Hello team,
These are the steps I have performed on a test site I have. With CSS analyzer, but I think that I have not done something right, because I can not appreciate great benefits.
Step 1: Deactivate the cache plugin (important, with the cache plugin activated, CSS analyzer gives problems).
Step 2: Login to WP-admin in a Chrome browser
Step 3: Double click on CSS Analyzer

Step 4: Click on “Analyze CSS”.

Step 5: Wait for the program to finish (this will take a few minutes).

Step 6: Save changes.

Step 7: Activate the cache plugin.
Step 8: Empty all the cache (important).
Wait a few minutes for the cache to regenerate and test the results:

And with GPS

The truth is that it has not improved much.
My question is: Am I doing something wrong and how can I get better results?
Another question: I see that the homepage is optimized on desktop, does the CSS Analyzer works also for the mobile version? And for the posts?
Thank you team for this update, it really looks amazing, I know it will be exceptional. I just don’t think I know how to use it properly at the moment.

Hi,
The Flex Block settings are divided into 5 tabs: General, Filter, Layout, Style, and CSS. However.
The Posts Loops settings are divided into 4 tabs: General, Layout, Style, and CSS. The Posts loop is a special block and doesn’t have filtering options.
Also, one of the options for pagination of the Posts Loop has the option for normal numbered and the flex blocks do not have this option.
The Posts Loop is automatically filtering the posts depending on the cloud template you set (for example on the category page there will be posted posts from that category).
Thank you!
You explained what is CSS Analyzer but you didn’t explain how we can use it. You can add information. Also you can add YouTube video too.
Hello,
For the moment can be solved using CSS:
.single .td-post-sharing {
opacity: 1;
}
Please use the code above and insert it in here: https://www.screencast.com/t/OtVh8O82sN
Make sure to clear your cache.
Thank you!
where ise tagDiv CSS Analyzer settings? I don’t have the tagDiv CSS Analyzer after the update. How can I get it?
Hello,
Unfortunately, there no option to make a category from the menu to be different.
Maybe this can be done using a custom code CSS.
Thank you!
Hello !
That can be done using CSS. Please use this code: .td-mobile-footer-wrap .block-title {
display:none;
}
Please use the code above and insert it in here: https://www.screencast.com/t/OtVh8O82sN
Make sure to clear your cache and the issue should be sorted.
Thank you !
Hello !
Indeed this is a bug that at the moment can be solved using CSS: .single .td-post-sharing {
opacity: 1;
}
Please use the code above and insert it in here: https://www.screencast.com/t/OtVh8O82sN
Make sure to clear your cache and the issue should be sorted.
Thank you !
And jesperj that theme update that you said didn’t exist?! Yeah, so maybe check your info out before calling people a liar.
After rollback here is the update: http://prnt.sc/10zhhea
The missing part you couldn’t find?! Yeah, rollback and there it is: http://prnt.sc/10zhil0
And the removal of ALL CSS and jacking up of the blockquote? Yeah, back to normal here: http://prnt.sc/10zhjb1
AND the mobile view is back to normal as well.
Really? Because it asked me to update and I did. I had to edit out the section in the page code and extend down another column and now have blank. Gets better, though. No control over the blockquotes and the custom CSS doesn’t work. I am beyond livid.
Here is your update v10.4 that just jacked up my site: http://prnt.sc/10zg63i
Here is the new gap I have to jack with because of the update: http://prnt.sc/10zg7t9
Here is how the new tagdiv sh*t bleeds all over in Linux and I have to MANUALLY type the wp-admin just to get BACK to the admin side: http://prnt.sc/10zg8ij
Here is how your HORRIBLE blockquote shows now with NO ABILITY to control even through Custom CSS: http://prnt.sc/10zg9aa
So,l don’t call me a liar because the I had ZERO issues until I installed your HORRIBLE update. I paid you good money so give me a solution!
Hi Vlad.
I have some doubts regarding the update of newspaper v.10.4
1. how to access the new tool (tagDiv CSS Analyzer Tool)
2. if I deactivate the tagdiv standard pack, the page does not work (tagDiv Standard Pack is no longer required on new theme install;
)
3. where I access this (Added help video tooltips on the shortcodes options in the tagDiv Composer page builder;
)
4. I don’t understand this (Smaller CSS files – We’ve moved the individual CSS on the components where it is used to make the specific elements load faster;)
forgive my ignorance on this but I learn quickly.
Hi!
Since the update (and enabling the CSS Analyzer), the fonts in my site are behaving strangely:

https://paste.pics/C1Q3P
If I remove the CSS analysis, all returns to normal.
Is this a known issue from this update? Is a fix planned?
Hi!
After a lot of stalling, they fixed it for me (and refused to tell what they did to fix that…)
Searching, I found that they fixed it via CSS…
Here is the code they used:
.single .td-post-sharing {
opacity: 1;
}
I reverted back to 3.9.1 Hopefully this gets fixed soon… very excited to try the new version especially with the CSS Analyzer Tool
Hello,
after clicking on Analyse in the new CSS Analyser, the analyser starts working but stops at 47 from 122. The JS console within Chrome reports
Uncaught TypeError: c.focus is not a function
at js_files_for_plugin_analyze_css.min.js?ver=78be34af347704c29acc8080ee49e259:45
Hello,
I think you referring to the social counter, not social share.
You can hide info counter with this custom code CSS
.td_social_info_counter {
display: none!important;
}
The code needs to be set in Theme panel -> Custom code -> Custom CSS => https://www.screencast.com/t/fxetQe24ZHf
Hope this helps you!
Thank you!
I activated CSS Analyzer on my homepage and everything broke up. Dead CSS, No style on the page. I think it has some problems yet.
I think they have made a lot of CSS changes. It seems quite a few things have broken down due to this.
Hello,
The logo on the London News is a logo text, with background color, you can remove that logo and add another logo, for example, image (this is a video about how to Upload a Logohttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HXQQygkCCJo ) also, you can import a header template from Cloud Library
To edit the logo, select the Header logo and in the tab called “General” is a section for text where you can delete the text => https://www.screencast.com/t/GszS6gleinb and in the tab called “CSS” you can remove the background color and color overly => https://www.screencast.com/t/oNlfksQjwI and after you can add an image on logo in the tab called “General”=> https://i.imgur.com/QgQVQg5.png

Hey,
I updated the Newspaper theme to the latest version, and I have never seen anything like this on the Newspaper theme.
I used the CSS tool, and I am impressed.
Good Work.
The mobile score is 93 on Google pagespeed insights (Though still needs improvement on LCP and TTI.)
The desktop score is 100 on Google Pagespeed
** I am using the mobile plugin for mobile. Would it make any difference if I switched to mobile pages? And would I still enable AMP?
Thanks for the work.
