This error appears if you don’t have the tagDiv Standard Pack plugin installed and activated, and your posts have assigned a standard post template from that plugin, please install and activate it and see if the problem persists.

Your colleague Vlad suggested to me the same thing for an another problem 4 days ago but I didn’t receive any reply and any kind of help. Now I done what you suggested in the messages before, I uninstalled and installed the theme but the footer and the header are disappeared and there is only a lot of codes. I just wrote to contact@tagdiv.com, I wrote to him also about the main problem: the constant conflicts of the theme and plug-ins that make the site impossible to use and about it I said to him about this problem of Revolution Slider.
So now I write again an e-mail to your colleague, but, please, tell him to appear.

I have several problems:
1. The header menu is twice with clickable links when I disable ccs style. I don’t use a top bar.
2. The layout of the search page when there are no results is crashed.
3. The title and the subtitle of the site (“dmepp” and “dépenser moins et profiter plus”) i have no logo on the header, link to my home page, How to remove this ?

If you installed a cloud/PRO demo, then you can adjust your new layout of the website which you like with TagDiv Composer plugin. Take a look in this tutorial: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/

I used exactly what the video said to do. I create a mobile page from the front page, then i imported a header template for mobile and i edited it to fit my website. Then in the manager i selected and pressed to be global. i don’t use mobile theme or AMP. i didn’t even installed them. I took the way for mobile template.

If you use a cloud/PRO template, then you should add the ads when you edit the page with TagDiv Composer.
For a default template you should add the ads in theme panel.
If you have Mobile Theme plugin installed and active, then you should add the ads in Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Mobile Theme -> Mobile ads.
Please check if you set them up correctly.

I uninstalled and installed the theme again because of the same problems of loading that were until the beginning, before to install again the theme everything was very fast, when I activated again the plug-ins of the theme the problem with loading appear again. Now is very fast but very broken.

I am not sure if I explained it correctly. After saving the settings, the page worked with Pulses PRO. Then it started to display for no reason using the newspaper basic theme. After I have given API key, I have reinstalled Pulses Pro. From now on, the page displays once according to the settings I saved before the api key was given and once with the settings after saving them. In addition, one version does not contain all the content, and the other version does.
Hi, after moving the page from another server and installing the newspaper, I saved the settings. Then the page stopped displaying according to the settings and started showing the basic theme – newspaper. I used Pulses pro and despite saving the settings it did not display. Then I noticed that I need to provide the API key. I did this and reinstalled the Pulses Pro Theme. From now on, the theme displays the last saved pulses pro settings once and the first time. I just installed the Newspaper X theme in wordpress and no matter how many times I try to update tagDiv composer, tagDiv cloud library, and tagDiv social counter, I am constantly getting verification failed message. The theme is showing as registered. Kindly help me. I am also not able to see any of the layout settings in Theme Panel. I have to only import pre-built websites and then tweak. This is somehow not seen exactly as many of the videos that I came across on YouTube. Many people have various layout options in categories, footer options, and header options etc. But, I am able to see nothing. It’s showing blank with only one option.
Please help. I am stuck.

I’ve noticed that all of a sudden my mobile theme is not being displayed on mobiles anymore. Its been working fine for a long time. I’ve not installed any recent plugins. Weirdly, the mobile theme option under theme panel, mobile theme, mobile settings is now greyed out and I can’t select any option 9mobile, mobile +amp, Amp – these are all greyed out).

I just need to have a simple news blog with 4 categories: news, politic, society and culture, science
and I would like different orizzontal sectors where they appear: the previously reported categories, the latest articles, the most read articles and the latest comments.
I would like the blog to be on the home page at the main website address. I installed a newspaper version with a pre-installed website and the test articles I had in the previous theme and all the structures have disappeared, it’s all too complicated and I don’t understand anything, I don’t know where to start, the logo doesn’t appear anymore of the site and the motto
Hi, I have updated the theme to the “classic” one. I realized that if I click on the menu on “news” and “tv series” I have a blank page. The other categories are displayed correctly. I have tried to uninsatll “composer” and to clear the cache and then to reinstall it but I have not had positive effects. What may have happened?
I have disabled everything, installed the new version, and the same problem remains.
Google ads are displayed the way they want and ignore the settings in the Newspaper panel. What can happen?

I did everything you said:
– header was already global
– all the plugins were up-to-date
– I disactivated all the plugins but the tagDiv ones
– deleted and reinstalled the composer
– cleared the cache
– cleared the cache of the browser as well
Nothing changed. The problem is still there.

This is regarding my site Discovervibe.blog, yesterday I have installed this Newspaper theme, and came across this issue.
While I completed all suggested settings for WP Super Cache Plugin, it is showing following message:
Zlib Output Compression Enabled!
PHP is compressing the data sent to the visitors of your site. Disabling this is recommended as the plugin caches the compressed output once instead of compressing the same page over and over again. Also see #21 in the Troubleshooting section. See this page for instructions on modifying your php.ini.

I did a brand new install. On the just installed WP 5.7.2 I uploaded the theme and activated all the plugins it asked for. Then I tried tu load a pro theme, but it does not work.
Try to look at https://www.helianthusestetica.it this is the Beauty Pro theme. When downloading the prebuilt website a couple times it appeared a black label saying that there was a server side problem, but theme was still downloading. The only one parameter which is not green on the system check is the WP Memory Limit which shows 40 Mb/request but on the PHP info panel (cpanel) i read 256 Mb which is my hosting standard value.
great it works now. had to uninstall the mobile plugins like you said 🙂
