1. Please check which template you modify it and which template is assigned on your pages. This situation is when you modify the same header template. Please make sure you edit a 404 template and not the same template as the rest of the pages. Access Website Manager, set another header template for 404 page and then modify it and save.
2. Please make sure you select the row, check this video: https://www.screencast.com/t/f0sbr6ET
3. You can edit the pages with TagDiv Composer, then you will be able to delete the elements from sidebar. They can be edited like any other element. Please note that if you edit a category, then on all categories pages which has the same template will be affected. If you want just on one category, then you can duplicate the template or set another one.

5. The demo you use has cloud templates, so not any changes from the Theme Panel are applying. That’s why you can edit with TagDiv Composer and delete the element.

Unfortunately I think this is an issue do to a bad combination. My suggestion would be to redo your Page using only tagDiv Composer. It will be way easier to rebuild your page using tagDiv Composer. I have the same issue. Footer is broken and all blocks are broken with the weird td_block shortcode in their place; also sub-footer is broken with the copyright reverting back to (c)TagDiv. Standard Pack plugin is active while all this is happening. After spending half a day trying to fix with no avail — blocks seem to be missing entirely in Visual Composer for some reason and the Footer options are gone from theme panel — I’ve had to roll back to version 10.3.9 to fix the site temporarily. This is obviously neither ideal nor a long-term solution. Did this user ever find a fix? I seem to not be the only one with challenges but there’s no clear instructions anywhere on the forum as to what has worked for others if “install the Standard Pack” doesn’t fix everything.

Anyway its useless in this case, cuz this sub-page is not public. And I’m askin about “Authors box” object in your TD Composer in general, not only in this one particular scenario.
please advice a solid solution. The website is already slow and these api calls are taking 8 seconds. Why dos this article make these calls and why my own system would block these ‘get’ requests?

This page: https://www.wandelingen.info/wandelinspiratie-new/ is made with Visual Composer. It works as you can see. But when I set this page as homepage in customizer > homepage settings, it breaks.
The actual homepage: https://www.wandelingen.info was edited in Visual Composer, but I guess it s base is in the demo ‘travel blog’, which is no longer available in the demos. So I guess this is where the WP Bakery Builder elements are?
My post template (f.e. https://www.wandelingen.info/agatha-christie-in-torquay/) is made in Visual Composer. When I uninstall the travel blog demo, the font settings change and my layout shifts. So my guess is that there still are some elements of WP Bakery Builder here as well. Is that the case?
Plugin is not installed. Travel Blog demo is installed.
Do I have to uninstall the travel blog demo to get rid of the WP Bakery Builder settings or what should I do to solve the problem?

Hi kjervert, so you are using standard templates. Therefore, you must have activate the tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Standard Pack https://i.imgur.com/KMF0amL.png then in theme panel theme fonts under the header section the tagline text will be display https://i.imgur.com/Qv8oveq.png and the results will be https://i.imgur.com/x9pljUq.png

Long story short. Tag Div Composer stopped working properly in (cell) mobile view…
I installed Tag Div Mobile Theme Plugin which I like a lot. In theme panel it is set to Mobile Only. I have not installed AMP.
What has been happening (I have no idea why) is that my normal website turns into a mobile view? Very ugly.
Can someone help, please?

Using TD Composer I want to create a page with “our authors”. For this, I use the “Authors box” element. BUT there are two variables under each author’s name: XX posts and XX comments. Unfortunately we don’t use comments at all on our site so everyone has a sad 0’s next to the article count. Can it be removed?
The second question is also for comments, but in the backend. In the list of all posts, there is a column that shows the number of comments on the posts. We don’t have any comments, so there is a blank column next to each article with only “-“. Is there any way to turn it off? Same as with the number of views, like you helped me here?

When using the tagdiv composer it shows the excerpt but when I save it and view it on the browser, it doesn’t show it.

I tried to turn off Sharing button in Theme Panel > Post settings, but it still appears.
When I use TagDiv Composer to edit the template, sharing buttons aren’t there. But then it’s still on the page.
And it also appears on the Footer template, no matter what which footer template I use.

We use newspaper theme and td composer page builder in our website. Site load time is very high always. We have good server configuration, cache plugin, image optimization and security plugins. We have tested all plugins. We noticed site performance is good after deactivating td composer. Recently, we upgraded newspaper theme and all plugins to latest version. Still we have loading issue and very low traffic in google analytics after upgrade.
It is loading fast if we deactivate td composer. Do we need to do anything with td composer settings? please help us to solve this ASAP.

Unfortunately, we strongly recommend using only one of those plugins with our theme (WP Bakery or tagDiv Composer, but not both)-> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-use-visual-composer/
so, if a part of the page is created with tagDiv Composer, and the other with wp bakery then these can interfere.
