First of all, please make sure that you have respected all the theme’s requirements according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ After you have made this, ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme installed via FTP way according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
Also, if the problem is still there, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further investigate it closer your setup page. Also, provide the FTP or CPanel access so we can install the theme.

I don’t quit understand what you refer.
If you bought the theme please go on themeforest, log in with your credentials and get the them with all files;
After that please follow this steps:
