Hi
How can i create a menu like the one on one of your demos with the menu on the side. Here is a snapshot

Hi,
As soon as we enable both slider revolution and woocommerce, the screen goes blank.
This was also previously reported by a user here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/woocommerce-plugin-visual-composer/
I went through all the documentation and user Q&As of Rev slider and found that it works perfectly with WooCommerce.
In fact, another wordpress theme developer has used Rev Slider and WooCommerce plugins to build his demo sites.
Here’s a link to his demo sites, which use both the plugins, simultaneously: http://nitro.woorockets.com
Since the two plugins are working perfectly fine together on a different theme, why doesn’t it work on Newspaper?
Please help.
Desperately need a fix for this.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Thanks
Piyush
Hi!
The Instagram slider is not working on the Newspaper – Travel Blog demo I have installed.
The following error message is shown: Instagram data error: Instagram html data cannot be retrieved
I am using all plugins provided in the installation files and use ver 4.1 social counter plugin.
The website is running on a VPS with Virtualmin on it, to ensure it is nothing serverside, I have reinstalled the VM from scratch, but unfortunately still experience the same issue.
Do you have any advice on how to proceed to solve this issue?
Thank you very much for your time =)!
Morgan
At the bottom of the “SayWhat?” demo, there is a “Latest Articles” section with two blog posts at the very bottom of the content page. This section is not shown within the Visual Composer plugin when I look at the home page from the backend.
What can I find this section and can I remove it?
Hi guys, we need your help / advise.
Is posible to have a wide “Big Picture post template” like this – Saludos
Hi Admin.
I bought the newspaper theme and I installed Global Medicine Theme because I was working on a health magazine and I wanted something similar to the Demo.
After I purchased and installed the theme, I noticed that the mobile display was not as Unique as the demo.
Some features like the weather and location features were absent on the mobile display. Also the [tagDiv] Trending now feature was absent on the mobile display and this made the mobile view uninteresting.
Please kindly tell me how to integrate those features into the mobile display of the theme.
You can have a look at http://www.aeglemagazine.com. thats the website i used the theme on.
I am trying to install Newsmag in place of Mustang Lite (https://www.webmandesign.eu/mustang-wordpress-theme/), which also uses Visual Composer. When I activate the theme and then create columns, they do not display correctly even though everything looks fine on the back end (the items stack instead of being side by side). I had the same issue whether I used demo content or built a page from scratch. Thanks.
Dear friends,
My client has a digital newspaper built with Sahifa WP theme (http://diariolatino.net) He has asked me to move the whole site with all its contents to a new site using your theme. I have installed your demo content in a temporary subdomain (http://diariolatino.orbitt.me) I want to know what is the best method or procedure that you recommend me to bring all the posts and contents from the Sahifa site to the new site. Once the new site is Ok, we will move it to the original domain.
I will be more than grateful for your help!
While browsing that the site width at http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_magazine/ is approx 1160px while my website width is around 1060px. Is there anything I should be worried about? I want to have my site of larger width. Anyway to make it equal to demo site width?
Thank you.
Hi,
We’d like to add spacing between sidebar widgets:

These are the sidebar (demo default) shortcodes:
[td_block_ad_box spot_id="sidebar" spot_title="- Ayuda a Emprendedor haciendo click en la publicidad -"][td_block_15 category_id="" limit="4" custom_title="De todo un poco" td_filter_default_txt="All" ajax_pagination="next_prev" sort="random_posts"][td_block_1 category_id="" limit="3" custom_title="LATEST REVIEWS" td_filter_default_txt="All" sort="random_posts"]
Thanks!
Hello.
I don’t found the font of header Politics Demo. I would like know because I need to create my banner with this font, can you help me ?
link : http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_politics/
Thanks in advance.
Hello Edward,
This is not a bug, you can check our demo tutorial here -> http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/td-post-aston-villa-beat-liverpool-to-join-arsenal-in-the-fa-cup-final/ and you will see that this behavior does not happen. Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches, purge CDN files if you are using the CDN system and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme and rule out any conflicting plugins.
Hope this helps!
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi
You can use each theme license just on one product (website/domain) these terms are set by Envato here – http://themeforest.net/licenses/standard – http://themeforest.net/licenses/faq They specify that you can use one license for one product (website/domain). You can use the license on multiple test sites and on multiple sub-domains as a part of the same site-product as we did on our demo: http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/
Thanks!
Hi there,
I am using the Say What? demo theme. When I pull up the home page in Visual Composer, I cannot locate the bottom “Latest Posts” at the bottom right above the footer. I cannot locate the Instagram slider or the other content wihtin the footers. Those widgets that are displayed are not within the normal Appearance > Widget section for me to edit. Instead, Footers 1,2,3 are blank.
Where are these located so I can make edits or are they hardcoded in some how?
Just switched my theme to the boxed version and added a background. Like it a lot! Made it much easier to read on wider screens. I cant however figure out how to get the shadowy borders like on the recipes-demo (http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_recipes/). Now my edges (towards the background color/picture) are razor sharp.
Is there a setting for this somewhere?
Hi. I found some CSS on the support forum which was supposed to help with my being able to change the text header font attributes. However, this does not work. Are you able to help me? I have a brand new installation of WordPress and installed the Cafe demo theme (settings only). Quick response appreciated. Many thanks.
Hello,
Please test our theme demo here: http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/ and under the featured and post templates menu item you can see the different post templates and how they display .there is no setting to move the title around. The templates are fixed and elements cannot be moved.
As for the images, if they do not show on your site please provide a link to your site so we can inspect it
Thank you!
Hi
You can check an example on our demo here: http://demo.tagdiv.com/newsmag/shop/ You can also try to install the plugin and import its demo data to check how it works. Please check this link for more detail in this regard: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/importing-woocommerce-dummy-data/
Thanks!
Hi,
If you do not use a sidebar you should upload images at least 1068 pixels wide. If you use a sidebar you have to upload ad least 696 pixels wide.
As for the logo, There is no specific size. This depends on the screen that you use. Most people have close 1920 x 1080 monitors so about 1920 px should do it. The header style will crop or stretch the logo depending on the screen size. Here is an example of a big logo: http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_cars/
Thank you!
Hello,
Unfortunately we will not be able to help you in this matter as well. We are not the plugin author and we are not aware of the limitations the plugin has. Revolution slider is a very complex plugin and has lots of features included. We did not try advanced sliders so we cannot provide a solution for this request. We will be able to provide some demo sliders you can use or replicate to get the design you want. If you want the sliders please request them via email at contact@tagdiv.com and we will provide the download link for them. Unfortunately we cannot offer any advice on slider creation. You will have to search the rev slider documentation and there are lots of youtube videos that provide methods of creating sliders. Might give them a try. Sorry for not having a better answer but we are not experts on the revolution slider plugin. We only provide it free of charge but we did not develop it.
Thank you!
Hello hemant90,
Your website has been inspected, and I concluded that you are not correctly used the mobile theme concept.
I suppose that you do not understand very good how mobile theme works, right? So, please notice that this theme concept intend to display a Big Grid feature at the top of homepage which shows the posts which are included in Featured category, then will show a text which you added in Mobile Editor in Visual Composer from backend and at the very bottom of the page you will bring the Latest Articles module. Please keep in mind that the Mobile Theme do not recognize the Visual Composer shortcode and that’s why you get this error on your side. So, for more information about our mobile theme, please check the documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ If you are unhappy with this layout, and if you want to have the similar structure with our demo mobile, you will simply turn off the mobile plugin and the theme will be automatically switched to the general responsive mobile mode.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello clarisse_soyez,
I have inspected your website and I noticed that your size logo is very short than the size of header container. As I can see, you have the Cafe demo installed on your side, right? So, please notice that this type of demo uses the logo in full width (using a bit of CSS rule), as you can see here -> http://screencast.com/t/cPR5lcQSTy So, if you want to use your logo at the initial size, you will have to use the following code, to overwrite the CSS rule from this demo, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/jyM4lJC7V6l
The code is ->
.td-cafe .td-header-style-10 .td-header-sp-logo img {
width: initial;
}
The logo was enlarged with that CSS and that’s why you bring a blurry image. If you want to rule out this behaviour, you should use the CSS above or you will add a logo with a higher size of it.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi Catalin, Thanks for your suggestions. When I browse to Visual Composer Settings.
I see this..
Yeah, We will create our own menus, But, The features in the demo preview has lots demo pages, from we which we could refer to create category pages, and various block managing rich content techniques.
Thanks,
Nuthan.
Hello jbdesign,
Unfortunately, I do not exactly understand what you mean, sorry! If you have made any modifications to the code and you do not know them, please try to make a new update for your theme, revert all the theme settings to the default state, clear all your caches and check the results. The default theme behaviour can be checked on our demo preview, here -> http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/ Also, if you want that your menu to be not sticky, you can change this from Theme panel, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/FZ9R5pnWnRIv
Thanks for your understanding!
