Hi,
1. The date format can be set from here -> https://i.imgur.com/uyQtFIK.png -> https://wordpress.org/support/article/formatting-date-and-time/
If you are using a cloud header from tagDiv Cloud Library you can edit it with tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/lkwNbdV.png
2. For cloud header the file path is -> wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/shortcodes/header/tdb_header_date.php -> https://i.imgur.com/8xPrqmb.png (you need toadjust you code to set it in buffy) and for standard templates is D:\xampp\htdocs\Newspaper\wp-content\plugins\td-standard-pack\Newspaper\parts\header\top-menu.php -> https://i.imgur.com/qbEF0d6.png
3.Unfortunately the newsletter plugin can not be use in widgets, this is available only in tagDiv Composer, but you can set the mail chimp code in a text widget in in your sidebar -> https://i.imgur.com/fnZc5fQ.png
Thank you!
Hi,
As I can see in your screenshot, you have only the mobile theme plugin activate, the amp plugin is not installed and activate, that is way you can not choose a different option.
If you are using the mobile theme plugin, you’ll gain a better speed then responsive version of theme, but in order to achieve that speed you’ll need to create a new content for pages because in the most of cases those were made with builders ( tagDiv Composer, WPBakery ) and you need to use only the mobile editor ( you need to set the content for pages in mobile editor and this content will be display on mobile theme)
-> https://i.imgur.com/9d0UWLT.png
Also you can show the responsive version on mobile theme -> https://i.imgur.com/m0bVB5T.png you can check more details about mobile theme in our documentation -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ or if you want to have the responsive version only, you can use the amp option from mobile theme -> https://i.imgur.com/oofST3D.png (to use the mobile theme template on amp) or you can disable the plugin.
Thank you!
Good morning,
Our customer experienced a problem related (according to WP) to td composer.
Un errore di E_ERROR è stato causato nella linea 22862 del file /var/www/chrooted/kedoswebdev/www.cgfmanet.org/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/includes/td_config.php. Messaggio di errore: Out of memory (allocated 2097152) (tried to allocate 32768 bytes)
Reading the server’s log we didn’t find anything about this out of memory problem, and the server didn’t fall, but our customer cannot enter in the dashboard for about 20 mins.
In several other occasions we saw the server falling down for out of memory, and we cannot understand why. We saw a lot of calls to the database.
These are some of our WP and server configurations for this website:

We have, for sure, a huge amount of plugin (but we cannot do differently, as our customer needs them all).
This is my first question: do you have any ideas for this problem? It’s something that happens often!
Plus, my second question, is related to the last problem our customer experienced (the one I was talking): even if it has been and out of memory the fact that the server didn’t go down, I tried to add this string, according to you guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/#td-mod-substitute, to the .htaccess.
But when I try to add
<IfModule mod_substitute.c>
SubstituteMaxLineLength 10M
</IfModule>
The server falls down immediately, and restarts when I delete it.
Our IT manager told that SubstituteMaxLineLength 10M
Is not supported in our Apache version (the last): CentOS Linux release 7.8.2003 httpd-2.4.6-93.el7.centos.x86_64
Looking in the logs, they return this: /.htaccess: Invalid command ‘SubstituteMaxLineLength’
How can we fix this according to our Apache version?
We temporary are disactivating mod_substitute, is it correct?
Hope I explained fair the issues, I’m sorry but English is not my mother tongue.
If you need further information let me know.
Thanks for helping

Hi,
I just checked your website and now you are no longer using the mobile theme plugin.
If you still want to use the mobile theme plugin make sure that you have enabled the mobile theme thumbs -> https://i.imgur.com/xvwyMQx.png also make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict.
The logo and mobile menu can be set from here -> https://i.imgur.com/xkSQysk.png also the about us section can be set from here -> https://i.imgur.com/e2hkXRO.png or remove with custom css.
-> https://i.imgur.com/9d0UWLT.png
Thank you!
Hi,
to make the page to look like that just add with tagDiv Composer the here element -> https://i.imgur.com/f6Ddq9a.png after that adjust the text and image -> https://i.imgur.com/ye21wnl.png adjust the style -> https://i.imgur.com/Apcjtmx.png and for setting the page content over image select the row under the image (hero element) and set a background color -> https://i.imgur.com/EwUlMYy.jpg after that click on the hero element and set in css tab “-200” margin bottom -> https://i.imgur.com/Bh3WsOe.jpg the results will be -> https://i.imgur.com/u4xI46c.jpg
Hope this will help you better!
Thank you!
Hi,
You can add videos on homepage using tagDiv Composer and the video elements -> https://i.imgur.com/ICF42Es.png -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/video-playlist-2/ also you need to set the YouTube api ke in them panel -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/youtube-api-key/
Also you can embed the YouTube video in a column text or text with title like this -> https://i.imgur.com/uvZ6rFM.png -> https://i.imgur.com/iI7cKGE.png
Thank you!

Hello !
You can choose from a Cloud library template as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/
Also please note that Cloud Library templates are fully editable with tagDiv Composer.
Thank you !
Hello !
Those are the fonts used by the theme. Please note that we recommend you using 1-2 fonts / site. For that you will have to edit your page using tagDiv Composer and make sure that you are not using multiple fonts: https://www.screencast.com/t/wkJDQNi0WW
Thank you !
Hi,
The Animal magazine demo comes without a shop page, therefore you need to set you shop using Woocommerce plugin, for this you can use a page and tagDiv Composer to add add woocommerce shortcodes -> https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-shortcodes/ or you can choose a page that will display the default shop page -> https://i.imgur.com/eslP95U.png
Using tagDiv Composer will take some more time then setting the page in woocommerce > settings, but you have possibility to choose a shortcode with the way you like to be your shop page.
Thank you!
Hi,
I’m assuming that this problem appear on posts that have set infinite loading, you’ll need to edit the single post template with tagDiv Composer and disable the infinite loading.
-> https://tagdiv.com/infinite-loading-for-single-posts/ from post -> https://i.imgur.com/yIf6fA3.jpg -> https://i.imgur.com/KeclHLS.jpg -> https://i.imgur.com/4jHIHFY.png
If this is not what you mean, please provide some more details and some screenshots.
Thank you
Hi,
2) To remove these elements from mobile theme plugin you need to use the general options from theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/OHn8b8W.png -> https://i.imgur.com/YVSImVJ.png -> https://i.imgur.com/iOnV1KC.png these will apply on mobile them plugin too.
3) For this you need to use a cloud header from tagDiv Cloud Library, edit it with tagDiv Composer and check the website manager -> https://i.imgur.com/TkOKFjN.png also the menu can be change by click on it -> https://i.imgur.com/hG8Vp14.png
If you want to set a background image you can do it from theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/iWbulCV.png make sure that this option is enable -> https://i.imgur.com/AsyXkt7.png also if you have set a background color, clear it or set an opacity to can see the background image.
Thank you!
Hello !
For post template you can use the tagDiv Composer to completely edit your template: https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/
If you’re using the tagDiv Composer and a Cloud Library header you can edit the menu element and cancel the dropdown: https://i.imgur.com/riTiWUt.jpg
Also if you’re using cloud header you can edit your row’s width so you can achieve a boxed layout: https://www.screencast.com/t/f7X2IqgnVk
Thank you !
Hello !
That can be because TagDiv Composer is not compatible with your plugin combinations.
Thank you !
Hi there, I have a strange problem with the Newspaper Theme. I bought it on April 26th and and it worked pretty quickly for the first two days.
However, when I try to edit any page using the default WordPress editor, it takes many minutes to load (sometimes over 5 minutes, and sometimes just a blank screen appears). However, if I click to edit the page using the Edit with TD Composer, it works right away. I still need to use the default editor sometimes to make other edits such as adding tags, dates, etc., but the theme loading speed makes it unusable now. Here is what I mean when I say when I click the edit link or the Edit with TD Composer:
I have met all the server requirements or exceeded them, proof here:
I had set my PHP version to 7.2 as recommended, but changed it to 7.4.5 today after everything loaded slowly, but it still did not help.
Viewing the website is not slow. Accessing the plugins screen, theme settings, tool settings, menu settings is fast. The ONLY issue is when I choose to click “Edit” using the default WordPress editor shown in the image above.
I have disabled all plugins, so that only the the tagDIV ones are active, but still no help. Proof here:
I have recorded a clip to show what I mean. (fast when using TD Composer and very very very slow and sluggish when clicking to edit using the default editor).
I was thinking about replicating the page that I can’t edit with TagDiv Composer (since it’s a new page, no SEO yet). But I don’t know the difference between “duplicate” and “create a new draft”. What should I use to create a new page from the same template ?
Another question to help me saving time : when I create a new page, I import a block template from the Cloud Library, I change a few settings, and then I’d like to save it in order to reuse it in other pages. Is it something that we can do?
Thank you so much.
Emma
Hi,
I noticed sometimes an error message while saving a content in TagDiv Composer, saying “The current content hasn’t been created by TagDiv Composer”. As you said in a previous answer to someone that it’s OK (this notice isn’t the result of actual issues in most cases, and if you can successfully edit the page or could template then there is no problem, despite the message), I thought it would be fine.
However since yesterday, when I edit the page using TagDiv Composer, I see only lines of code in the most part of it (blocks). I only used TagDiv Composer to create this page, importing blocks from the Cloud Library.
How can I solve this issue ?
And how to avoid that it does the same thing on other pages, since I’m building a lot of new pages to deactivate the Standard Pack.
Thank you.
Hi,
unfortunately, that doesn’t help for me. I have a lot of editors for my website and I want them to use only Gutenberg editor, not TagDiv Composer.
If they create a new page, its content is inserted in the “Global template”, which is not as I want (for example, I use another header). Also, the site gives me just random code instead of the actual template, as you can see here: https://imgur.com/a/cCq9fcg
Is there any possibility, to set a specific webdesign as global template, to create new pages only with Gutenberg editor (and it’s content is automatically inserted in the selected global template)?
I hope, you can understand, what I mean. It’s quite hard to explain in words…

Hi,
In order to be able to have comments in post, you need to make these settings -> https://i.imgur.com/83CnhKi.png -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/enabledisable-comments/
Also in your case you are using a pro demo and you need to edit the single post template from tagDiv Cloud Library using tagDiv Composer like this -> https://i.imgur.com/1kebAnv.png and add the single post comments where you want to have it -> https://i.imgur.com/i9pnmBJ.png
Hope this will help you!

Hi,
When the mobile version or amp is displaying on desktop is a cache problem, we recommend to use WP Super Cache with the settings from our guide -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ also if you are using other cache plugins please deactivate theme and make a test.

Hi,
I’m trying to explain you, but as much I try, you do not provide an example how should look the page.
Maybe you want it to be like this -> https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/homepage-one-top-post/ if yes, you can achieve this by editing the page with tagDiv Composer and add the homepage post element -> https://i.imgur.com/UR2luhp.png -> https://i.imgur.com/30KSU1A.png -> https://i.imgur.com/J7JtcAV.png
If this is still not what you want or you do not understand, please provide some example about what you want to achieve withe the image.
Hope this will help you!
Hello, we noticed there is a strange issue with AMP version of websites.
After debugging a few we found this path: plugins/td-composer/mobile/header-amp.php
The thing is that the search bar echoes this snippet of code:
<amp-img src=”{{post_thumb_url}}”
And then replaces the {{post_thumb_url}} at runtime. Unfortunately this confuses search engine crawlers that interpretes this as an URL so we found a lot of 404 like this:
https://www.mywebsite.com/path/to/article/{{post_thumb_url}}
https://www.mywebsite.com/path/to/article/{{post_cat_link}}
…
We did a fast research on google and found that other people have the same issue:
https://mbaretimes.com/search/%7B%7Bpost_cat_link%7D%7D/
So, this is unlikely because of two factors:
1) CPU overload with huge amount of 404 (3-4 for each blog post, that is dramatic for a newspaper)
2) Waste of crawling budget for search engine => less SEO friendly website.
Please, can you investigate this bug and provide to fix in next Theme releases?
Thank you,
Silvio (Akaueb Srls)
Hi,
If you want to replace the url of this button -> https://i.imgur.com/kA9kuwa.png on mobile theme then you need to make the changes in this file wp-content/plugins/td-composer/mobile/parts/login.php -> https://i.imgur.com/1OwWNwH.png if you are not using the mobile theme the file sis on this path -> wp-content/plugins/td-composer/mobile/parts/login.php -> https://i.imgur.com/Vn8d3qi.png
To replace the link from this popup ->https://i.imgur.com/AalcaLI.png you need to replace it in this file wp-content/plugins/td-standard-pack/Newspaper/parts/header/top-menu.php -> https://i.imgur.com/ati1qar.png
Hope this will help!
Feel free to ignore this original request. I have decided to go about customising using Cloud Templates myself.
I have a few specific customisation queries. Please don’t direct me to general advice as these are the queries I’m struggling to resolve after referring to general advice – I’m looking for some specifics!
1) How can I make the bar to the left and right of the navigation, the same colour as the navigation bar.

2) I’m using the mobile theme and AMP. If I go to my homepage on my mobile, I can see author name next to each post. I disabled this using TDComposer on the homepage… but it still shows up like this on the mobile. How can I amend this? I have the same problem on post and category pages where, for example, breadcrumbs are appearing.
3) I would like a separate navigation bar to appear on the desktop version when you ‘snap back’. I had this selected when using the standard plugin… but am struggling to recreate it using TDComposer.
4) On single posts, it appears to automatically take me on to a different post as I scroll down. I would like to disable this option.
Thanks,
Matt
