Hi everyone,
I wanted to optimize my Newspaper theme blog for mobile and made a custom mobile page with tagdiv composer. My problem is that I can’t change the mobile page that is shown on my phone to the custom made mobile page. I already changed it in the cloud template plugin but it just shows a grey yes under page templates->Homepage templates->Mobile page.
I would appreciate it if i got help.

If you click on that logo, you can see on the left side in the TagDiv Composer the settings you’re looking for.
Make sure you do not use the mobile theme plugin.

I was only able to edit the Social icons on desktop, i wasn’t able to edit it on Mobile with the composer.

We have 3 options for mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page.Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and designs for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Please see https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/ for more information.

If a page is not made with the TagDiv Composer builder, then you can not edit any page.
The builder will recognize only its elements.
We recommend using cloud/PRO templates in order to have the possibility to edit them with the TagDiv Composer, which contains a lot of functions and features, Please check our tutorial here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/

Hi everyone,
i have a problem with TagDiv Composer. I have 2 websites, the first one is actugeekgaming.com, on this one i can edit every page or post with tagdiv composer. But the second one, resumetonlivre.com, i can just edit the home page but not all the website and i don’t know why. It seems that i have to DL a pre-designed template from the cloud library but i can’t.
The goal is that i can change my post template and remove author box from posts or other things.

4. Why is impossible to edit Header in simple text Edit mode? I can manually then edit scripts, but in simple edit (non Visual composer) header I get only scrambled letters. Why?
Just suddenly I got this error.
“Errors at columns elements: 2(models) : 1(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)”
On all pages.
1. I tried to disable all plugins, disable w3 total cache, nothing the same error.
2. Also disable mod_security, for whole page, restart httpd, the same
3. I have also tried to create a new page using TagDiv Composer, but still no luck.
I see in the top left corner of the editor, on the background for previewing the page, the word “Delete” as if it appeared out of nowhere. I don’t know where it’s coming from and how to remove it, and I can see it on every page I want to edit using Visual Composer.
What to do next?
I need to edit my header, but can’t change anything.

I found a bug problem in the tagdiv composer on Extended shortcodes, namely colomn text and text with tittle. I can’t change, and edit the text, but Multipurpose shorcodes that Inline text works (editable). [Problem image]

dont judge I know there had some updates in between.
But now I have a problem to update the tagdiv composer from 2.1 to 3.9. The tags are not supported anymore. Do I need to build the site from scratch or does anybody has a workaround here?

You can build a sidebar with the TagDiv Composer. Steps:
1. Insert one new row (or delete an existing one).
2. Divide into two columns (2/3 + 1/3).
3. You can add whatever element you want to the second column and consider it a sidebar.

Make sure that the theme and plugins are up to date.
Check if you have the Standard Pack plugin installed and active in Newspaper -> Plugins. (default templates)
execute these steps:
1. disable TagDiv Composer
2. uninstall(delete) TagDiv Composer
3. install TagDiv Composer
4. activate TagDiv Composer
Deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones; if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache (also from your browser), and see the results.

There is probably a conflict with some extra code or a plugin. On my end, it’s working as it should. You cannot add space only to a paragraph in the tagdiv composer (there is an option for all the content). Please note that you should have the full-HD images uploaded to your Media Library. Make sure your image is not cropped and that you selected the full size. Please note that in some old blocks, you can’t control them.

Hello, The Error still occurs. Going Back to php 7 is not an option, as my provider does not do 7.4 anymore. What else can i do?

sql queries, that are destroying the server performance. when we disable the tagdiv cloud, the problem disappear, however it will break all of our theme.
Any predictions for a solution to the problem?
The use of the site is greatly affected. impossible to navigate, UX impact is very critical.
Is there any temporary solution? Should we disable some function?
