Unfortunately, we know about the firefox browser issue and if you test our demo in it: http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/ you will see similar results (our demo is a bit better optimized but the effect is still present)
There is little we can do about it as it’s a browser issue. The browser has flaws on every type of animation.
Sorry for the inconvenience but Mozilla needs to step-up their game.
As for the mobile included browsers, if Mozilla has such issues then not much can be expected of these browsers as well.

I have tested on my side with the SAY WHAT demo style, using a long title for the main menu and the results you should see here -> http://screencast.com/t/CoLUY7ZCcpuC We have no problem in this regard and I guess that the problem is only to your site, regarding on your settings. Please try to make a new fresh/clean install from scratch and check the results. Clear all your caches and use only the plugins which come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins.
If you need more assistance in this regard and if your problem is still there, please provide your website URL so I can inspect it closer and also, so I can identify the source of this problem. If you do not provide your website URL, I cannot help you because I have tested on my side with SAY WHAT and I cannot recreate this issue.

Is it possible to have social icons in the Main Menu rather than in the Top Bar? I’d like them to the left of the search icon.
I noticed in the demo’s mobile menu there are social icons at the top. How do I get social icons to appear there?
Is it possible to have the mobile menu and the desktop main menu be different? Like have the mobile menu pull from the Top Header Menu location instead of the Header Menu location?

Today I thought it was a good idea to install a new demo template. But after this everything is going wrong.
The menus in the theme panel is for 50% broken. If I select for example “theme colors” and select some menus, the all collapse with “-1”.
I can’t edit anything in the theme menu.
If I go to ads, the menus are working, but the last couple of menu’s in the ads section is broken, same result “-1”.
Also when I save another footer, half an hour later it takes the demo settings again. So my settings saved is no 100% action. Saved the footer for the fourth time and now it works.
Another weird notice was after installing the demo layout it was auto posting blog posts from the theme demo. Also after deleting these posts they were installed again, and again and again, till I switch to the wordpress standard theme and switch back. Finally the autoposting is stopped.
But I think there is something not good in the theme. Before switching to the travel layout I have problems.
Latest theme version installed, system status everything green and working.
After searching for hours I can’t find anything wrong.

1) The footer will provide demo content that cannot be removed if you chose one of the footer styles that provides such content. Please chose an empty footer style and add content in the widgets area in the 3 footer widgets. Please read this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/footer-templates/
2) The related category tags can be removed by changind the category template. Switch to one that does not have the sibling category menu from here: http://screencast.com/t/DmMslsuBW4g7

Unfortunately this cannot be done only with custom css it requires also javascript code which is used on both designs and this is not an easy task. It is not a simple css code and I cannot provide you a solution, sorry!
I have already add this request on our features list and we will consider for future to add a second Homepage Post block like it is on Newsmag theme – http://demo.tagdiv.com/newsmag/homepage-news/ but I cannot provide a date when it will be implemented.

This issue is due to the fact that the theme does provide a black version, but visual composer elements are stand-alone and are not affected by the theme style. THe masonry grid is one of these elements. Styling is added by visual composer and the text is being changed due to the black demo. Visual composer elements do not know which style you use so the color cannot change based on the demo installed. Unfortunately the masonry element has no background options. In this case you need to use a css trick to do it.
Please use this code in the theme panel custom css code:

2) Unfortunately once you have a background color or image, there cannot be any full width element as the container gets boxed inside the background. If you want to have full width elements, you need to remove any background image or colors.

You can chose the header style from theme panel > header: http://screencast.com/t/fWbsLakG You can also check our documentation for more detail about theme’s header styles in order to choose on which will fit best for your site: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-header-styles/ Fort a full width menu you can choose from header styles 8, 9 and 10.
I am not very sure where you want to add the banner add so please provide your site url and more details in this regard so I can inspect this closer and get back to you with a more accurate answer.

currently my homepage shows just the latest posts on the mobile version and then the Footer. How can I change this settings?
I am using the Worldnews Template and I want it to look like in the mobile Demo of the Template, so that at the beginning there is the Logo/Name of the site then the popular posts, then the Videos, then latest posts and the finally the footer.
I tried to copy the code of my mainpage in the mobile section but it didnt worked.

Your site, demos and everything shows clean headers starting from theme header.
For me, it starts with WordPress logo black header about a 1/3 inch high on very top with logo+log in+register on the right and search on the very left. How do I get rid of it?
Further, If I want the very top to have a large (scalable for mobile) banner, then the top menu then the header, how do I do that?
How do I make the header menu go full width of the screen?

I’ve tried several different times – I imported the black demo settings, customized them too and no matter what I do, the posts in the masonry grid on my homepage come out with a white background with white text! I have no idea where that’s coming from – I tried toggling it on the Theme panel in the colors section, but nothing I did made a difference. Post background colors, category colors, nothing works within that theme panel.
I tried to figure it out with my limited knowledge of Firebug, and it looked like there was some code from VC that made it all white background, but I don’t know how to get rid of it, or more importantly why it’s there in the first place.
Please help! The unreadable text is making me nuts! Thanks!

and put it on my Own Website (Default Demo) – What is the Slideshow? Is it a grid or a Slider Revolution?
2) How do I get a WIDE screen slideshow – while the rest of the site is boxed, so I can have a background image?
3) When I imported the Slider Revolution slides .zip files from the downloadable theme package – there are NO Images included, which is really weird, because the rest of the demo all has images. Can you please send me the correct DEMO Sliders for Slider Revolution?
