Hello,
Unfortunately the sidebar cannot be aligned to your content because they are dynamic elements. The contend gets changed in so many ways that an alignment between the 2 is impossible. You can chose from a large amount of blocks and you can chose the excerpt length which also takes up space. And to top it off, the sidebar can be sticky so the content will scroll with the page. You cannot have it aligned as you showed in the screenshots. Sorry. The same applies to the categories. The theme was not designed to have the sidebars align to the content in any way. You will have to do that from the content if this is what you wish. You can try to have the same block in the page and sidebar so it can have the same amount of space between the articles and use visual composer separator if it helps.

Unfortunately it will not work like that. The easiest wqay to do it is to use a visual composer block instead. Create your block on a dummy page and set the sorting option you want to it. Then get the shortcode and implement it like so by replacing the array and the query _post function http://screencast.com/t/EO4kUS1j7

In order to achieve best results, please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer, clear all cache and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. After you have done this, please consult the guide below and then check your social counter and see how it works.

1) Please make sure you have the latest theme version: 6.6.5. If not, you need to follow this guide to update your theme: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/

2) Having the latest version of the theme is not enough if you do not update the social counter as well. You need to remove the current version you use: http://screencast.com/t/4jvRwNzK and then install the version of the plugin that comes with the 6.6.5 theme: http://screencast.com/t/9AKKURjTjX
You can recognize if you have the correct version of the plugin when you see the new app key settings: http://screencast.com/t/CIXxklBanNl If you do not have these settings in your social counter it means you do not have the correct version.

3)You need to follow this guide to get the requirements from facebook:

Please keep in mind that the social counter is not a live count. It will update once every few hours.

Once you followed all the above steps properly and made sure you have not missed anything, (and the social counter still does not work), then you can send an email to contact@tagdiv.com with your login information so we can further inspect the issue. The ad will show in the file you place the code from the topic in. That topic showed how to ad custom ads in posts. On pages, you do not need to edit the theme files as there is an adbox element from visual composer: http://screencast.com/t/gyvcnqN1smDm You can use this as every other element and position it to your preference.

Please ensure that you do not have any additional customizations in your child theme which may affect the theme behaviour and also, please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer, clear all cache and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme. Since the error is encountered only in your child theme and in the main theme everything works as expected, it means that the child theme (the customizations of this files) is the culprit. I have tested on my side using a default child theme and everything seems to work as expected.
If you try my advice and then your problem is still there, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so I can further inspect you setup page. Also, please provide the link of this topic so I can know who you are and what the issue is.

You can add your custom ad in an ad box in visual composer and then get the sortcode for it. For example
[td_block_ad_box spot_id="custom_ad_1"]
Then you can use the do_shortcode function like so:

Please check the sorting option you added to your blocks. They might not be sorted by ‘latest’
If this is not the case, you can try to increase the system status parameters https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
If the problem is still there, then please try to disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files (if you use it)

1) You simply need to ad the ad title in order to get them aligned: Please use the adbox for your ads:

2) You can add a custom css class to a row in visual composer and then use css to style it
for example: http://screencast.com/t/52xQ9CzHPL and then use css to add borders:

}
It will require further customization though
3) That is because you have a different implementation of the title. You use a text with title and since it’s a different element. Again you will have to use a custom class on your row because this css will affect every other text with title:
.td_block_text_with_title {

}
after you add the custom class you would use the code like so:
.mycustomclass .td_block_text_with_title {
padding-bottom: 5px!important;
}

4)You can use this css:
.type-post .entry-title a, .type-post textarea{

Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer, clear all cache and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. Also, if you have additional customizations try to delete them and install without them and see how it works for you.
