The easier way to do it is with do_shortcode. THe news ticker is a rendered visual composer shortcode so using the function directly in the post template files is easier.
you cna set up your ticker the way you want it on a dummy page like so: http://screencast.com/t/iIKBu50mv and set all of it;s options.
The you can use the shortcode generated in classic mode and text mode: http://screencast.com/t/yLkdt8nsfK
Then you can place a do_shortcode function on each post template and add the shortcode inside: https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/do_shortcode/

Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme (Newspaper 7.3) and also, the latest version of required plugins (Visual Composer 4.12 and Social Counter 4.1). This update should be made only via FTP because this is the surest method in this regard. If you are using some untested plugins, please try to delete all of them and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. So, if your problem is still there after this advice, you should try to make a new clean install from scratch and then check the results.

Revolution slider and visual composer will add these messages in order to make people buy there products but you do not need to buy the 2 plugins as they are bundled free of charge and you have full access to the plugins functionality.

Please notice that the Visual Composer is not fully tested for their using on posts but only for pages and that’s why we do not recommend to use it for post pages. So, if you want to use the VC for posts, please notice that you will have to enable it from general settings like this -> http://screencast.com/t/WldjuASAR8h and then when you create/edit the post page you can add Visual Composer elements. Please notice that if you are using the VC on posts it could be possible to need some additional adjustments from CSS for better results which involve custom work. So, if you are not aware of them, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you!
