Usually I have no issues updating the Newspaper theme, then updating its various plugins, but this time, I got this error and can’t continue with updating its plugins. Please refer to screenshot. May I know how to fix this? Is this a bug?

I have no access to the tagDiv Composer. I see in all the videos and demos that there is a tab at the top of your screen on the front side to open it up. I have no such tab “Edit with TD Composter”.
I wish there was regular support for this theme so I could send screenshots and to give dev access to the WP, like most other themes I work with, rather than just a forum.

Hi,
You can set the shortcode provide from that plugin and set in a widget ( custom html or text img) and set it in a sidebar, after that set the sidebar to the posts.
Or you can use tagDiv Cloud Library and edit that template and set the shotcode in template; after that set the template to posts;

Working on TD Composer is very frustrating due to this ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE error when the whole website building activity depends on this composer, you guys need to do something about this error if a substantial amount of subscribers are facing this issue rather than just copying and pasting the same response which yields no result. We are very disappointed with the solutions available on this forum. The time we need to waste on finding the right solution on this forum is unbelievable. We have purchased many themes before; believe me their support system is much better than Tagdiv team.
Presently tagdiv composer is enabled only for creating pages but I want to add the tagdiv composer for creating a new post. Please help me on this

That’s an error we are all scared about! The server goes 500.
I’ve seen this topic many times on this forum, it looks like many of us are facing “Out of memory” errors from the theme.
It’s been weeks trying to solve this and I sadly still don’t see any solution.
PHP Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 2097152) (tried to allocate 36864 bytes)
I did try setting 128, 256 and now 512M of memory, both on the PHP and WordPress config, but still face this issue.
We are using Newsletter 9.2 on three WordPress sites, this issue is coming randomly on each site.
The main line of code where it’s happening is in:

I cant do proper SEO with TagDiv composer. It says: Text contain 0 words. This appears in every page because i use TagDiv composer.
Yoast cant read anything from TagDiv composer. Is there a way to continue using TagDiv composer and make proper seo with yoast?

till few days ago I didn’t have any problem with the theme on cinaoggi.it. However, after the update, the site crashes. I made some test and the site is working with other templates. Using the Query Monitor plugin I saw that td_composer and the theme create some slow queries. Can you please help me to solve this issue?

I can’t extend or minimize the dashboard widgets on my WordPress admin screen. It seems to be a Newspaper JS-conflict. When I open the debug console of my browser (Firefox 64), it shows
ReferenceError: tdcContextMenu is not defined"
in

The default shop page cannot be edited with the composer and stretched, as I mentioned above. That will be possible only if you build a page with the composer, display products in it, stretch the rows etc.

The default woocommerce page cannot be edited with the composer, it will occupy the full theme width of 1068px. If there were only two products per row they will be larger.

Hi Simion, sent reply to Bogdan and he said my site was getting a “404 error on a tagdiv composer file.” I made sure all folder and file permissions were set okay per his recommendation. I also reached out to host, Godaddy, and they said there is no block or security block on any files on my site. So I currently sit without a solution.

All of the sudden, when I try to save content when editing in TagDiv Composer, the circle just spins and spins without confirming anything has saved. Also, when I open the Content Editor within TagDiv, the input box is blank and doesn’t show me the content to edit. Please advise!
Nevermind – it was an update issue – for anyone else reading this / having this issue, the tagDiv Composer didn’t update itself with the theme, same for WP Bakery / Visual Composer, and you’re required to go to Plugins -> deactivate and delete both of them, then manually upload them once again, after downloading the updated Newspaper theme from themeforest. Activate them, and it’ll work.
Well, basically the title sums it up, the tagDiv composer is missing after updating WP and Newspaper, the Sticky blocks from the page are no longer sticky (not that I could fix them, since the composer is missing).
The homepage now also displays this bit of code, instead of the actual blocks:

If code is displayed then the tagDiv composer has not been updated automatically. After you update please check in the theme plugins panel and there should be an update button for the composer and other theme plugins

Please clear your browser cache and check again. Clear the website cache as well. The issues with the theme lazyload were fixed in version 9.2.2 so there should be no more problems.
What exactly is happening with the composer? Could be caused by insufficient resources

In this case the hosting provider should be able to increase them if needed. Note the code provided at the bottom of the guide, that code fixed composer issues in many cases for example, once entered in the htaccess file.

Since i have 4 Newspaper themes, i ve tried to check on one testing site, which is not developed yet. Simple front page, not designed with composer, just text.
As soon as i installed new version of Newspaper theme, all plugins got in conflict and cannot be activated if td-composer is activated, i.e. theirs activation leads to white blank pages.
