I must update the details provided with adittional info (please pass it through to your coleagues)
I found that our homepage is constantly loosing saved configurations.
Examples: We disabled the “Next Prev Ajax” for the two columnists Block named “opiniao” and days after we saw the page lost that configuration and revert to a point where “Next Prev Ajax” was enable. The same happened with a “AD Box” and also in our COVID-19 Block (we update covid numbers manually). Covid-19 block had been update in April 18 and yesterday the numbers shown were from April 5. Inside the covid-19 module “Next Prev ajax” at Flex Block 1 doesnt work.
Also CPU USAGE is too high.
yes, the mobile page is set only to homepage, have problem in doing that?
i allready removed the images it was assigned in theme panel and im gonna do all the tests.
doing this small changes improve the speed, but is not greater yet.
one question i can use WP Rocket with WP Super Cache together?

Well now the homepage is working perfect on mobile, it seems it took some time for clearing the cache and getting the new homepage. And frankly I don’t know which change i made that did the trick 🙂
However now the posts is still using the old theme, how I can set the posts to show the new theme.

If you want to adjust the current mobile page you can do it by setting a small image size for flex blocks featured images -> https://i.imgur.com/CZ0d4LI.png

I am sorry this might be a silly question, but I am not experienced in Newspaper themes.
I have created a new staging website to test changes before applying it to my live site.
I have successfully created the staging website and applied the new RTL NEWS MAGAZINE theme and it looks great, very happy for this theme.
However when I try to load the staging website from the mobile I don’t get the RTL news magazine theme I get the old theme, so i knew there is some settings that i need to apply. (I didn’t set the mobile theme design another developer did it and I dont want to contact him).
I tried deleting the mobile pages, enabling disabling the mobile page plugins, disable mobile theme at home page, but nothing seems to work.
Would you please be kind to check my staging site and let me know what I need to do to load the default RTL magazine on mobile.

I am reconnecting again with you about the same issue I seem to be encountering again (as previous conversations). I am using the Homepage – Nature Love design for my draft site design, which us not yet live. And for some reason when I click into the page to edit using Tag Div, and use the editing menu bar on the left under CSS where I would normally edit the cover – feature image at the top of the page, the feature is gone and I am unable to change the current image to something else.
As I am working off a drafting site, if you need to take a look and see what I am referring to, I will need to send across my log in details so you can access.

I use the black theme but my main text color is black and no white as i want.
– I change all the setting on Newspaper Theme Panel (themes colors of all the category as article, pages…)
– I try to add custom code (custum CSS) on Newspaper Theme Panel like :

color: #e8e8e8;
}
The basic text on my homepage always stays in black and not white (#e8e8e8)
How and where to force this color?

I have added a block to show the most popular posts on the post detail template’s sidebar:

The same block is also on the homepage and other pages.
I immediately started noticing a very high CPU server usage, and it got confirmation that the cause is the query blocks, mainly the popular posts.

We are currently running:
– Object cache (Redis)
– Database cache (Memcached)
– Page cache
– Cloudflare
Server:
VPS with 8GB of ram and 4 cores
The issue is every time a non-cached page gets served, the CPU usage increases immensely.
Is there any issue with this block? If not, is there any way to make it use fewer resources?

themaleformbycp.com sent an invalid response.

From what I can tell, I reboot the server, doesn’t resolve. Clear cache and cookies, doesn’t resolve. But if I duplicate the homepage and republish it fixes the issue.
Any idea what would cause that?

You can import whole demo and use it from Newspaper -> Prebuilt Websites.
You should add the ads when you edit the post with TagDiv Composer in the element called ” Single Post Content ” in the tab ADS. Documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/article-ads/
Or you can use the element called “Ad box” from TagDiv Composer and there you need to add the ads: https://forum.tagdiv.com/ads-adsense-overview/
If you want to use auto ads(are displaying randomly in your website), then they should be placed in the Theme Panel -> Analytics/Js Codes.

Yes, you can edit a post/article with the TagDiv Composer and delete the element with the featured image or you can set as HIDDEN from the CSS tab of the element.

Hello, I have a problem with the home page, I already installed the basic theme, but only the home page is not updated to the theme, the other entries and pages do appear, but only the home page is not updated to the theme https://www.solodoramaslatinos.com/
They are, however, mostly appearing in individual posts. And they’re also appearing in mobile, although I do not have a separate mobile template. I’m also using Ezoic, so I can’t tell if the issue is the theme or Ezoic.

Hello! I’m a new Tagdiv Newspaper user and I am loving my experience so far. However I need your help to solve this strange issue I have discovered, perhaps it’s an easy fix and I’m simply not pressing a button properly (although I have been thorough)
When I load up an incognito tab and visit my webpage my nav bar is not functional. The only link that works on it is my homepage. The other links on there are categories for my magazine articles e.g. news, music, art etc but the links do not work, my mega menu does not load and they are not even clickable. Are they not loading as a href? I’m quite confused.
When I use my admin site the links work perfectly. What is happening?

Access the homepage in frontend, edit it with the TagDiv Composer, click on the logo and make sure this setting is set as “HIDE”. Delete the logo text “Ani” and logo text tagline “Globe” from General tab.

I’ve checked your website and yes you have 6 H1 tags. You can disable the H1 from the TagDiv Composer, verify the settings for every logo element from the homepage: https://prnt.sc/K9Pm3QcKVtzi
So, you have H1 for: logo, mobile logo, sticky, block title and also the logo in the footer.
