Unfortunately, if you use the default template you can not edit with TagDiv Composer, but if you will use a PRO theme, then you have this option down there.

Please send us a screenshot of your System Status Tab and make sure that all the requirements are met as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ ; You will have to first start looking for a plugin conflict. please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Also you can try and remove and re-install the tagDiv Composer plugin.

Hey guys, I have made a home page with Tagdiv composer, and a single post to display a Spotify playlist. Ths post is showing the playlist properly, but I wish to show it on the home page.
I made several tries but I just got to show the title and image of the post. How can I make the post to be fully shown? Or another way to display the Spotify playlist?

I don’t think you understand.
The plugin folder also needs to be updated, and this folder does not provide the modified files in folder plugins, I have to always update.
And it is in the plugins folder that one can make changes to the theme.
For example, if I want to make changes and add lines in loop-single.php, I have to change in plugins/td-standard-pack/Newspaper and plugins/td-composer/mobile/single.php
But with the updates, you require me to delete plugins and reupload folder 0 and have to apply the modifications again without knowing if it was even necessary to redo all this procedure, because I do not know which files were updated in plugins.
Calin, we are clearly on different pages. Here is my issue which I posted again this morning.
The site may look fine to you however the social media share isn’t working. It is completely broken, we don’t have either Pinterest or Wahtsapp. Those are the only four platforms the plugin shows in the front end and the option to add any addresses in the Composer has been completely blanked out.
Our problem is the Composer. It refuses to add ANY image to a template or update the page settings. It only saves the header and footer, not the content, so we cannot make any changes to existing templates, new ones don’t work either.
The reason the sticky header is no more is that it won’t allow us to repair the header by adding an image back to the template, so I have had to disable it. Trust me this isn’t a plugin issue, we have disabled everything. Also, we’ve noticed that Profilegrid has lost some of its functionality since the TagDiv upgrade.
Again, we are WP latest version, tagdiv and PHP latest versions, 512k ram allocated. No other issues, site functions, but we cannot change anything using composer.
If we disable the Standard pack sections disappear of the site, new Pro sections that should be visible. Tried a pro template to see if that would make any difference as we are running on Medical one, no change, just crashed older pages.

1. Post ID filter => add posts by IDs
2. Category filter => choose a category from which to display posts
3. Multiple taxonomies filter => choose multiple categories from which to display posts
4. Filter by tag slug => add posts by category name
5. Multiple authors filter => specify ID authors from which to display posts
6. Post Type => specify post type, for example if you have custom posts
7. Sort order => you can choose in which order you want to display posts

If that happens even in a new page, then it would mean there is a general issue, and not something in the page content that causes it.
The quickest way for us to try and find out why it happens, would be for you to send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide a link to the website and admin login. We will try the composer, and make some tests to hopefully identify the problem.

From what you describe it seems you have installed Mobile theme plugin. If you created the mobile pages with TagDiv Composer, then when you install Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin.
The Mobile Theme is a performance optimized theme included in the Newspaper main theme and it loads only for mobile devices. It comes with it’s own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. For this you have 3 options to modify the single template files:
1. If you use cloud library single template then you will have to modify a specific element like post author, post content etc and you will find these files here wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/shortcodes/single
2. If you use post template default like this: https://i.imgur.com/HFH2kFE.png , then these templates are consists of single.php and loop-single.php and you will find them here: wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/loop-single.php
3. If you have standard pack plugin, then you will find the files mentioned at point 2 here wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/loop-single.php

So, what I found out now (using Google Chrome expert tools) is that there seems to be a grey background configured especially for this first thumbnail.
When I uncheck the background in expert tools, the grey block disappears in TD Composer.
But, when I then click on save, the change is not activated. As I am really no expert in this stuff, I am actually quite happy that I found this detail. But now, I really don’t know how to change it in TD Composer.
