Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer, clear all cache and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. Unfortunately, until now we do not have any reports about this kind of error. Please try to make a fresh install and trying to run the system only with Visual Composer. I recommend you doing a fresh install via FTP by following this tutorial: https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ Your settings will not be affected as they are stored in the database. Simply download the latest version of the theme again and install it directly and see if your fonts work.
Also, please try to consult your hosting provider and check to not being some errors caused by the server.

I have checked your website and I saw your strange errors to page 43. However, I suspect this odd issue to come from your untested plugins which you are using in the theme. Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer, clear all cache and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. It is possible that your plugins to interfere with our theme and creates this type of issue. Please try my advice and check after this your page 43 and check if your problem persists there.

As for the social icons, they cannot be moved above the big grid as the sidebar only begins below it. The big grid will not display well on a single column.

Please try one more thing. If you have a child theme installed, please just install visual composer from the main theme. If this is not the case then please try to install the plugin via ftp. You need to unzip the indicated file here: http://screencast.com/t/RQSxW5EBpar then upload the folder js_composer in your-wp-install/wp-content/plugins on your server: http://screencast.com/t/hLQMV3wPi

Unfortunately the link you provided does not work.
On your homepage the image is not the problem but the block itself.

Somehow the block width is getting altered. Your block no longer has the default width.
Please revert the theme to it’s default state and check your block again. If you have no modifications you know of, it could be a plugin issue so please also try to disable all your plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files.

Sorry but our theme has no such setting. If you want to change the background color of a row in visual composer, this can be done from the row settings: http://screencast.com/t/yGItmgIkG and then use this css:

Please try to deactivate all your plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it to rule out a plugin conflict. We have no reports of such issue at the moment.
