Hello,

I have installed your theme but in the developer tools i have notice that when i scroll to bottom and to top the console have multiple error.

The error is this

Hi there,
I’ve contacted my hosting support multiple times in the last day or so regarding the error below and they told me that it was a theme error and that I should contact my theme developers. It’s taken down my website and there’s nothing that I can do. Any help would be very much appreciated.

i uploaded the theme and added some posts in my website.but unable to install child theme and unable to create smart list style 1 in my posts to show image slider.

Thanks for this amazing WordPress theme!

I’ve just bought and installed this through FTP, and I was wondering why I cannot save the theme panel?

I’ve checked the system status and followed up the instructions in https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ (I use .htaccess to configure the PHP.ini and SUHOSIN)

I’ve also clear cached (from plugin and browser), turned off all of my plugins too, but it still can’t save the theme panel.

Demo install works fine though, but when I want to save Theme Panel, the loading icon is just keep circling and nothing happened.

Hopefully your team can help me with this issue 🙂

I just bought newspaper theme and installed it but when i install the recommended Visual composer plugin on wordpress theme it say ” Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page. ”

I dun know why this is happening. Please help me out

Hi to everyone,

in the last week I have problem for publishing post and update plugin…

1) When I click on publish for a post, the page is blocked also if the post is then published I have to refresh the page to go on.
When I try to schedule a post, is the same but in this case publishing is failed at the scheduled time. So I cannot schedule any post

2) Updating for all plugin are now failling and I dont know why

Theme is updated and I have not install any new plugin. May you help me?

I have seen drop down menu with images in it in the demo versions of newspaper theme. I too installed the demo version “recipes” of the newspaper theme and customized it. But, I don’t have image drop down menus as shown in the demo themes.

Please tell me how to create the image drop down menus like in the demo versions of the theme. My website is:

I have installed the demo theme of recipes on my website. I have a problem with the related article and more from author block which comes at the bottom of every post.When I click on related article tab or more from author tab, the background color should be black and the font color should be white.

But, in my website posts, both the background color and font color appear to be black. The font color is only white when I hover over it and it becomes black when I remove my cursor from it. I am not understanding where to change the color of the font to make it look white even when I remove the cursor from it.

You have provide instructions for update via WP (quote below).

However, currently the active theme is Newsmag Child, so your instructions don’t make sense, as “newsmag theme” is not active anyway. Please provide instructions with active child for upgrade.

Step 1 – Deactivate the current “Newsmag” theme from the Appearance > Themes section by simply activating a different theme. Once you activate a different theme, delete the Newsmag theme. Don’t worry, your content will not be lost.
Step 2 – Get the “Newsmag.zip” file from your new Themeforest download (Installable WordPress file only). If you downloaded the “All Files & Documentation” from Themeforest, then you need to unzip the archive file you received, the Newsmag.zip will be inside it.
Step 3 – Go to Appearance > Themes, choose Add New Theme, Upload the “Newsmag.zip” and click on the “Install Now” button.
Step 4 – After your upload is finished, choose Activate the theme.
Step 5 – Update the plugins. The theme required and recommended plugins are included in the theme package inside the ../Newsmag-tf/plugins folder.

I get the following popups when trying to install the demos. None work.

This appears instantly (ie: server does not check in bg) after clicking ‘Install’ on any demo.

Hi!

I just got the Newsmag theme and installed it. Before the installation, I switched off all the plugins, except for the compatible ones. The PageSpeed in this case was around 75. Once the Newsmag was installed, the score dropped to 37 and the site is totally slow. I checked the system status and did everything whats in there, so everything is green there. I want to find out what happened, could you help me?
I also tried to install the necessary plugin, but it gave me the following error:

The plugin does not have a valid header.
Downloading install package from http://tribo.ru.xsph.ru/wp-content/themes/Newsmag/includes/plugins/js_composer.zip…

Download failed. Not Found

I tried to upload the zip file through FTP, but the error remained.
