Thank you so much for helping me with the meta info formatting. I have added a plugin to display read time and added the shortcode to the Cloud template Single Template – HRE. I would like to add this to my Cloud Template Category Template – HRE as well. The Block I need to add this to is the Post Loop block. Where would I add the extra code below into the theme so this appears in the category pages as well in the same location?

I am not sure I don’t understand what you mean. How does the “Category – Current category” in the Cloud Template – Single Post template used?
Apart from that, is there anyway to have the side bar to show Posts of the same category as the current Single Post category? If yes, can you recommend how it can be done?

Usually, this kind of problem is caused by the cache plugin that you use.
Also, if you are using Cloudflare, please make sure that is set as in our guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/, you need to disable the Rocket Loader.
Also, you can try to do a test using the theme plugins and other plugins that are tested with it, clear all cache and see if the problem persists.

The problem that you are reporting it can be from more causes:
One of them is when you are using an older theme version then Newspaper v10.4, with WordPress v5.7 or bigger, the last version is Newspaper v11. -> https://themeforest.net/item/newspaper/5489609 -> https://i.imgur.com/Rm5ZxMZ.png
Some times it can be from a plugin conflict (I saw that you checked those steps).
Also sometimes it can be from some changes made in cloud templates or pages, usually this situation can be checked be removed all cloud template and check again, if the problem is not persisting, the it is from a corrupter cloud templated, this need to be identify and use the revisions -> https://i.imgur.com/PCErPaJ.png

If you have a Single Post Template from Cloud Library, then you need to edit the post with tagDiv Composer => https://www.screencast.com/t/jHatJGC1qRf, select the Single Post Views => https://www.screencast.com/t/NhUGCRfI and with right-click, you can delete it.
If you have a standard template, then you can disable the post views from Theme Panel -> Post Settings -> Post and Custom Post Types => https://www.screencast.com/t/LAv90B5eZ (please make sure you have tagDiv Standard Pack activate for standard template)

The Newsmag theme is quite limited, it has less options, elements and demos, also there are no cloud templates and the theme builder is use only for pages.

Unfortunately, there is on general option to set the font in one single place and to apply on entire website, sorry! You can use this option https://i.imgur.com/yel8ehH.png it will apply on a good part of elements.
The only way is to set the font in theme panel > https://i.imgur.com/IeJgt4I.png and if you use cloud templates you need to set the fonts with tagDiv Composer on each one you use.

From the last update, this plugin is no longer required because the new demos are using cloud templates.

Also for the problem with the logo from footer that do not have height and width, what you can do is to use a page as a footer or use a footer cloud templates, those can use the logo element and this have the option to set the height and width on logo image.

Since last Friday, the composer is not able to load a (cloud) template or site. It stucks at the loading circle animation. The console shows the following Error:
Firefox: Uncaught SyntaxError: JSON.parse: unterminated string at line 1 column 12201 of the JSON data.
Chrome: Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected end of JSON input at JSON.parse
What I tried:
- Deactivated all Plugins (except the tagDiv ones)
- Deactivated the Childtheme.
- Followed the guide tagDiv Composer not working
When I first run into that problem it was not urgent to respond to that but in the meantime for some reasons the header disappeared from one of our templates, which makes it crucial to get composer to work.

I’ll try and explain.
This is what I do:
– I open a new page
– I go to the Cloud Library
– I import the Artist PRO homepage template
– The template is added to my page
Wait.
I see what is happening.
The thing is: I only wanted to use the newsletter element that sits at the bottom of the Artis PRO template. That’s why I imported the thing. And this newsletter element is missing from the template.
However, I see now that the newsletter element is actually a part of the Artist PRO footer template. So I should not have imported the homepage template but the footer template.
Wow, it took me a while to realize that.
Anyway, I’ve found it. Sorry for the confusion.

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Did you use WP Bakery? If yes, we strongly recommend using only one of those plugins with our theme (WP Bakery or tagDiv Cloud Library, but not both).

I saw in the video you have an admin-ajax error when you try to upload the image in post (isn’t a page) usually, this issue is related to a firewall or security module which blocks the admin-ajax.php request.
If you don’t use a security plugin, please ask your host about this, maybe you have a security module that blocks this.
If you use a plugin like Wordfence please set it in learning mode.
Also, if you are using Cloudflare, please make sure that is set as in our guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/, you need to disable the Rocket Loader.
Also, make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
and please increase all lower requirements, and follow all steps.
Also, as I said above, please do a test using only tagDiv plugins clear all cache (also from your browser) and try again.

This is not correctly, you can update the theme from Newspaper v9 to v11 without needed to rebuild the website, all you need to do is to make sure that you update the theme correctly and all theme plugins are installed and activate, since you had Newspaper v9.7.1 you must install in Newspaper v11 the tagDiv Standard pack, tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Cloud Library and if you use newsletter or social counter, then you nee to install those plugins too. After that the website should be the same like was in Newspaper v9.7.1.
Also the error that you attached is not about our theme or theme plugins, as I saw is related to migration that is coming from other plugins then ours.
Also for images you need to check to see if the images path was changed or not, if those are still in media library or not.

I think that you are referring to the “Special Filters” -> https://i.imgur.com/MEao7eP.png those filters need to be use in specify places, for example the “Category – Current category” can be use only on cloud templates, the “Single -….” only on single post template from cloud and the “Author – Current author” can be used only on author cloud templates. That it is way was not apply for you, because you tried to use a filter from a cloud template in a single post templates from cloud.

I would like to set up a related posts section at the bottom of the article page.
The GOURMET PRO has elements called ‘Single Related Posts’. (I don’t know how it judges the related article though…)
I am currently using the COV 19 ITALY PRO, but that template does not have ‘Single Relate Posts’. It was not found in the tagDiv Composer Add pane or in the Cloud Library.

I am using “DEFAULT PRO” pre-build website for the base of my website.
Inside the Cloud Templates -> “Single Post Template – Default Pro”, I have updated the sidebar’s Filter -> “Category filter” into “Category – Current category”.
However, in my website, in the Single Post, the sidebar is not able to show the current categry posts but it is showing other category post. My post only have 1 category for each post and I have checked to ensure there is no multiple post.
Is there a bug related to Newspaper theme?
I use the newsletter plugin. It’s already activated.
The problem, I think, is the actual template in the Cloud Library.
