You need to translate the English (original language) header for each language in part – https://i.imgur.com/CDmeHCf.png you should have them imported for each language the cloud template – https://i.imgur.com/4agmUtg.png
A much simpler and faster alternative is to duplicate the cloud template you want to use in another language, edit it and select the desired language – https://i.imgur.com/z1CqgBo.png (edit the name) – https://i.imgur.com/dPX8ROs.png – https://i.imgur.com/Lc81IgP.png This method needs to be used to translate all cloud templates.
The pages are created with tagDiv Composer which is a page builder, when WPML is used it cannot translate everything that was built with the page builder and must be edited for each language separately. Please open the page in the editor and click on translate – https://i.imgur.com/TXH6y1c.png
When you make the corrections, make sure you are on the page with the language you are editing, and if you use the cache, or object cache, please clear it.

I recommend you use fewer features on the page, so the requests will be less as well.

I’m trying to add custom ads (non adsense) into wordpress. It doesn’t do anything.
Ads provider told me to put this code into html. What should i do? I tried from theme panel – doesn’t work.
Tried from tagdivcomposer (custom) – doesn’t work…

I have all plugins deactivated and when I activate TagDiv Composer plugin I immediately get a ‘critical error’ message. Just before this happened I had enabled OpCode in the WHM so I am assuming it has something to do with that.

I am continuousely struggling with translation of headers at my site.
My development site is https://finpro.international
I cannot translate the header by sending it to translation queue because the header is base64 encoded https://prnt.sc/ItxR3ZDFz6up. While I was able to solve this for particular fields in other documents by adding them to XML configuration, with header this solution does not work. Because it does not indicate any specific attribute that is encoded. I tried to add manually base64 encoded attributes, but I failed because it started to throw other critical errors.
WPML support proposed to create a translation using WP editor. I could successfully create the translation document by this method. But when I switch the language to English in Cloud Templates section, the header template does not appear.

When I go back to WP Editor I see it as English Translation of Russian.

But from WP Editor I cannot edit it using TagDiv composer, because it is missing!
The supporter of WPML is trying to reproduce the issue with compatibility of WPML and Newspaper theme. And she is asking for your involvement, whether you can assist her to install and reproduce the issue in their sandbox. I’m having an issue with the “more article” box not showing up on posts. It works fine on the homepage, but not on post pages. The homepage is set up tag-div composer, but the post pages are set up using style 8 of the default post templates.
I’ve tried all of the different options for the display articles options (from post tags, etc), but am still having the issue. It’s not an issue of whether there are enough posts to display, as there are plenty in each option.

For some reason the sidebar widget is left-aligning in mobile, even though the CSS of the widget is set to center within tagdiv composer. You can see an example here (scroll down nearer the end for the advertisement): https://rareparenting.com/books-for-children-about-disability/. Usually in these situations it seems I have to add CSS to the Live CSS within the Editor.. could you let me know what to add in order to ensure the widgets center align? Or is it something else?

A cache plugin doesn’t help much with page speed.

We have 3 options for mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page.Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and designs for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. A shortcode can be inserted by using the element called “Column text” or “Text with title”. For example, in the step3 here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/add-cryptocurrency-price-ticker-widget/
“Column text” and “text with title” elements have a button called “edit content” and if you click on that button, the WP Editor will open, and you can add some text/code/shortcode there. Close the WP Editor from X, save the changes from Composer and view the page to see the changes.

Yesterday, I noticed that my site login page was blank (the login/register form does not show) and went in to edit it with TD composer. I received this error:

td_api_base::mark_used_on_page : a component with the ID: td_resources_load is not set.

I have tried disabling all plugins besides the TagDiv plugins to no avail. I have none of the required TagDiv plugins disabled. I have little to no experience programming for web, so I am at a loss as to what to try next.

As has been public and well-known, during these previous weeks many pages with Newsmag Theme have been infected by a vulnerability in the tagDiv Composer plugin that redirects to malicious pages when accessed from a phone. It is a serious case.
My page (https://revisladosis.com) has been one of those affected and the recommendation of my Web Hosting (webempresa.com who did a cleanup with Sucuri) was to immediately update the plugin to the most recent version 4.2, if not I could delete the plugin (which is impossible).
I have Newsmag 4.9.1 which had been working very well, until now when this problem occurred. I have not been able to update that plugin, it does not give me the option.
I need to solve this plugin update problem urgently… I have lost a lot of traffic during this month of October, and that was exactly what made me suspect that something was not right

Everytime I activate the composer / standard pacl plugin it crashes the site.
1) I have updated the theme to version 12.6.1 today, after reactivating all the required plugins, my site shown critial error, and could not show the correct layout.
2) Also, Everytime I install tagDiv Cloud Library Plugin, it cause Ajax error then crashes the Composer Plugin and Standard Pack Plugin too. It cause the whole site down which i need to disable my plugin folder and reinstall everything again.

Thank you for your quick reply. I can understand the assumption that it should work as your test shows the correct result. But when I do some further tests, I find that when using TD composer adding the WooCommerce shortcode Woo Add to Cart makes the page fail. In fact, I removed everything from the page and obviously it shows a blank page with the header and footer, and more importantly no error. When I add the cart shortcode, the page fails.
Any suggestion on what I can do to troubleshoot?
