So if I understand correctly you want top change the headings (H) on block 11, unfortunately these are old block, from standard pack, these do not have this option, only on flex block can be change the headings -> https://i.imgur.com/81OxzZM.jpg -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/flex-block-settings-guide/

If you disable the standard pack the simple Blocks will go away, instead you have Flex Blocks and Big Grid Flex, also you can take a look at the Cloud blocks now available here:https://www.screencast.com/t/AQmCmSOMD

If that section was implemented through Appearance – Widgets then you cannot edit it. If it was inserted through tagDiv Composer and it is a Flex Block you will be able to edit the image as you can see it here: https://www.screencast.com/t/CdYeCgQ4UAt

Please notice that this is only for advance users, also in order to achieve a new flex or block you may need to change in different files from theme, also is all these can not be set in a child you’ll lose all when you’ll make a theme update.

The header manager was add since Newspaper v9.5 -> http://prntscr.com/q4yejo -> https://themeforest.net/item/newspaper/5489609 so all you need to do is to go in Cloud Templates -> https://i.imgur.com/ume1o5d.png and look for the header template you like -> https://i.imgur.com/KPe9opA.png -> https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-customize-the-header-manager/ after that you can edit it with tagDiv Composer.

Unfortunately we did not tested the Events Calendar Pro plugin and therefore, we cannot say for sure if it will work or not as expected with the theme, sorry! Also, we cannot provide support for untested plugins.

If you referring to mobile menu from mobile theme, then you can change the color from theme panel -> http://prntscr.com/q4xfc1 if you are not using the mobile theme plugin -> http://prntscr.com/q4xfvk

Maggo explained very well how this plugin is working, the standard pack is for the old customers and for these that want to have and standard demo install, but this will load all the style more that the theme/demo need, so if you create a new website, or you use only cloud elements and flex blocks on your website then you can deactivate the standard pack ( also you can replace the block with flex block ) in this way you’ll achieve a better loading speed, because will be loading only the css style that is need for the elements that you are using.

The posts can be sort and filter on each block, also we usually recommend to use flex blocks , you need to edit the page with tagDiv Composer -> check the filter tab and sort order -> http://prntscr.com/q4vv7x

Unfortunately the ajax filter from blocks and flex blocks do not have an option for this, this will display categories until there is no space in block header and only after that the categories will be set in drop down filter, this is the way is suppose to work.

You can make a test on https://gtmetrix.com/ with a default demo and with a PRO demo -> https://demo.tagdiv.com/select_demo/select_demo_newspaper?utm_source=live_preview&utm_medium=click&utm_campaign=demos&utm_content=demos_button#demos, the default loads more style, when the PRO will load only the stile that is need.
You can avoid these inline <style> tag #87 by changes all old elements from standard pack with these from cloud and flex, you check our documentation from here:

Unfortunately, only the flex elements have these options, sorry!
You can change the block 4 with flex blocks 1 or you can use a custom css like this one
.td_block_4 h1 > a, h2 > a, h3 > a, h4 > a, h5 > a, h6 > a,
.td_block_4 .td-post-author-name a,
.td_block_4 .td-post-date,
.td_block_4 .td-excerpt {
color: #fff;
}
The code will apply on all block 4 and will make the text in #fff.
The code must be set in Theme panel> Custom code> Custom css
