That is why I asked per email whether you are able to sort it out.
The things got messed up since the update (missing sidebar and badly formatted header at Posts, missing Header and Menu for the Main page), that are still not resolved.
I wanted to give a fair chance, but right now, I am actually sorry that I did not go for the restore option.
I ran into this problem both last semester and this semester and in both
cases the problem was not resolved by the Tagdiv.
My only insurance is to update only after backup.
So far the catastrophic fallout is remedied, but the above issues are not yet.
Is there any timeframe I can expect a solution, or should I instruct Bluehost to restore again to the state before Saturday?

first of all I’d like to thank you for this forum. It’s helped me already so much.
Now I’m struggling with this:
In the Header I’m using Main Menu Sticky and have added the Header Category List element.
It shows all categories I have at the moment.
As some categories don’t have any content yet, I want to exclude them.
In the element settings, on the General tab under category list there’s an “Exclude” field.
I put in the slug of each category separated by a comma and space but the categories are still showing.

i have a problem after the last update, when i install WP super cache my header menu dont work anymore. and when i uninstall it my mobile design doesn’t work anymore…! I desinstalled the TagDiv mobile and then my header menu on the desktop did not work..! how can I solve the problem ? currently I do not use a cache plugin and the website works on the desktop ,but on the mobile i see menus that I can not delete!!! please help.

I just bought the Newspaper Theme and run in to an issue directly.
The first thing i tried to do with the theme was to change logo and it failed.
I tried to do this in the Header Template – Life News PRO as you are told us to do in documentations, but nothing happens don’t matter what i do. I tried even in the Theme Options but nothing happens. The image is allowed to show and of cource it’s also saved as it should.
But it will always only show text and sub text for logo, not the image.
Also i do have a couple of questions about the theme.
How can i have a default image background on all posts or disable the whole page title area with the featured image, i tried to find an option like this but it seems not be possible.
I’m using the Life News Pro demo.
And does this themes page builder work with Shopify button codes (collections) on a page? For that i will need a new page without any sidebars and do not want to install any other page builders.
Hope you will return with solutions for the logo issue and my questions.

I recently bought the WordPress Newsmag template I cannot use its page builder, instead I have an error that appears on the right side of my screen, here is what it says:
– (Error at rows : 5 (models): 1 (dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL + Z / CTRL + SHIFT + Z)).
On my home page, there is only the header and the footer of the template that appear.
edited the .htacces file, added:

Thy are located in the header for main and mobile.
I wasn’t able to find the height and width for this images.
Hi Che@1985, this can be achieve only if you are using the responsive with a cloud header version or mobile page. Thanks for touching base. We managed to address those issues as well in the meantime, but thanks for the suggestion.

Edit (for other people who may be facing similar issues): We found out the footer and headers were overridden by the mobile pages created through the tag div composer (left hand side panel, top options). Once a mobile page is created, settings for those should be set separately through the cloud templates, and applied to those as well. At least that’s what did the trick in our case.

For the Life News PRO Newspaper theme, Header Style 1, is it possible to make the logo box larger? Right now, I have the logo stretched as large as possible in the parameters provided (272×90 regular and 544×180 retina) and it still appears rather small in the header. Any guidance on how to make this larger, if possible, would be appreciated. Thank you!

I checked your website page and it seems you have installed Mobile Theme plugin.
Please verify you put the logo image for mobile in Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Mobile Theme -> Header.

If you created the mobile pages with TagDiv Composer, then when you install Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin.
The Mobile Theme is a performance optimized theme included in the Newspaper main theme and it loads only for mobile devices. It comes with it’s own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. 2 year later and we are facing the same problems, with another item:
Buttons do not have an accessible name:

Form elements do not have associated labels:

Links do not have a discernible name
currently my header is wide. But I would like to have it narrow.

some days it’s normal and some days my logo/image /header is gone and it’s a grey row with generic text. as i said, i made the header from a blank template so i don’t understand. please let me know what settings i should have because i’ve tried them all. i’ve tried uploading the logo in the ‘logo’ section of the theme panel and i’ve tried not uploading it there but either way it eventually it disappears and i’m left with the grey demo text header. also, when the header goes to the generic logo it also makes my menu white and next to the menu are social media buttons – this is not how my menu looks normally.

Okay sorted Social Share problem. The image issue still exists. The second time we have disabled all plugins. Still can not add an image to a temple, in fact, we cannot seem to save any changes to any templates. The header and footer save, the content doesn’t.

I have what I think is a similar problem with my header / main menu, where the main menu is still on the site and it is possible to click on the 4 menu headings, but they are not actually appearing as they are ‘whited out’ to the same colour as the background.
It occurs both when logged into and logged out of WordPress.
It is only happening/relevant on desktop view, not on the mobile hamburger menu.
I have deactivated/reactivated all of my plugins, and found that the problem seems to be with the SG Optimizer plugin (Siteground).
Is there a known conflict, something to beware of, or settings to adjust?
It’s interesting to me that another optimiser plugin (Autoptimize) seems to have initiated this thread!
I will contact Siteground as well, but any further help would be much appreciated.
