The only thing I would like to ask is please make the thumbnails in publish view look as good as they look in the TD Composer mode.

I understand now.
The problem is with the ‘tagdiv composer’ plugin. Because before wordpress that I used was upgraded, the display can still be used as usual.
When I upgraded my wordpress to version: 5.0.3, it didn’t appear.
Because the wordpress editor is the latest version and when I try to install the old version editor from wordpress, I still get the same problem.
First, when I click edit on the page I want to edit, if the page I am editing is still loading, the part I meant above is visible.
But when it’s finished loading, the part I meant above seems hidden or not showing.
I beg for help, if necessary, try the latest version of wordpress, for the ‘tagdiv composer’ plugin.

We have not made any changes to how the thumbnails are created or added image filtering that would affect quality. As I mentioned there will be differences between predefined blocks and flex blocks, more visible specially in smaller modules like in this case.
Predefined blocks have the same functionality in this matter since their introduction.
If in your case there are visible differences between the composer edit screen and the actual page, we could take a look. Send us admin login by email at contact@tagdiv.com so we can check it. Include a link to this topic in the email.

I have a similar problem with the TagDiv composer not working, its showing Error at rows: 5(models) : 0(dom). The model does not match the content
I tried to install WP Super Cache, but it is not allowed and won’t install.
I have disabled and re-activated all plugins and clears the cache. Just started today, we updated to 9.5 yesterday so I assume that is the problem?
Any ideas?

When the cloud plugin is active, you can import/design cloud templates (for posts, categories, authors, tag) also block designs, sections etc and use them.
It will also provide additional elements in the composer such as the loop elements, the new header builder elements, header manager. Also the option for post auto-loading.
Without it none of the above can be accessed.

We have recently started facing issues with the category URLs for the category pages created on TD composer and otherwise coded.
We had created category pages using the TD composer and added then to the menu. We also assigned the templates to the respective categories using the theme panel.
This seems to work if there is one level category as in the URL for the category shows like
url is https://www.joshtalks.com/joshkosh/career/
However wherever there is a subcategory the URL is that of the template 🙁

Which should be

This link redirects to the category template again.
This is a bilingual website using WPML (Compatible plugin)
Now we had already have an issue with incompatibility between WPML and cloud templates. The issue is that we cannot assign category templates to translation languages as in there is no option in theme settings> categories> per category settings.

We had opened a ticket with support and you were quite helpful saying that this issue will be looked into

WPML support was also very helpful and said that they are in touch with the Tagdiv compatibility team and this is in process.
So meanwhile we decided to code the pages in the category settings.
However this is running into major issues with the category URLs. The primary categories are all right

Disabled all plugins and it’s not a plugin issue especially not a WPML issue
We are kind of struggling with this. I would really appreciate if you could let us know if we are doing something wrong 🙁

I discovered why is the problem occuring. It only happens when the page attribute is set to “Pagebuilder + Emptypage”
If you set that attribute then you can’t edit with TagDiv Composer. That’s probably a bug or something.
You can check it trying to edit this two pages with TagDiv Composer:

If you change the page attribute you will see the problem disappears. I provided you access to the admin panel to check it.
Moreover, in any page I made with TagDiv Composer in the past there always appear an advice saying “The current content has not beeing created with TagDiv Composer”. That’s not true, because the pages were made with TagDiv Composer.

I have the latest verison of newspaper theme and i ve been having this issue for a while. I have home page created using the visual composer that comes with Newspaper. I set up the Block 12 to show the latets posts of my site. While this work the number of comments shows on the block is always zero, then as you scroll down to older post, the comments counts always shows 620. even i have couple of comments.
I tried the update comments count plugin, tried removing disquss, its always the same issue. Even though the comments counter is correct if you go the category page.

You can place any element that is available in the composer. So while designing a cloud post template you can place the post sharing in the sticky mode

I have it installed. My question was, how to add it on a sidebar since it’s only accessible through tagDiv composer.
Shortcodes will not work in those fields. You could create or import a cloud header template.
With the new header builder options you can design the header in the composer, so you could add a text element (like the column text) in the header and enter the shortcode there

Text elements will work with shortcodes.
Hi, After downloaded newspaper 9.5 from themeforest and deleted all old theme and old plugin, I uploaded the newest theme. Everything is okey except when I install plugin from Plugin tab inside Newspaper theme.
It’s said this :

I agree that some feature images are too small. But that is not real source of problem.

Do you see the huge quality gap between two sets of thumbnails?
And I said again, in the TD Composer mode, every thumbnail looks great. I can give you my account (through email) so you see the page in Composer mode by yourself.
And again I work with Newsmag for several years now and I don’t have this problem. I strongly believe that there is something wrong with Newspaper. Please look at it more closely.

Hello, I’m Amina. Welcome to my blog!” ? I feel like I’ve tried all of the elements including the template “saved shortcodes” and can’t figure it out.
My mistake was, that I dropped all elements on the page into only one row, so my result affected basically the whole page.
That is solved now. Case closed!
As a side note: I feel that TD Composer doesn’t yet help very much to see and manipulate rows. There is no clear visual divider between rows. Not a major isue, just a friendly feedback.
I did find the problem and it’s in the Demo. I did a lot of work and reinstalled the whole site again. It was loading perfect until I Installed Church demo. After installing church demo TD stops loading correctly and it takes forever to load. Uninstalling the demo resulting in TD Composer working back normal. Could you please fix that bug so that we can be able to use Church demo? Thanks

I got that problem that tagDIV-Composer and tagDIV-AMP suddenly automatic are deactivated. It happens one or twice a day, and f***s our frontpage up. All on our site are uptodate.

More clear:
In published view: flexes are sharp, other block are blurry.
In Composer: everything is sharp.
What I mean:
1) Not all block thumbnails are blurry: Flex thumbnails are very sharp but other block thumbnails are blurry. You can see the test page on my site:

Where in Block 1 the thumbnails are very blurry, but they are sharp in Flex 3.
2) Thumbnails of ALL blocks are sharp in Composer. But they become blurry in normal viewing

Hi,
The header builder/manager requires the cloud library plugin to be active. If this plugin is not active there will be no header builder elements in the composer or header manager button option in the composer
