That’s strange! Please check all fields where you put this link or in TagDiv Composer if you use a cloud template. Sometimes, the issue can be from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
If this problem is not solved after that, then we need to take a look and see what happened there.

We have added social links in the theme panel. We added the full link example: https://www.instagram.com/hustle.chronicle
However, when I click any social icons on my page https://www.hustlechronicle.com/# (this is the link it redirects to) .When I manually edit social elements in the home page using tagdiv composer and add the links it comes up as https://www.hustlechronicle.com/instagram.
How do I add social links and make sure they work?

If you want to make the layout full width, then to change the website width, you need to make sure that you don’t have set a background color/image in the Theme Panel because this makes your website boxed. Make sure this option is disabled => https://www.screencast.com/t/ejiNPCBF

Hi,
my website (header, menu and footer) got shrinked after last version 11 update. Ichecked the settings in the TD composer and it is set as “stretch row and content” as before. I’m not able to fix this…any hint?

If I add the “woocommerce product price” from the td composer to the page it doesn’t even work either. The product price doesn’t even show up when viewing it live on a browser.

Please check what version of PHP you have, we recommend version 7.3 and don’t share your credentials on the forum.
Please make sure that the theme install was done correctly

Also, please make sure you have added the limit also in your wp-config.php file, in config is WP_MEMORY_LIMIT not PHP Memory Limit (there is a typo, sorry) – https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps; make sure that the theme is activated and you use an SSL plugin for HTTPS.
Also, if you have other plugins activate, please disable them and see if the problem persists.
Also, please send me a screenshot with a critical error when you try to activate tagDiv Composer.

In most cases when you get a similar message “ Error at zones: 6(models): 7(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)” then indeed it is a problem, most of the time the problem is from a shortcode that is not compatible with our theme, therefore after you set it with tagDiv Composer and save the page/cloud template, the next time when you try to edit it, you’ll get that error.

If you created the mobile pages with TagDiv Composer, then when you install Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin.
The Mobile Theme is a performance optimized theme included in the Newspaper main theme and it loads only for mobile devices. It comes with its own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Finally I connected to FTP, deleted the td-composer under wp-content > plugins.
However,
1. When I tried to install it through Newspaper > plugins, it says:

Our website is almost finished and we’re very happy with the Newspaper theme and the TagDiv composer.
Recently our footer ‘suddenly’ isn’t full width (stretch row) anymore… it’s now a boxed layout. It seems like a simple problem to solve but i can’t find a solution or setting in the TagDiv composer to undo this. How do i make the footer fullwidth again? Thanks!

My site allows random users to submit content, which is stored in the wp_posts and wp_postmeta tables. We’re not creating WordPress accounts for these readers, so we store the name they give us as pen_name in the postmeta table. On a post page we’re retrieving the pen_name from the postmeta table and linking it to the authors page (a cloud template). This cloud template uses the Flex Block 1 module to display posts.
While looking at this block I see that there are options under Filter > Category Filter, we’re using the Author - Current Author option. I’m looking through the theme code and I see that option comes from here:
/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/common/wp_booster/td_util.php (lines 2155 - 2187
and is implemented here:
/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/common/wp_booster/td_block.php (lines 191-208)
What I’d like to find out is if there’s a way for me to inject a new option into that list, one that I would write myself. I’ve already written two new blocks, so I’m a little familiar with your API. I just don’t know if this is possible.

Try to do these steps:
1. disable TagDiv Composer
2. uninstall(delete) TagDiv Composer
3. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
4. install TagDiv Composer
5. activate TagDiv Composer
6. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
Also, please make sure that all the requirements are met as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/

Unfortunately, Newsmag theme do not have an option for this, sorry! The theme files path for the header and top bar is this one wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newsmag/parts/header

If you a Single Post Template from Cloud Library, then you need to edit the post with tagDiv Composer => https://www.screencast.com/t/jHatJGC1qRf, select the Single Post Views => https://www.screencast.com/t/NhUGCRfI and with right-click, you can delete it.
