Best way to install is via FTP; or you can upload the theme zip file.

Hey, so I feel really dumb for not figuring this out, but I am using WordPress Premium, and I can’t seem to figure out how to upload my own template. I am wondering if i have to have a higher level account to do this?
When I watch any tutorial, or read tutorials they all talk about going to appearance -> then themes -> and on the top beside themes there is an “add new” button. For myself, I just have (365) where it should say add new, and beside that it just says “search themes” with a search box.
I’m wondering if I’m missing something, or if I need a higher level wordpress?

Last night from my two sites Newspaper steering panel and regular WP widgets disappeared from my sites. Then I tried to install latest version of theme. System said that I have a theme in place. What shoul I do? My site was almost ready to be published and now this horrible problem started. Pls. help.
Delete VC via FTP; do clean install of VC via FTP.
Clear cache on site (if used) and in browser.
Resave permalinks from WP settings panel.
Clear all transients with wp-optimize plugin.

I installed the newest version of to mobile theme from this link: : http://cdn.tagdiv.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/09/td-mobile-plugin.zip ( as it was mentioned on the various thread that plugin included in theme folder conflicts with Yoast SEO ) , the mobile version was working very well on mobile but unfortunately it broke the desktop version. Yes, I have already clear all cache from Super Cache and DN but nothing worked. Kindly help. currently, I have already uninstalled and deleted the plugin but it’s still broken. It looks super ugly. Please help.
If you have an issue with permissions or your WordPress built-in installer times out for some reason, the best way is to use FTP; this allows you to
a) make backup of your site files
b) delete old theme folder
c) upload new clean copy of theme folder
Seriously, best way to always update WordPress themes to not run into this issue of partial/broken installs. Very common with some hosting setups or if your process time settings is too short for PHP, file size uploads too small, etc.

Database is part of WordPress and MySQL, not managed by the Newsmag “theme.”

We disabled the simplecache plugin, and installed WP Super Cache, and the behaviour is the same.
We also run the site without WP Super Cache with the same behaviour.
The next thing to try is to increase the WP Memory Limit from 64MB (to 256MB just to test) and see if that gives us any joy.

The Instagram slider is not working on the Newspaper – Travel Blog demo I have installed.
The following error message is shown: Instagram data error: Instagram html data cannot be retrieved
I am using all plugins provided in the installation files and use ver 4.1 social counter plugin.
The website is running on a VPS with Virtualmin on it, to ensure it is nothing serverside, I have reinstalled the VM from scratch, but unfortunately still experience the same issue.
Do you have any advice on how to proceed to solve this issue?

I bought the newspaper theme and I installed Global Medicine Theme because I was working on a health magazine and I wanted something similar to the Demo.
After I purchased and installed the theme, I noticed that the mobile display was not as Unique as the demo.
Some features like the weather and location features were absent on the mobile display. Also the [tagDiv] Trending now feature was absent on the mobile display and this made the mobile view uninteresting.
Please kindly tell me how to integrate those features into the mobile display of the theme.

I have tested the mobile theme with the latest version of speedbooster (4.5) and it seems to work properly. Please make sure you use the latest version of speedbooster (found in the main theme package) and make sure you disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it.

We did not see any score of 63.
The resources you mention are nowhere to be found.
As a note, the plugin works fine but there could be external interference that can make page speed slower. Page speed customization falls beyond what the theme support can offer you.

Please try to make a new fresh install from scratch with the latest version of the theme and the latest version of required plugins. Also, if you are using some untested plugins, please try to disable all of them, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme and rule out any conflicting plugins. After you have followed these steps and if your problem is still there, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can inspect it closer your setup page. Provide there the link to this topic so we can easily identify you.

I like your theme, thanks for making a nice, customizable website. But I can’t seem to be able to make the header & footer display properly. I would like to have the green color extend all the way to the left and right, but as you can see from these images it stops:

Please try to make a new clean install from scratch with the latest version of the theme and required plugins, via FTP because this is the surest method in this regard. Well one of the errors n you debug refers to a simplecache plugin. It could either be that plugin or another one. We suggest disabling all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Then test your site without the plugins to see if you still get the errors.

I am installing Newsmag in place of Mustang Lite (https://www.webmandesign.eu/mustang-wordpress-theme/). The old theme uses different inputs for posts, staff, and projects. When I install Newsmag I am only able to find the regular posts. Where should I look for unique post types like staff and projects? Thanks.

When I activate the theme and then create columns, they do not display correctly even though everything looks fine on the back end (the items stack instead of being side by side). I had the same issue whether I used demo content or built a page from scratch. Thanks.

I have installed your demo content in a temporary subdomain (http://diariolatino.orbitt.me) I want to know what is the best method or procedure that you recommend me to bring all the posts and contents from the Sahifa site to the new site.
