2. The front-end editor was disabled in our theme so only the back-end one can be enabled.

Please try to disable all the plugins except Visual composer, clear your cache and purge cdn files if used, then check again. If this does not fix the problem, you could do a fresh install with the latest version using the ftp method – https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ and install only the recommended plugins that come with the theme. Also make sure you use the latest Visual composer – https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/

You should only use visual composer. Our new page builder is experimental and not a final version. We removed it because most people believed they should remove visual composer and only use our builder. This is not the case. Please use visual composer and update it using this step by step guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/
The tagdiv composer is momentarily not available so you can only use visual composer.

In order to reset cdn files you must use a cdn server like cloudflare for example but if you do not use a cdn then you do not have to do anything in this regard.

This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

It seems that the image is not found on the server – https://www.screencast.com/t/eVCxUgCFP2k Make sure the image source is valid and it still exists in the post and the server. You could also try to disable all your plugins except Visual composer, clear the cache and purge cdn files to rule out a plugin conflict or a plugin causing this.

1. You could remove the More from author from the code so it does not display anymore. Just comment or remove this line of code from the file td_block_related_posts.php found in the theme folder->includes->shortcodes – https://www.screencast.com/t/vveTQPuDPSB9

It seems that due to some customization or by some other action, the html structure of the theme is broken. I would suggest to disable all the plugins except Visual composer, clear the cache and check to see if the problem is still there. If that does not fix this, please try to make a fresh install using the latest version of the theme and the required plugins. At the moment I see you don’t have the mobile plugin activated. A possible solution for the problem you are having is to deactivate all your plugins except Visual composer and the mobile theme, because this could be caused by a plugin or plugin conflict, clear the cache and purge cdn files. Then check to see if the problem is still there. If not go ahead and activate the plugins one at a time to identify the one causing this issue.

I have inspected your website and I saw that you are not using the latest version of the theme, you ar using the child theme and also, the required plugins are not updated, sorry! First of all, you should update your theme to the latest version of it which is 7.7, update the Visual Composer to 5.0.1, move the theme to the main theme, revert it to the default state, clear all your additional customizations, clear all your caches and check the results.
