Please set the wp-memory and the requirements like our guide -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ also, make sure that you are using SSL and you have a good bandwidth; the one from our server is 1GB/s, and the one that I use at home is 500MB/s, if you have low bandwidth, then you can access parts of the cloud, this can be done from the frontend, for example, if you are on a post -> https://i.imgur.com/4G74M7F.jpg or from tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/2F6MhfI.png or from backend -> https://www.screencast.com/t/wekHmc7kJ8J
Also, you can check the console if you receive a message error.

I like to know how to install the Newspaper theme from Cloud Library. I could not find this theme from Add WordPress installation. I bought the Newspaper 12 Theme, but I want to use the cloud library theme.

I created a post cloud template for a specific cateogry but is not working.
I assigned the template to the category from the panel, saved the settings several times, cleared the browser cache and nothing changes.

I have a problem with the (Leopard – WordPress offload media) plugin for upload to external host. It takes > 30 seconds to just load the media library. Each and every time I open it. Using the WP health plugin I found the cause seems to be in either tagDiv Cloud Library or tagDiv Composer. Without them it loads in 5 seconds.
It’s similar to the problem someone else posted, but never got an reply to.

I have two sites with Newspaper Theme.
In either of the two I can’t add a new cloud template, tagDiv Cloud Library doesn’t load, it stays loading permanently.
I see that in the console a series of failures appears
Hi, I used to edit cloud templates very well lately. Recently, it started showing this error, “Invalid Reply From Server Endpoint.” I checked with all required specs such as WP_MEMORY_LIMIT, everything is up to par. Noticed that when I go to the My License section, it’s showing “No domains associated with your license key” but the theme is well registered with an Envato purchase code. I installed it on two domains, https://zimbamusic.co.zw and https://zimbaread.co.zw. On the latter site, cloud templates were working fine. But on the first one, https://zimbamusic.co.zw, I keep getting errors when trying to use cloud templates.
Please note that these two sites are on the same server and have the same configurations. Kindly help!
@Bettina, as you said, it wasn’t working. So I reinstalled the theme. And I was asking that question in case something happens in future. So please tell:
if I change the theme demo/ reinstall the whole theme? It will delete that RAW HTML or Now its SYNC with tagDiv Cloud?? I am worried that it gets SYNC and attached to my profile.
I also noticed while reinstalling theme, raw tagdiv code is present there even if theme is deleted. So how to delete it just in case someone wants to delete?

TagDiv composer is absolutely new to me, and I like it. Unfortunately when I try to chose ie. a new header from cloud library, the templates does not load, and the page freezes.
Would you be so kind to help me.

If you have a cloud CPT template, then the header should be applied to this cloud CPT template if that header is global.

If your articles previously used the default template, then you need to manually change them to the cloud one. Check the theme panel settings too. This situation arises when you want to have different article templates. (Both default and cloud).

The single cloud template is on Global but it still don´t uses it on every post.

Edit the article and choose the cloud template(Gutenberg editor). Make sure you have the single cloud template global in Cloud Templates section.

If you made a page or a cloud template and want to import it, then you can do it manually by copying -> https://imgur.com/Wo4yp58 the code from the page/cloud template and past it on the new site in an empty page/cloud template.
An alternative is to copy the database because all the theme settings, pages, and cloud templates are stored there. Unfortunately, sitting is not as simple as copying and pasting the content of a page/cloud template.

I am working with Newspaper for the first time. I did a full install of Revenant. I’ve been poking around, and for the life of me I can’t figure out how to replace the logo.
– cloud header template logos have been replaced
– theme panel, header, logos replaced
– page editor, header menu, header logos are replaced.
– site identity is just allowing for site icon
What am I missing?
