Try to make a new clean install from scratch using only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicts. The Widgetised sidebars are fully tested with the theme and seem to work as properly until now. The theme installing should have to be done via FTP because this is the surest method in this regard

The Visual Composer does not need activation.
-The theme includes a license for this plugin so you don’t have to buy it.
-You don’t have to activate the plugin license, it’s already activated.
-You can’t update Visual Composer directly from the it’s producer.

If you are experiencing wordpress issues you should check your wordpress install first and make sure WP is running properly on your server before using the theme. Please switch to a wp default theme and test the plugins section again.

It is possible that your untested plugins to interact with the core theme and cause a lot of unknown issues. Try to revert the theme to the final state and check the results. Also, if the problem is still there, please try to make a new clean install from scratch and install only the required plugins and check the results.

Please keep in mind that the footer and the header are the same for the entire website and should appear. So, please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches, purge CDN files if you are using the CDN system and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins.

Please try to disable the old theme, delete it and make a new clean install from scratch only with required plugins and rule out any conflicts. So, you should make this online via FTP because this is the surest method in this regard. A lot of people install the plugin without knowing what it does, and after that, they add many plugins and some of them are not written fine, so the developer took this decision.

Please try to make a new clean install from scratch before deleting the theme with all of the folders. So, you should redownload the theme packet .zip from Theme Forest and then, use the FTP method you should install the theme. I have tested your website, and I saw that your name which you want to make it be H1 is part of category description, right? So, if you want to have some option when you edit the Category Description you should install the Seo Yoast plugin and the, go to the Categories edit section and there you will see the Tiny MCE Editor, and from there you can add what name you want to be marked with H1, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/nHq0R4WR7nYC and then suing the code below you will hide the Category title, like this ->
