I created a development site in Pantheon, and everything worked well. However, when I pushed it live, the TD Composer wouldn’t work. All other aspects of the Newspaper theme worked. TD Composer will open, but once I try to insert an element, it never stops loading. I’m wondering if there is a solution to this or if you could tell me where the TD Composer customizations are stored in the database so that I can just copy them over from my development site.

I created a page with TAGDIV COMPOSER >> and page attribution template “Default Template” >>

I don’t want to use pagebuilder+anything ….

I simply want to use my created page with sticky sidebar.

But don’t know what I am doing wrong, it’s not giving me to choose sidebar for the page if I setting template to “Default template”

I am showing latest post by categories in my front-page in block layout, some of the blocks showing the posts by the category correctly but some of them aren’t. While I visit to the category page it shows all the latest posts! I am unable to figure out the problem after inspecting for a long time.
Note: I have all the plugins and the Newspaper theme updated to latest version. I have tested this deactivating all the plugins but the vs composer(as its containing the blocks). I am using WP Super Cache and I have tested the problem deleting cache and deactivating the plugin but the result is same.
I have also checked the post order for the block and its set to its default -Latest-. I have also tested it setting the offset to some random number but some latest posts gets skipped.

On this circumstance I badly need your assistance to debug and solve this problem.

I have recently upgraded my system from newsletter 8.8 to 9.0 and after that I also upgraded the td composer as well. But for some reason I get the error

“tagDiv Composer were disabled because they are incompatible with this version of Newspaper”

I tried to overwrite all the files from plugins folder of td-composer, I tried to manually install the theme from newspaper plugins section… tried to delete theme and re-install from the files downloaded from your systen but nothing worked… I just can’t activate the plugin… same also applies to td-social counter.

My version of td-composer is 2.3… please help.

Hi, in the plugin section there are the revolution slider and the visual composer like optional to install, i’ve read how to install revolution slider and ive installed but in the revolution slider folder ther’arent other file like in the descricption and i cant register and update the revolution slider. The vj_composer file ther’arent in the theme pack download.

I have an older version of Newspaper & visual composer. I didn’t update to the latest composer because it said they were deprecated. I have many relevant pages with these tabs. So I just checked on these pages and the tabs aren’t working. A few days ago I hit “update Visual Composer” just ’cause I figured it’d be ok, but it didn’t update, needed activation key, etc. So I dont know if that triggered it. My question is, if I update both Newspaper and VC to the latest update, will that fix this problem or will the tabs remain “deprecated” or dysfunctional.

Apparently, I can not modify the “block 12” on the bottom part f my home page.

Now, I can’t even delete and restore it through the composer and I do not know what code I’m supposed to delete.

Since updating to Newspaper v9.0.1, we’re having problems with unwanted characters appearing in text on pages created with tagDiv composer.

For some reason, we are getting Ā and/or  characters appearing in “column text” or “text with title” elements, particularly near a £ symbol (which we use quite often). Please see this link for examples:

We have tried deactivating all plugins, updating Newspaper to latest version, reinstalling Newspaper, clearing all caches, etc. but nothing seems to work.

If I go into tagDiv composer and delete the offending characters, it will fix that element, but add the same characters to every other text element. And each time I do it, it seems to add double! So now I have some lines that have an enormous number of ÂÂÂĀĀĀÂÂÂĀĀĀÂÂÂĀĀĀ in them.

Can you please offer any suggestions?

Hello! Just upgraded to Newspaper 9.0, and am getting the following error lines, including on the public-facing site. All are in widgets.php.

As best as I can tell, it is code to clean up old/removed widgets.

I could start commenting it out to make the error lines go away, but that way lies madness.

Can you help me figure this out, and clear the errors?

PS — I deleted all the Tagdiv plugins from previous version of the theme, and uploaded all new ones. Only one activated is Composer, though.

Two installation problems:

1. When we try to upload Newspaper using WordPress, we immediately get this message:

< The link you followed has expired.
Please try again. >

We tried adding the theme on two different servers, same results.

2. We then uploaded it manually using FTP, and then we get problems with the td-composer plugin. After activating it, we get a blank screen, and then we need to deactivate it using FTP.

What can be wrong here?

Hi there,
Smart list block in TagDiv Composer?
I can only see the first entry of the smart list if i use a block and choose the category of the smart list. i would like however to show the entire list or a certain amount of entries on the page. i do have other blocks on the page..
can this be achieved? is there an option for that’ –> i have seen in some topic that you speak about “Smart List for Single Post ” Block.. but i dont have this option in TagDiv Composer?
could you please help or point me in the right direction.. thank you
