Hello,
Please edit with tagDiv Composer, select the menu and in the tab called “Mega Menu” you can change the image size https://i.imgur.com/nlvINiQ.png
Also, please let me know if you use a plugin to optimize the image or to set an effect.
Thank you!
Hello,
1. Unfortunately, I am not sure I fully understand the issue, can you provide more details?
2. You can design the sticky menu like the menu with tagDiv Composer, also, you can copy the style https://i.imgur.com/2Q5Mot1.jpg
Thank you!
Hello!
We have 3 options of mobile versions:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website is looking similar like on desktop, edit the page with TagDiv Composer, click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB ; there you can see your mobile version and you can edit the elements there.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance optimized theme included in the Newspaper main theme and it loads only for mobile devices. It comes with its own templates/design for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. For more details, please take a look here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/
A full explanation you can find here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
Please make sure you did the right settings for the mobile version you want to display.
Thank you!
Hello!
It seems that you use a plugin for that section. If you will disable it, then you can edit the element from the post with the TagDiv Composer and make the changes.
Thank you!

Hello @daringnesia!
Please deactivate the Mobile theme plugin and see the results.

Hello @muktipolice!
On this website, your logo from the footer has no H1. This footer is a default template, so you can not edit them with the TagDiv Composer. It can be customizable only from the theme panel.
Thank you!
Hello,
Normally, the settings that you have made in the Theme Panel or with tagDiv Composer will not be affected, because the settings are saved in the database only if you made changes in the theme files will be removed.
Thank you!
Hi vineethjose, The news ticker can be edited like normal block using tagdiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/5bbxbGF.png if is set on all categories will display all posts, but if you want some specific posts, you can set them manually, or you can set the categories of posts that you want to be displayed.
I hope this will help you!
Hi muktipolice, the code was for Newsmag theme, for Newspaper, that code will apply only if you are using standard templates from tagdiv standard pack, so if you have a pro pre-build website installed, then will not apply, because are used cloud templates, but the good thing is that cloud templates can be edited using tagdiv composer.
What you can try is this code:
.td-a-rec img {
margin-bottom: 10px
}
Unfortunately it will apply on all ad elements, but should work on both themes.
Let me know the results!
Hello @AndreaPagani!
A workaround there is to use the element from the TagDiv Composer called RAW HTML and you can place it where you’ll like.
Thank you!

i am getting this error in my website. Can you please let me know how to fix this problem
Hello,
I was having trouble loading visible images and have gone to the Wp Rocket guide. I understood that I had to exclude JavaScript files to fix problem https://docs.wp-rocket.me/article/1560-delay-javascript-execution-compatibility-exclusions/?utm_source=wp_plugin&utm_medium=wp_rocket I took the corresponding code for your template:
/jquery-?[0-9. :)(.*)(.min|.slim|.slim.min)?.js
/jquery-migrate(.min)?.js
/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/js/tagdiv_theme.min.js
tdBlocksArray
But, although everything works fine, the menu of the desktop version does not show the sub tabs since I activated it (in the mobile version they do work). I leave you a video so you can see how I see it logged in (which does work) and how it looks from an incognito visit. https://www.loom.com/share/6b87ec572cea487182db342cd8547571

Bettina,
Thanks for the response.
I do use the TagDiv composer for the header. The Discover Muscatine header is selected in the Theme Panel > Header > Cloud Library Template.
When I edit the header in Cloud Templates, the logo image and logo retina image correct. Show image is set to show, show text and tagline are set to hide.
It only happens on posts, not pages. On pages, it displays the header correctly. It also displays them correctly on category archive pages.
When I go into the cloud template area, it shows a template for single posts assigned to all posts. It also shows a mobile version of that same template. The main template shows it correctly on all four screen sizes.
*** Found problem as typing this — Had to go in and convert the header content on the post template and assigned the converted header to the cloud template ***

Hi,
I think that the block category is not filtered. What you need to do is to edit the category template with tagDiv Composer select that block and filter it after the current category -> https://i.imgur.com/MXFpSWr.jpg
Thank you!
Hi Bettina, I have probably found a source of the problem. I’m using a Dokan multivendor plugin and after analysing my backup files I can see that the problem with TagDiv Composer ocours only with the newest version of the Dokan plugin. I will do some more testing and when I will be 100% sure it is Dokan that causes the problem, I will inform Dokan devs about this.
Regards,
MC
Thank you very much for your reply.
I can not delete it! It was added automatically. Looks like footer, but I think it is not.
I can not remove it like you did on video. I have this message: [this type of footer is not editable with tagDiv Composer. Please use a cloud footer template]
screenshot for you: https://ibb.co/rQT6ZqN
If your next question about footer setting, I didn’t touch it at all.
You can check my second screenshot.

Hello @Mc775!
Please make sure you have the latest update of the theme and plugins, and all the requirements are done as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
If that problem is still there, then please execute these steps:
1. disable TagDiv Composer
2. uninstall(delete) TagDiv Composer
3. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
4. install TagDiv Composer
5. activate TagDiv Composer
6. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
Hi there,
I’m having some trouble with inserting social icons into my website. They have also disappeared from my header design.
When I drag the social icons element from the TagDiv composer to my site the element is invisible. There does appear the left-hand options for ‘icon size’, ‘padding’, the list of social networks, etc., however nothing appears on my website and additionally the CSS tab doesn’t offer any options.
I have added the social icons in my Footer manually by adding an ‘icon’ for each network, but I need for the social icons multipurpose shortcode to work for articles, authors as well as in my header.
I have made sure that all the links direct to the valid URLs and have tried deactivating all non-TagDiv plugins, but nothing works.
It seems to be an issue with connecting to the Cloud Library because sometimes I will add an element and the stock image will be missing.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks,
Jett
Hello Bob!
Please access that page with the wrong header and make sure you have assigned the new header. Edit the page with the TagDiv Composer, access the Website Manager and check the header.
Thank you!
