It could be your host. You should check with them. The theme does not add any restrictions on plugin install.
Please contact your host and disable any hosting related cache and only use wp super cache.

Please keep in mind that you should not delete these files. Notice that the .woff files contain the theme fonts and if you will delete it you will damage the theme. You should not have any problems with this type of file because all of the theme core files has been tested and until now we do not have any bad reports in this case, sorry! You should remove all your untested plugins if you are using something like this and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins.

Please keep in mind that our custom ads were not changed and all of them should work as properly in our latest version of the theme. I suggest you do a new clean install from scratch via FTP with the latest version of it and also, you should install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins.

If the install was done properly, there should not be any error. If there is one, please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it.

This depends if you altered the theme files or not. People do not want to replace all the theme files because they have modified files in their install. Hi. My developer purchased the theme on my behalf and accidentally put the licence in her name. I have paid her for all her services. We are all good.
I then bought another license….because I didn’t want to have to wait for her or be reliant on her for updates.
So I think I’m using the user licence for Newspaper that she bought for us. However, to update the theme….I have installed the envato plugin and have used the token…for the theme I have purchased. Will this work. It seems to be taking a very long time to update.

Help! I’ve recently purchased the Newspaper 7 theme to revamp my website. The existing website’s theme, settings and contents are all being cloned to a new server for this purpose. Just then I’ve activated the newly purchased Newspaper 7 and installed one of the demos (News Magazine, include content), but found out I can not make any changes at all, even as simple as updating the Social Counter widget.
What’s the cause of this problem? Does it have anything to do with the existing settings with the old theme?

It appeared after I have changed my hosting provider. So I have checked the theme system status where I have received an warning (yellow square) saying that the theme speed booster plugin has deactivate itself since it found conflicts with another plugin.
After I have started disabling all plugins one by one it looked that tagdiv’s speed booster plugin has conflict with all other plugins (it started alphabetically from Akismet and than most of the other plugins). I have to mention that I did not install any new plugin in the process of migration from the old to the new host nor made any other change.
I have deleted tagdiv’s speed booster plugin but I keep receiving the abovementioned error.
Please assist.

I downloaded the latest Newspaper theme, and I’m trying to install the new mobile theme, but the plugin doesn’t seem to be in the folder with the latest Newspaper download. Am I missing something?
It seems the most common problem is that when you download the theme it is in a zip file along with other files that shouldn’t be installed. You have to extract all the files and locate the included zip file that is the actual theme. As far as ftp settings, I used FileZilla, entered my wp login and copied over to the server. Hope this helps.

I had this plug in and it was a problem with pages and articles not shoving in beck end. I deleted it and installed it again and again I have same problem. When I turn it off everything is fine.

You should disable all of them, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugin that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins.

2. Unfortunately our theme does not support RTL language. You can translate it to Arabic and you can change the wordpress language to Arabic as well and the general direction will be reversed. Unfortunately our theme elements will require customization in order to position properly in rtl . For this it is recommended to hire a developer if you do not have the coding skills necessary.
