Try entering the video link normally in a post and see it works that way, without using the Visual composer element. If it does not please disable all your plugins except Visual composer, clear any caching installed and check again.

There seems to be something wrong with the page and the elements in the structure. I can see that the error message is not present but so is the Big Grid. Please note that all the Visual composer elements are working properly with the default theme. This means that theme customization like custom code in Theme panel, code added to the theme files or a child theme could cause this, so please check this if it is needed. Also as it is usually the case, plugins could be to blame.
You can try to disable all your plugins except Visual composer, clear any caching installed, then try and create a page and add a Big Grid to see if the problem is still there. Please let us know if this advice fixes this issue.

Please note that the demo is custom made and it is not exactly the same as the demo that you can install, and some settings on blocks are different because the categories are different. The filter is meant to show all the categories, unless specific category ID’s are entered in the required field. Here you can see that the demo is using the same filtering option, based on category ID’s – https://www.screencast.com/t/DGeKnz6HaBxE
So you must use this filter and enter the categories that you want displayed, since there is no option to exclude a category from the list at the moment.

I have inspected your website and I did not saw any problem with it. Try to disable all the untested plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the required plugins and leave just conflicting plugins. Also, you should use the latest version of the theme if you want to bring best results. Provide more details and also, some useful screenshots to show me the problem.

Please keep in mind that our theme is designed to use Visual Composer and only using this plugin you can create and display some blocks on your website. Also, if you do not want to use the Visual Composer, notice that you can install our Page Builder which is TagDiv Composer with which you can create your page directly in the front end. Regarding on your second request, here is talking about categories section. First of all, I hope that you have made a full backup to your database, right? I guess that problem happened due to a wrong Visual Composer update, sorry! Please keep in mind that our theme is fully tested with this plugin and works perfectly. I suggest you making a new clean install with the latest version of the theme and also, the latest version of required plugins which come bundled with the theme packet via FTP way because this is the surest method in this regard.
After this, if you will have any others problems with our theme, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further inspect it closer your setup page. Provide there the link to this topic so we can easily identify you.

After inspecting your website I can see that the the meta information is missing form the Big grid displayed only on that category page. I suggest you try to disable all your plugins except Visual composer, and clear any caching installed to rule out a plugin being the cause. Also check any custom code that you might have added to the theme files, or any modifications made to these files. Try changing the Big grid on that particular category in theme panel, or the Big grid style – https://www.screencast.com/t/RdRe8Z5HJL to see if this has any effect on the issue.

Try disabling all your plugins except Visual composer, then regenerate your thumbnails using this guide – https://forum.tagdiv.com/thumbnails-fix-strange-looking-images-on-blocks/ and also take note of the requirement for the server side. After the regeneration process is complete clear any caching installed.
If this does not fix the issue you are having with the thumbnails, please provide a link to your website so we can inspect it.

The best solution would be to use the mobile theme and the WP Super Cache plugin with the configuration recommended here – https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ and everything should work out properly this way. Please note that the W3 Total Cache is not tested with the theme and we have bad reports regarding this problematic plugin in combination with the theme.

Also please contact your host and have them disable any hosting side cache that might be in place.

This is a strange issue indeed. I have tried to replicate it but with no success. I suggest that you try to deactivate all your plugins except Visual composer, clear any caching installed and check to see if this fixes things. I suppose that you are referring to the appearance of a flash/time loading when you enter on your website, right? Firstly is loaded a default font/settings and then will appear your custom font/settings/custom CSS. This behavior appears when you have additional customization through custom CSS code and also, I suppose that you are using the Speed Booster plugin. Please notice that the CSS are working in cascade and the first time will take the code from style.css that is set it by default and then the theme will take the custom code that you have changed from Theme panel and practically this flash is generated by this cause. As a workaround, you have to check your style.css and try to add directly in this file your desired custom code. So, if your problem is still there, please try to revert the theme to the default settings, without any customizations and let us know how it goes. Also, you can try to make a new fresh install from scratch with the latest version of the theme and check the results. Also, please make sure every time you cleared caches. Noticed that the only files where you will have to edit are style.css.
If you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!

Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme and also, make sure that your untested plugins do not cause this type of error. My advice in this regard is to make a full backup to your database and then you should make a new clean install from scratch via FTP and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files and rule out any conflicting plugins. The latest version of visual composer (5.1) is included in the theme. You simply need to install it from the plugins section of the theme panel.
