We are having quite a problem with the webpage showing the post date and/or the last modified date. I’ve tried everything under the tag div composer, it never shows neither a date nor the modified date of any post, via the single post library templates or the flex bocks option… I am sure to have all the options correct under the theme panel options… Where should I look or what can I do to fix this? I also deactivated, deleted, reinstalled tagdiv composer, and it did not solve the issue of no header on homepage, homepage cannot edited by tagdiv composer.

I just made some tests and for me is working correctly -> https://i.imgur.com/4OFIyrh.png can you please make some tests ? please try to make a new mobile page and see if you can edit it. Also if you try to edit the homepage with tagDiv Composer is working?
For users that have the revolution slider, the problem can be solved by deleting the tagDiv Composer and reinstall it from Newspaper > plugins.
If the problem is still persisting, make a test only with theme plugins and make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict and you have the latest theme and WordPress updates.

We bought one more license of Newspaper theme since we already use it on our other website.
But we are facing a lot of problems with our 2nd website. Can you please help:
Issues:
1) Top menu’s drop down menu/submenu/categories are not showing. Eg- The review has sub-menu items, but is it not showing as a dropdown.
Also, we tried using header template 10, when we use it all the menu items disappear on-page. They come as white, but in tagDiv composer, they show properly. Hence had no choice but to go with this header template.
2) Search is not working.
3) When we try to edit the home page with tagDiv composer, we do not see the green overlay or any of the buttons to edit. We cannot edit it, we have tried adding some pre-loaded blocks, and also used the pre-built one. We are just not able to move the elements around.
4) We created another test page and added a grid block and saved it. That grid block suddenly started showing in the home page template as you can see o the website. We delete the page we created, yet we see the grid.
5) The images of the articles are not showing on the website, but they show in tag div composer.
6) We are not able to edit any of the footer templates with tag div composer from cloud templates. It just does not show the options to compare with tagDiv. The rest of the templates other than the footer show.
7) What should be the page attribute Template? default or page builder + Overlay menu?

Hi gurugraminfocom, I think that you have set the personal Instagram in theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/13WwL8R.png this will work only for standard Instagram from footer template and Instagram widget, if you set the Instagram using tagDiv Composer, then you need to have an business account -> https://i.imgur.com/wZPFUIH.png

Please check if you use TagDiv Composer or Wp Bakery. Do not use both in the same time.
First of all, please make sure you have a backup done and then you can update the theme and the TagDiv plugins also.

The problem was that the theme plugins like tagdiv Composer, tagDiv Cloud Library or tagDiv Standard pack was not activated and that is way you had shortcodes on your website. When you update the theme, please also check and update the theme plugins that you are using.

Please edit the page with TagDiv Composer and please check the element’s settings. It could be an offset or a limit which causes the problem. Let the offset field empty with no space, no value.

Header is on every category page, post page. I can edit other pages easily with tagdiv Composer. I just cannot edit Homepage with tagdiv composer. it keeps loading forever.

First of all, please make sure you have the plugins also up to date. Example:
1. disable TagDiv Composer
2. uninstall(delete) TagDiv Composer

For the header, please check if you have Standard Pack plugin installed and active.
Sometimes, the issue can be from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.

1. In the TagDiv Composer, you can choose which menu you want to display. In the theme panel, you can choose the template you want for your categories and posts also.
2. You need to assign for each page, a mobile page.
Let me explain which options you have:

“Errors at columns elements: x(models) : x(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)”
@wcdt please make sure that you are using one of the latest WordPress and theme versions, also please make a test using only theme plugins.
