I have the same problem. The TagDiv Composer worked fine until 3 days ago. But now when I launch TagDiv Composer the page remains white.
TD Composer does not play well with shortcodes. When shortcodes are added to Column Text elements they echo back code instead of the desired function.
The link provided by support in several of the forum articles to discuss a solution is broken.

If I try and edit literally any page with TD Composer, it takes me to an error page
The TD composer has disappeared after updating the theme.
I have a page that I’ve updated to use the TagDiv Composer. I also have the TagDiv Mobile Theme plugin enabled.
How come everytime I input text on the mobile editor, it overrides the changes I make in TagDiv Composer? Is this a bug?
Clicking on Fav icon takes me to home page. But I cannot see a tagdiv composer there.
I haven’t created a Home Page. My site’s front page is home page. The fav icon takes me to front page. I want to edit that with tag div composer.

1. The text editor window can be dragged across the screen (click and drag by the black bar)

So it should be easily re-positioned in the page. The content entered in it will be saved automatically when the editor is closed or when you click outside the editor window

2. The title element has options to choose a heading, set the one you want

3. Only the last row in the page cannot be deleted. A row has to be present in the page so you can add elements in it and begin building the page. All other rows can be deleted.
4. Some examples would be helpful here. What exactly you want to do. The elements added in a row will depend on the row width settings

It may take a while to get used to the composer, as with all things. We will improve it however in the future. The cloud library will also be improved (still in beta at the moment).
Note that you can save anything in the page and reuse it (either through the right-click menu or key combination Shift+S)

5. The transparent menu is granted by the page template used

The template with overlay menu will apply only for the pages where it is selected. Not on posts, category pages etc.

Please make sure that you have active the tagDiv Composer, clear all caches and try to resave the permalinks.
Also please deactivate all non theme plugins and try again..

The sidebar can be place in pages/templates from cloud library with tagdiv Composer, or in post with widget ( Sidebars tutorial ).
If you still do not find the sidebar please provide some screenshots and details with the settings you make and the result you get.

For composer problems there are a few things to check. First would be the requirements guide

Insufficient resources most likely will cause problems.
If there is no need for modifications in that matter, in some cases the solutions from these topics worked for blank pages or pages not loading, you could give them a try if possible

Ultimately we could take a look. We will require admin login and also cPanel or FTP if possible.

1. Please make sure that you have the tagDiv Composer update and activate it.
Also please make sure that you have tagDiv Cloud Library activate too.
2.If you are using a cloud template from tagDiv cloud library you can set in it ads were you want.

We will try to find a solution for full compatibility regarding the tagDiv composer and WPML. Sorry again for any inconvenience.
It is true that the theme does not support RTL. The design is not optimized for a RTL environment, so there will be various problems in this case.
When creating a RTL website it would be best to use a theme that has been created with this in mind, or has support for RTL. I can’t say I know how I can be of help unfortunately.

I’ve imported SmartApp section from Cloud library for my homepage and 2 other pages and try to add some elements.
I use tagdiv composer to edit, add elements.
1. When I try to add element: “Text with title” is impossible to save the content, no save button and default save button is covered by the new opened block, see picture: https://ibb.co/fiWN0L
2. Why at custom title add H3 tag as title and not H2? (or customizable).
3. Why if I add some rows after I cannot delete them, do not have delete option? (show message: …should be deleted by composer, in fact are never deleted).
4. After I add text with title block how I set him to have the exact row size (margin) like others blocks/rows already existing in page (where I see the sizes of others rows / block?). I must to guess margin and padding? With inspect element isn’t any help.
Suggestion: Tagdiv composer should be improved for sure, especially when create pages, is very hard to understand him. Try to make it simple: add sections > set section structure > add desired elements to new created section structure like:text, image, call to action, gallery button, etc. And possibility to save a page to library to can reuse that structure. I know you give a lot of demos, but always demos should be customized and then it begins the hard part. With over 100K sales on BF, the Divi from ET could not be approach the situation wrong. Do not try to reinvent the wheel.

Since the most recent update, I have found that bbPress shortcodes inserted into pages previously created with TD Composer are causing the composer to fail (red warning about model not matching the content).
Site is thecarexpert.co.uk. We have about 30 pages that contain bbPress shortcodes, but this is one example:

The pages still display correctly to visitors, but I can no longer edit the pages with the composer as I get the red error message.
I have tried the usual deactivating all other plugins but that didn’t work. I created new pages after the update and get the same error message.

When I try to edit a page with TD Composer the sidebar loads but none of the buttons are clickable and the main part of the page has the circle icon that spins but never loads. I’ve tried clearing my cache and have used Chrome and Safari with the same result.

tagDiv Composer won’t open anymore. It just hangs forever with this error message. Right before this happened, I was building a new site at http://itresumewriter.com/ and had just added an Author Box to the homepage. No idea what caused it, but now the tagDiv is non-functional.
