Hi.
I´m working on Gossip pro, demo template of Newspaper 10.
I cant understand how this template selects the post order.
For example, I do a new post with its category and then save it.
Then refresh the page and there is my new post, but it appears in the middle blocks.
In the after head post, the first blocks after the header (Im using FlexBlock 1, and Header Template “Global Header”) still appears the old post that came with the template for default (in the same category of my new post).
I want that my new post replace the old post in this section.
What I shoud do: Delete this demo blocks and put new “empty” blocks and do new post for appear in this section?

Hello, on the actual post itself yes but when I do flex block on the homepage, there is no option. Its only showing the date. Would it be possible to do on flex block?
I’d like to add the comment indicator to some blocks and move it on others:
The top grid is made of two Big Grix Flex 1 blocks. I could not find an inbuilt option to ‘Show Comment’ like some other blocks have.
For the lower blocks: I have tried using the Meta Info Padding and Meta Info Margin to move the comment indicator, but it moves the title with it too.
Hi muterobert, sorry, unfortunately, there is no list of these classes.
But if you ant to have more control over the blocks layout you can use flex blocks, these have a lot of options that can be use to edit the layout with tagDiv Composer.

This code need to be set in theme panel> custom code> custom css. The code will apply for all flex blocks 1.

Hi Oswald, our theme is using thumbs , therefore the the images that you’ll upload will be cop to fit well.
Also you can chose if you are using flex blocks the size of image that you want to be display, for this you need to use tagDiv Composer too -> https://i.imgur.com/32TfZtz.png choose the one that is look the best for your needs.

Flex Box 2 does NOT automatically adjust the image size to the column size, no matter how many rows I add.

Indeed, there seems that only the Flex Blocks can use the play button. Flex blocks are able to have active play button where Big Grid Flex don’t.
I have passed this to our developers to see a resolution from them too.

Sir please suggest me to how to set custom title url(Header setting)
I want to re-use the Flex Block from homage page of your GOSSIP demo on another template. The block where the meta is on white over the image in three columns, two rows.
When I save that as a custom block, the output is corrupted. This would be my 1st support question. Why is that?
I then tried to recreate it manually and I can never get the image to not extend outside of the column. This would be my 2nd support question. How?
Thirdly, as a general question: When importing a cloud template, do I always get all and any custom CSS in the front-end, or is there stuff hidden in files in the back-end?

At the beginning of the Home page I have a Grid flex 10 block, and, although the play symbol is shown, I cannot play it.

Hi, if you want to make change for flex block 1 you need to check this file wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/includes/shortcodes/td_flex_block_1.php also the files for post loop can be found this path -> wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/shortcodes/common/tdb_loop.php
Maybe you can integrate the pagination from posts loop on flex block.

can I somehow modify/hack the post loop, to make my CPT “podcast” appear?
It would be good to have a post-type filter in the post loop in the next version of Newspaper (or have a normal linked pagination for a flex bleck). By design it should be possible to disable the standard-pack-plugin and rebuild the same functionality. Now it’s unfortunately not.

Unfortunately the post loop at this moment can display only posts, as you said will not work for CPT, for these you need to use a flex block, these elements has a filter for CPT -> , but do not has a pagination option.

I tried using all of the Margin/Border/Padding options and could not remove the space. No matter what I set the Bottom Margin to (negative or positive number), the space doesn’t move at all, even if I set the number very large.
To make things clear I’ve set some colors for Flex Block 1:
Purple: CSS > Border
Yellow: Layout > Border Color
Green: Style > Module Background
Red: CSS > Background Color
As you can see, it’s the Red portion which is spilling out.
You may be right that this is an image issue; when I remove the image you can see that the Red area goes away.
How can I troubleshoot the crop of the photo? Our photos are uploaded at 16:9, but even when I set Flex Block 1 > General > Pre-Made Style Presets > Image Format > 16:9 the 5px red area is still present.
