using Version: 11.5.1 on Newspaper on fresh WordPress 6.1
can not assign any templates for pages from cloud templates page (wp-admin/admin.php?page=tdb_cloud_templates). no errors in the console. Page templates box just stays emplty.
I aslo noticed that there is no ‘page content’ element in tagDiv editor list, but just ‘page title’.
Since this weekend and updated to the latest Newspaper theme version, my website (MyHealthyApple) is only showing the desktop version of the homepage and not the mobile version via the plugin. When I click on a link to a post, the mobile version of the post shows up.

I’ve tried deactivating the cache plugin (I use Cache Enabler and check-marked the option to Create a cached version for mobile devices), deactivating Cloudflare (tested via Developer Mode), reinstalling the mobile plugin, rolling back to the previous Newspaper version, refreshing the cache, and so forth. Nothing at this point has worked.
I also have a question about the toggles for mobile theme (see screenshot mobile theme enable/disable in Gutenberg)
When these are toggled off, as in the screenshot example, is the mobile theme disabled or enabled? It’s not clear based on language.
Since I am not using the mobile plugin and NOT the mobile theme, I’ve toggled these off assuming that means the mobile theme is disabled.
Clearly, something is not right, I just don’t know what.
Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
I also have the same problem. I had to create all my pages in php manually. Since cloud never pulls the page we set up.
They say the problem is never their theme. Funny, I have tested my site with several themes and it works normally.
But strangely, with Newspaper I have dozens of conflict and horrible indexing performance with the mobile page.

An easier workaround could be to use cloud templates and add the custom field as a shortcode. “Column text” and “text with title” elements have a button called “edit content” and if you click on that button, the WP Editor will open and you can add some text/code/shortcode there. To see the changes, save the changes in Composer and view the page.

Also, the cloud way. I have 2 fields, 1 text and one with the date picker. I can only choose one, it does not show the second field, the date-picker.

Please check the link is not AMP, because it is not compatible with cloud templates.
Check the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB and you can fix the CSS issues from the element’s settings.

We are not willing to use the mobile theme plugin and want to use the same design for AMP as well.
The tagDiv demo/cloud template which we have used is also using the same design for AMP. Here it is:

Hi,
Please edit the page normally and change the setting for the page into Template: Default template because I think you have there the setting: Pagebuilder + Latest articles + Pagination and these are not editable by the tagDiv Composer plugin.
The standard pack plugin became deprecated, so I recommend using cloud templates.

Hello, I need your help, I don’t get the new categories in the megamenu or menu that I use from the tagdiv cloud, I don’t know if it’s a bug since the last update, I attach screenshots and a link to the new category.
Please assist. We are using the Cloud Templates on our site. We have done some testing with ACF (Advanced Custom Fields) and attempted to use the ACF shortcode to display the text. The ACF shortcode [acf field=”post_dek”] does not seem to work with your theme.
I just found this post and would like to know how we get the block “Single Post Custom field” to display so we can use this on our theme. I will be happy to send over our WP credentials if needed. Please advise.
We would like to display our WP Excerpt fields on our web pages under the post title. We are using the Cloud Templates on our site. We have done some testing with ACF (Advanced Custom Fields) and attempted to use the ACF shortcode to display the text with an entire new WP field. The ACF shortcode does not seem to work with your theme. If we are not able to display Excerpt fields or ACF (using shortcode) what does your team recommend to accomplish this type of request?

Hello, This issue still seems to be occurring. We have turned off all of our firewalls and even basically all of out plugins at certain points to try and fix this with no luck.
Do you happen to have any recommendation for hosting an Siteground, while using Cloudflare as we can not control the setting you are speaking of in your last message? The SG Optimizer has been disabled and tested, but that has not helped the issue.

I have tried everything, reinstalling tagDiv composer, tagDiv cloud library, recreating menu in composer, deleting wp rocket cache, redis cache, cloudflare cache, changing number of viewed subcategories for mega menu in composer, recreating menu in wordpress, but everything failed.
Only thing that is now fixed is menu on mobile, but not the desktop menu. Mega menu is still showing all categories instead of subcategories..
How could I fix this?

I uninstalled the tagDiv Composer, as advised, and cleared the cache to no effect.
Currently, as per previously stated advice, the only plugins I’m running are tagDiv Cloud Library, Composer, Newsletter, Opt-In Builder, Social Counter and Standard Pack. I’ve disabled everything else to try and test, yet I’m still not able to use the WP Editor.
I am beginning to wonder if this is a problem with GoDaddy’s service itself?

OK, for anyone trying to figure this out just don’t bother. Here’s the response I got from support…
Unfortunately, the information from your listing from that plugin cannot be displayed in the cloud CPT template.For that, you need to create some custom elements that are able to pull the listing information from the database and display it. When you unassign the cloud template, then the default version is displayed there. Unfortunately, for the default version, you can not change the header or have more headers on your website.
I have no idea why they aren’t clear on this. Plugin CPTs do not integrate with Tag Div Composer. It’s taken me 6 weeks to finally get this out of them.

Yes, all seems to be fine. In the cloud templates, you should add the ads when you edit the post with TagDiv Composer in the element called ” Single Post Content ” in the tab ADS. Documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/article-ads/
Or you can use the element called “Ad box” from TagDiv Composer and there you need to add the ads: https://forum.tagdiv.com/ads-adsense-overview/
If you want to use auto ads(are displaying randomly in your website), then they should be placed in the Theme Panel -> Analytics/Js Codes.

You have a cloud header, then you need to edit the page with tagDiv Composer => https://www.screencast.com/t/MIhm17tgIJeX select the logo and disable H1 on the logo => https://www.screencast.com/t/T6pvm7wR9 -> https://www.screencast.com/t/P7DuA9su from header and footer => https://www.screencast.com/t/31zJzmsS also if you use a sticky header.
The H1 must appear only once on the page/post and must be applied to an important element for SEO, usually placed on the logo.
