Hi there,

we have on our webpage http://www.mkk-echo.de each day the problem, that the WP Login is not working. Just when we deactivate the plugins

td-cloud-library
td-composer

Thats the errormessage from the wp-login page
“We have again access to the page. Then we have to reinstall a wordpress version and we can activate the plugins again, that the work is working as expected. After a couple of hours the same issue appears (most over night).”

We tried already different WordPress Version, deleting other plugins, etc. Nothing is helping.

What can we do here?

Thanks in advance

Hello,

You do not need to buy a new license because the cloud template is included in the package.
More documentation about the cloud templates is here:

Hello,

You have the mobile theme plugin activated; please disable it.
Using our theme you can choose from 3 mobile versions
-> mobile responsive => https://www.screencast.com/t/oJ2ShOp47
-> mobile theme plugin => https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
-> mobile page => https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
If you created the mobile pages with tagDiv Composer, then when you install the Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin (the mobile theme comes with its templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).
This is a video about Responsive Newspaper Theme, AMP & Mobile Theme, Mobile Pages & Templates -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
So, the mobile responsive is what you see then that you select the viewport on phone => https://www.screencast.com/t/matV17hH, so some settings may apply for each viewport(where is the border blue), and others are not(where the border is black).
The mobile page has the mobile templates from Cloud Library => https://www.screencast.com/t/YCcZ8rL8
Mobile responsive version of the theme and the mobile page editor can be edit with tagDiv Composer, the mobile theme plugin not.
For example, you can have the mobile theme plugin activate and use the mobile page/mobile responsive version for the homepage/pages, but for the categories pages/404 page you can’t use the mobile page/mobile responsive version if you have the mobile theme plugin activate.
So, if you want to design the pages with tagDiv Composer, you can use the mobile page or mobile responsive version.

Thank you!

Hello,

No, the post content needs to be done with Gutenberg or a classic editor. You can create the post template for posts, categories, pages and so on.

Hello. I have a problem with newspaper. The site doesn’t look alike on view on pc when editing homepage. It looks like it is loading from site defaults, from newspaper theme and the tagdiv doesn’t change anything on mobile. I don’t use JetPack, so this isn’t a problem.

Plugins I use:
– All in one seo
– AMP
– Classic editor
– Elementor
– Essential addons for elementor
– EWWW Image optimizer
– Copy and delete posts
– max mega menu
– nitropack
– premium addons for elementor
– royal elementor addons
– simple local avatars
– sitekit google
– snippet shortcodes
– tagdiv cloud library
– tagdiv composer
– tagdiv mobile theme
– tagdiv newsletter
– tagdiv opt-in builder
– tagdiv shop
– tagdiv social counter
– tagdiv standard pack
– wp statistics
– translatepress
– wpcode lite
– wpdatatables

I tried to on/off NitroPack, but still this didn’t worked.

Hello,

In the theme panel, those options refer to disabling the image ads from displaying on specific devices (https://i.imgur.com/tDcrsfC.png). This is for the Adsense ads, to set a size (https://i.imgur.com/uBOz7Xq.png), but the options to not show on a specific viewport do not apply.
But I recommend using a cloud template instead of the standard templates for posts, categories, etc.
More documentation about the cloud templates is here:

Hello,

I recommend using the single post template, and there you can achieve that. There is an issue with the sticky sidebar for posts that use standard template, which will be fixed in the next update.
For standard templates you can enable the sticky sidebar from Newspaper -> Theme Panel -> Template Settings -> Smart Sidebar

Thank you!

Hello,

In normal mode, it shouldn’t, but anyway, it recommends using the cloud template, meaning you shouldn’t use the templates in the theme panel, but rather those from the cloud, and disable the TagDiv Standard Pack plugin.
You only need the TagDiv Composer and the TagDiv Cloud Library to access the cloud templates.
Yes, it doesn’t appear because you don’t have the TagDiv Standard Pack plugin activated.

Thank you!

that’s great, I didn’t think I could right click on it

Could the use of tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Standard Pack have a negative impact on the site’s SEO? Could it make the site heavier?

Also, do tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Standard Pack need to be activated to have access to designs from the tagDiv Cloud Library?

Lastly, in the Theme Panel > Post settings > Default post template (site-wide), I can see the 13 styles available for selection. However, on another site where I’ve recently installed the same theme, these styles don’t appear. Should they not be appearing on my site as well?”

Hello,

For the issue with the image link, you can try to use this option -> https://i.imgur.com/LmJjrn7.png
For posts loop this is the path wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/shortcodes/common/tdb_loop.php and tdb_loop_2.php
For flex Block 1 you can find the files in these paths
wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/includes/modules/td_module_flex_1.php
wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/includes/shortcodes/td_flex_block_1.php
and for single this path wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/shortcodes/single

For most of the premium features like above it says, Flex Block BuilderThe Cloud Library Module Template set for this block is not valid or it no longer exists. Please select another Module Template.. I have already added the Module from cloud library but still it says Flex Block BuilderThe Cloud Library Module Template set for this block is not valid or it no longer exists. Please select another Module Template.

Hello,

Please don’t use the AMP plugin because it is deprecated. You need to use the composer, select the viewport for the phone and try there to fix the header.

Hi,

I would like to make some changes in code regarding the templates that are responsible for
– post loops
– Single post pages
– Some flex boxes

On category and tag pages I use post loop. On single post page i use template from cloud library with some design modifications. But i need some “under the hood” modifications in php for single as well as for the post loops. Can you tell me which php templates are responsible fr this as I can see many of them inside the Newspaper theme folder as wel as in the td-composer folder.

Thanks. And if there is more information needed, please let me know.

Hi karemfouad, I moved this topic from Newsmag to Newspaper because it appears that the theme you are using is Newspaper.
1. The tagDiv Optin builder is already activated and updated – https://i.imgur.com/ostWkQA.png there is only a problem with the plugin version, the version should be 1.6.1 and because it is 1.6,1 the update button is all the time display.
2. Since you are using the Newspaper theme you’ll need to add the ads using tagDiv Composer on pages and cloud templates, please check our guide from here – https://forum.tagdiv.com/article-ads/https://forum.tagdiv.com/ads-adsense-overview/ -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=biTpVVlr8j8
3. If you want to hide it only on mobile please use tagDiv Composer, edit the single post template and select the author box, the hide it on each view port. There is an option that displays hidden elements, like in your screenshot. Please activate it from the website manager https://i.imgur.com/4sPQZ2U.pnghttps://prnt.sc/yhtJPDWeozed It may be needed to refresh the page in the composer after activating it. Please try it. Also, the hide option should be set on each viewport – https://i.imgur.com/p5dMrnt.png
4. To have the same content on mobile as on desktop then please disable the tagDiv Mobile theme plugin.
Thank you!

Hi,

I’m not talking about the functionality. I believe the functionality is working 100%

My only concern is, the tagDiv Cloud Library plugin is adding this columns with does not have any correlation with my custom taxonomies: https://i.imgur.com/jKmDpeO.png

Please allow user to disable this behavior.

Thanks,

Hi,

Please compare between TagDiv Cloud Library plugin active and deactivated.

You will see when it’s active, there is a color and image box. This is a bug.

Thanks,

Because you use the same category template. You can duplicate the template in order to make it different or assign manually other template than the global one. https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloud-library-category-templates/
