So, do you have a version of the theme 8.0? if so, yes, problems may appear, because the version of the theme compatible with the PHP 8.0 was from version 12 greater.Please update the theme then.Please try to do the update manually via FTP/cPanel -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ and do a full backup of all files and databases before updating.
Also, please try to update the theme without extra plugins activated during the installation, as this may interfere with the installation process.
Also, after the update please make the tagDiv plugins are installed, like tagDiv Standard Pack, tagDiv Composer.

Our website started to display some errors (CSS, I think):

These failures occur without having made any changes to the WordPress installation in the last 2 months.
So far, I have tried the following to resolve it:
– Purge Cloudflare and WP-Rocket cache.
– Disable both caching tools.
– Deactivate and reactivate the TagDiv plugins.
– Make horizontal alignment of the rows, as indicated here in the forum (although it was always to the left and never failed). https://prnt.sc/fOa7vmeNIRM9
– Restore the database with a backup from yesterday, when the site was deploying perfectly.
It should be noted that on phones it still looks fine (we don’t use the tagDiv Mobile Theme).

Please make sure that the plugins are up to date too. Check if you have the Standard Pack plugin installed and active in Newspaper -> Plugins.
Please execute these steps:
1. deactivate TagDiv Composer
2. uninstall (delete) TagDiv Composer
3. clear cache (if a cache plugin is present).
4. install TagDiv Composer
5. activate TagDiv Composer
6. clear cache (if a cache plugin is present).

Open up Developer Tools in Chrome and see what the error is.
For me it showed it could not access the frame.
I remember that I spent a full day earlier hardening my WP install, which was a bit too strict. Allowing self fixed it for me.
For who doesn’t know what I’m talking about, look for this in your .htaccess file.
Make a backup of that file first 😉

From what I can see, you are using the mobile theme plugin, when this is used you need to have a cache that has mobile cache version – https://i.imgur.com/cPNYFsB.png – https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
In case your cache plugin does not have this option you should disable the mobile theme plugin and use the responsive theme version.

1. What seo plugin do you use? I oscillate between Yoast SEO and Rank Math. (PRO Variant)
2. What type of structured data do you use? Article/NewsArticle/BlogPost, etc.
3. What speed optimization plugins do you use without disturbing the way google bot or visitors access the site? (Sometimes delaying the js, combining or optimizing the css can improve the page score in web vitals, but google or the visitors will suffer, so the site will also decrease in traffic + exposure)

We have:
Newspaper Theme v12.3
TagDiv Composer v3.9
Paid Memembership Pro v2.10.3
We have confirmed that TagDiv Composer is conflicting with the sign up form on Paid Memembership Pro.
We were already using PMP with another theme. When updating the site to a refreshed look and feel we went with Newspaper’s theme. But we are unable to get PMP working with this new theme.
I saw a post that suggested Uninstalling TagDiv and associated plugins and reinstalling them but this did not work to fix the issue.
We can provide login access etc.

I have a problem updating the NEWSPAPER theme from the current 12.2 version to the (LATEST) 12.3 version.
I state that my site is in a WordPress Multisite installation.
It happens that when you do the AUTOMATIC update, nothing is done.
Everything remains as before.
The screen only shows the transition from the dashboard of the wordpress site where I am updating to the main dashboard of the WordPress administration of the Multisite system.
I searched the documentation but couldn’t find anything that could help me understand.

Hello. I have done various works to speed up the site. Finally, I installed cloudflare. After that, I started to be unable to access the theme panel. Yes, you can downgrade it. We recommend that you always have the latest update of the theme and plugins in order to have access to the new features and fixes. I would gladly recommend you make a backup and update plugins and the theme via file transfer to the latest update: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
Before updating, uninstall all the non-tested plugins with our theme. These are our tested plugins: https://prnt.sc/D8KITBstFWJy
Ask your host about those server errors too.

When you have the mobile theme plugin installed and activated, it will overwrite the responsive version for mobile.
You cannot choose when the mobile theme should work on your website.
