You are using the mobile theme, and the logo text is black, the same as your mobile header color. Either change the logo from the theme panel or uninstall the mobile theme and use the other two mobile versions:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page. Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.

We have 3 options available for mobile versions that you can use:

3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and designs for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. If you need to use mobile version 1 or 2, then you need to uninstall the Mobile Theme plugin and AMP.
1. I can see that you use the Mobile theme right now and you can try to add the shortcode in the mobile editor(check documentation) if this is from an external plugin.
2. Unfortunately, there are no options to display the CPTs as in the cloud templates. You can do that only with custom code. For customization and other services, you can contact our custom work team here: https://tagdiv.com/premium-customization-services/.
3. If you will use cloud templates, then there are some settings of the “Header live search” to specify the taxonomies, create some results sections and exclude posts/pages.
4. Unfortunately, we have no design idea for an alert box. But you can use a modal popup to build the one you like: https://forum.tagdiv.com/modal-popup/ You can trigger it as a button or page and it can open automatically or by clicking the button.

Hi, could someone please tell me how to make two Rows sticky. I have two rows in the main header. One on top of the other and I’d like to make them both sticky. The header works, but when I make the second one sticky, the second one works, but, the header disappears. How can I make them both stay? I’d like to show both. TY
I very much like the Newspaper theme that I am using and begin to reach to moment to finally launch the site. However, I wonder how I can make a header – when the user is hovering over it – show its subcategories WHITHOUT taking the user to a new page (that then must be designed) if being clicked upon. I wish for it to work as on the page below, when the user clicks on those headers nothing happens. The user must click on a subcategory. In fact, a sub-sub-category. Thanks so much in advance!

I’m experiencing a critical issue with the Newspaper theme (version 12.6.6) on my WordPress site (here). The problem only occurs on WooCommerce category and product pages and persists even after deactivating all plugins except for the following:

I have a mega menu activated on a primary category (level 1) which has for example 2 subcategories (level 2). Let’s say one of these subcategories has for example 2 subcategories (level 3).
For example :
category level 1 => Mega menu activated
– category level 2
– category level 2
– – category level 3
– – category level 3
…
How can I only display level 2 subcategories? Because there, all my subcategories are displayed (and I have several dozen…) which result in a real mess :-O

All of a sudden when I upload a new image to WP via the “set featured image” box in post editor, WP is autoresizing them and shrinking them. For example, my banner images are all 1280px wide and WP is making them 300px wide. I have tried uploading featured images via post editor and also uploading directly via Media new image. I am not inserting images into posts and choosing a size – WP is doing this outside of that. Any thoughts?

Hello, I am trying to update my site aquiahora.com.gt from version 8.0 to 12.x
Every time I try, the site is broken:
1) Post categories disappear: we have 10 categories, but for some reason when we upgrade only 4 appear. Apparently all the articles are still there, but Newspaper decides to put them all on another category.
2) Header, footer and sidebar are gone: for some reason, these are removed from the site. The header is replaced with a section showing the site’s name with a big font, while the sidebar and footer simplu disappear.

How do I embed banners in posts and what sizes are they? Is there a banner size guide for all of the advertisement spots on my website?
Super annoying. Everyone has this issue even though they follow the guides. How about fixing this? Either the issue or the guides. I lost the header to my site and there’s no way to readd one back because i can’t load the library. Awesome.

I believe that you are referring that the pages sped has dropped, this is normal since the structure is different and the site needs to be re-optimized.
Please use CDN for the website, this will make it faster – https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/ you can use the options from the last version and disable the mobile header on desktop and desktop header on mobile (this can be done for the sticky headers, but make sure that the mobile cache option is enabled – https://i.imgur.com/vgI7fdR.png) – https://i.imgur.com/FMejmEf.jpg – https://i.imgur.com/hTWwMFY.png also uses those options – https://i.imgur.com/WoLDdB9.png – https://i.imgur.com/tqFRWHX.png and you can enable the option to use webp format for thumbs – https://i.imgur.com/ZOg8cCq.png (those need to be generated with a dedicate plugin).
