If you want to use Mobile cloud templates for your website, make sure you either select AMP in the mobile theme option from Theme Panel or Disable Mobile theme plugin.

TD composer is not working when i use td composer to edit my page. It just sits there and spins. Also, I can’t download any cloud templates. I was able to, then halfway through the editing process it just stopped.
I’m still using 9.5 (I’m too scared to upgrade).
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, my website is working ok. I’m only getting this message in the cloud library and I cant install cloud libraries or edit exiting templates. This doesn’t seem to be the same issue as per link. Are there any other suggestions?
Hi, I tried to adapt a post single cloud template and it is all good but as soon as I add an RAW HTML Element (I only tried to place an div and in a second szenario I tried to place an shortcode) it creates the following Error:
Error at zones: 6(models) : 0(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)
It seams to be a general Bug. Please check and fix.

Please do the following steps
1. disable tagDiv Cloud Library plugin
2. uninstall tagDiv Cloud Library plugin
3. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
4. re-install tagDiv Cloud Library plugin again from Newspaper plugins => https://i.imgur.com/TH3zG0p.png
5. activate tagDiv Cloud Library plugin
6. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully

I am trying to edit some text in a Page which I have imported from cloud theme. And the WP editor is not working. Any idea how can I get it fixed? https://prnt.sc/1r17olg Here is the screenshot of it. I have already tried clearing the cache and uninstalling and installing the tag div composer.

Also, the settings from theme panel do not reflect to the cloud templates, because the settings from Composer have priority.
When you enter again to the theme panel, the settings you changed before are saving in the theme panel? Please let me know.

Hi MGatehouse, I’m sorry, but since we didn’t tested this plugin I do not know exactly how it should work and how it should look. AS for the compatibility, we want to make the theme better and our developers are searching to find a way to prevent the content to repeat on cloud templates, but about the compatibility, I think that it will be need to be integrated, since the theme is not tested with this plugin.

If your settings are missing, then please make sure you have Standard pack plugin installed and active.
If you use a cloud/PRO template, then there is an element in TagDiv Composer called “Single Post Smartlist”.

The Disqus plugin works only with standard posts style, but with single post cloud template has a different structure and this plugin cannot work with them, and also, Disqus is not a tested plugin.

If you want to add it o a normal page, then you should have a cloud template for that page and use the element called “Column text” or “Text with title”.

Thank you, I was able to add the Tag Cloud. However, not able to control the color of the Text in the tag cloud. It is currently black, and I want it white.
I think I have played with all the options on the theme panel. Is this something I need to go into the back end files?
I am also not in love with Tag Cloud, it really doesn’t support multiple tag criteria, like Mens and Boots. Perhaps I should use a different search widget. Any suggestions?

The other users can open it, but the changes made are not saved.

To make the website full width you can choose “Stretch row and content” or “Stretch row and content (with paddings)” you can stretch the row after your needs.
There is a conflict between tagDiv Composer/Cloud Library and WP Bakery.
So, I gladly recommend you to shift from WPBakery to Composer, because WPBakery is an old builder plugin.

You can find the blocks in tagDiv Composer https://www.screencast.com/t/dzoLvyI6, but I recommend you to use the Flex Block and Big Grid Flex Block which gives you more adjustment and flexibility options than blocks 1-25

The list of the filters for the posts loop you can find in td-cloud-library/includes/tdb_config.php, in the get_loop_map_filter_array function, 42957 line.
If you want to modify the information in the modules for posts loop, you need to change one of the following files:
– td-cloud-library/modules/tdb_module_loop.php and tdb_module_loop_2.php

Thanks. I setted the widgets on my sidebar (defined in template) from WordPress UI in “Apparence” – “Widget” (Mailchimp Widget, BBpress Widget..).
I already replaced somes Hn tag by div or paragraph with “Title tag (Seo)” option in Post Cloud Template to not interact with Hn post structuration. But i can’t view this option in Block Text in Cloud Livrary Template or in Widget that i added in WordPress UI

Unfortunately, I can’t access your website to verify what template you use, but if the name of the template is like this https://www.screencast.com/t/0Zp7lhMjLZ43, then you can’t edit it with tagDiv Composer, to can edit with tagDiv Composer you need to import a cloud template from tagDiv Cloud Library and assign it, you can check this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6m8-EebnfM0 the steps are the same to import any template.

Hi socialengaged , I think that I know what the problem it is here, the theme that you are using it is a little different from the rest of them, this has for example in category cloud templates flex blocks that are not filtered after the current category and also the posts loop has an offset on it. What you need to do is to edit the cloud templates with tagDiv Composer and https://i.imgur.com/sjVxsSS.jpg and make sure that the big grid flex do not have any offset -> https://i.imgur.com/RMrE1ej.jpg then filter it after the current category https://i.imgur.com/qs4mrm0.jpg then the problem should be solved, or in case that you remove the category grid, select the post loop and remove the offset -> https://i.imgur.com/4F3J12V.jpg

Hi sygnumcode , most of those are referring to the images that should come with the pre-build website when you install it from our cloud, also when you upload cloud templates you make requests to our server.
