin activate.
So, if you want to design the pages with tagDiv Composer, you can use the mobile page or mobile responsive version.
I hope this information helps you!
Thank you!
Hello,
If you have a standard header, then you need to go in Theme Panel -> Header -> Top Bar => https://www.screencast.com/t/FZgKRBbCnxR and disable the top bar, also, you can assign a menu in the top bar and display the social icons, etc => https://www.screencast.com/t/nhKpE83Ho
If you have a header template from Cloud Library, then you need to edit with tagDiv Composer https://www.screencast.com/t/Y5j6ArY8Ug, select the row on the top, and with right-click you can delete it => https://www.screencast.com/t/fdBMaqQevyo
Hope this helps you!
Thank you!
Hello,
If you have a header template from Cloud Library, you can edit the logo and header with tagDiv Composer => https://www.screencast.com/t/zuhG8uGZe, select the header and you can remove the logo image/text and add a new logo =>https://www.screencast.com/t/WSquHPNqT https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HXQQygkCCJo
If you have a standard template then you need to go in Theme Panel -> Header -> Logo and Favicon => https://www.screencast.com/t/jk2I1xs4FH2
Hope this helps you!
Thank you!
Hello,
What version do you use for mobile? mobile responsive version, mobile page or mobile theme?
So, the mobile responsive is what you see then that you select the viewport on phone => https://www.screencast.com/t/matV17hH, so some settings may apply for each viewport(where is the border blue), and others are not(where the border is black).
The mobile page has the mobile templates from Cloud Library => https://www.screencast.com/t/YCcZ8rL8
Mobile responsive version of the theme and the mobile page editor can be edit with tagDiv Composer, so you can change the logo with tagDiv Composer, for the mobile theme plugin you can not edit with tagDiv Composer, you need to upload the logo in Theme Panel -> Mobile theme -> Header => https://www.screencast.com/t/cEh4lPyC
Hope this helps you!
Thank you!
Hello,
You have a header template from the cloud library and this header can be edited with the tagDiv Composer https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ezaaE2VP7V8 -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HXQQygkCCJo, with tagDiv Composer you have more options to redesign the header, compared to header style from Theme Panel, but if you want to use the header template standard, please select to “No template” =>https://www.screencast.com/t/dOKqTURR and you will see the header style, also make sure you have the tagDiv Standard pack plugin activate.
Hope this helps you!
Thank you!
Hello,
If you have a Pro Prebuilt, then you have the single post template from Cloud Library, so you can edit it with tagDiv Composer, please check this video => https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I1R3j1QYod0

Hello,
I’m trying to switch my site to the cloud library but am stuck on breadcrumbs. My site uses a custom taxonomy for breadcrumb structure. Previously, this could be set through Yoast and added to the site template; however using the Yoast shortcode on the cloud template doesn’t display correctly.
My other option is to use the theme’s breadcrumbs, but I can’t find an option to switch taxonomy. In the theme panel, you can choose taxonomy for CPT, but not for regular post. Is there a way I can get this to work? I’m pretty comfortable with code but I’m not sure where the breadcrumb structure is generated from for cloud templates.
Thanks!
My tagDiv Cloud Library cannot load, it says Invalid reply from server endpoint. Can Someone Please help me out.

Hello,
You can make tests with the cloud library on a staging website and after all, you can choose what template do you want to use.
We recommend a mobile page template for faster loading => https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
Thank you!
Hi fabioloutfi, hi vlad,
I hope it´s ok with you that I join the conversation. It seems that I have encountered a similar issue, maybe it helps solving the problem. If not I can open another ticket.
So,here´s the issue:
I can install footer templates from cloud library and can edit them right after downloading.
But later in my list of cloud templates, the “edit with tagdiv composer” option is not displayed if the template type is “footer” – with all other templates it works fine…
In the theme panels´ footer options I selected an edited cloud template.
I don´t have the basic plugin installed (and I don´t want to install it again due to page speed).
cheers, Kristof

Hello,
Can you tell me what form you imported from the cloud library or is it a form from another plugin?
If the plugin uses a shortcode you can add that shortcode in an element called raw HTML => https://prnt.sc/10jfzg2 or another alternative you can try to set the shortcode in column text or text with title in text zone => https://www.screencast.com/t/yzHiFcS8g8 -> https://www.screencast.com/t/uDXaxJ8JSKFB and see if this work. The shortcode is automatically saved.
Thank you!
Anna Maria, please:
is there a way to see forecast how would be a cloud library theme without making it operational on the site?
I would like to get an idea before choosing it…
My theme is London Pro, can I test every mobile cloud or choice is only for London Pro mobile?
And last: for a faster loading, you would suggest cloud mobile better of plugin mobile?
Thank you very very much, because we don’t get out of loading times,
despite having applied all the guides and advice over and over again..
Best to all of you
M

Hello!
Please reinstall Cloud Library and also TagDiv Composer plugin.
Make sure you have WordPress, theme and plugins up to date.
Thank you!
Hello,
Please try to do the steps using only tagDiv plugins and see if the problem persists, because is possible to have a plugin conflict.
Also, if you use the WPBakery for pages, we strongly recommend using only one of those plugins with our theme (WP Bakery or tagDiv Cloud Library, but not both).
Thank you!
Hello !
This happens because not all of your templates are fully editable using tagDiv Composer. You can either import a template for each option you would like to customize ( template for posts. template for categories, template for author, etc…) And that can be done by going into the Cloud Library:https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloud-library-templates/
Or the easier way is to simply install a PRO Demo https://forum.tagdiv.com/demos_introduction/ ; All the PRO Demos are fully editable using tagDiv Composer.
I hope this was helpful!
Thank you!
Anyone else having an issue with the latest AMP WordPress Plugin 2.1? I updated today and the site would not load got a high cpu spike and could not get into site with safemode and had to use CPanel’s WordPress Toolkit to display the plugin and site loads again. I went ahead and deleted the deactivated plugin then use the Plugin Page of Newspaper Theme Panel to install, and it did but when I try to activate will not activate. I get this error in the debug logs:
PHP Notice: Trying to get property ‘term_id’ of non-object in /home/fwbp/public_html/wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/state/category/tdb_state_category.php on line 313
PHP Notice: Trying to get property ‘cat_ID’ of non-object in /home/fwbp/public_html/wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/state/category/tdb_state_category.php on line 489
Not sure these errors are related.
Thought I would ask if anyone else had this issue, or if I have some plugin compabilty issue.
We recently upgraded to version 10.4 and it has caused the heading menu on some of our pages to disappear and be replaced with a search bar. I think this might be due to changes in the new versions of tagDiv Cloud Library or tagDiv Composer, but we haven’t been able to identify the issue. Here’s an example of a page without a header menu: https://regulatory.news/regulators/regulator_regions/americas/
In our staging environment we are running version 10.3.9.1 and the header menu appears correctly on the same page: https://staging19.regulatory.news/regulators/regulator_regions/americas/
Can you let me know what changed between 10.3.9.1 and 10.4 that might be cause the issue?
Thanks for the help!
Hello,
When you install and activate the Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin (the mobile theme comes with its own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).
Also, usually, the problem is from the cache plugin used, because the mobile layout will have a different design and most of the cache plugins do not recognize this and provide the mobile version for desktop (or vice versa).
Also, if you use multiple cache plugins this problem may occur.
We tested and recommend the WP Super Cache plugin https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/

Hello,
Seems you have the Mobile theme plugin activate, when you install and activate the Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin (the mobile theme comes with its own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).
Better deactivate the plugin and see the results.

Hello,
Unfortunately, that template is not in the Cloud Library, but you can explore the Cloud Library to find another template, for example https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_gourmet_pro/mini-pineapple-upside-down-cakes/ -> https://cloud.tagdiv.com/rocky-road-bites/ or any other => https://tagdiv.com/what-is-the-cloud-library/ and redesign it with tagDiv Composer
