Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully

and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
Form what I can see the images and social sharing do not appear because of the cache plugin -> http://prntscr.com/q6zb76 please deactivate the cache plugins and check again.

Hi,
Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Also please install a ssl plugin and check the results!

Thanks for the reply – This seems like important information to distribute when you’re upgrade procedure states that we should delete the theme and plugin files from the website and then install the new version. Just a note on the fact that you will loose all of your sidebars and widgets will be inactive.
Since it’s an issue with WP, it’s not your problem to solve, but it would have been appreciated.
Time to look for a way to export sidebars/widgets setup before a theme upgrade!

After the last wordpress update some of the feature images don’t show up when using certain Post Styles.

I have already tried deactivating my Cache plugins, Regenerated all critical CSS Paths and also did a full fresh install of the theme itself downloading the latest version from my backoffice.
No luck none of that fixed the issue.
Awaiting your Testing following email exchange. WP Staging has been installed and credentials supplied via email.
I solved the problem myself in 12 “easy” steps:
1. Deleted the theme
2. Deleted the Tagdiv plugins
3. Downloaded the theme from Themeforest
4. Installed the theme again
5. Uploaded demo without content, this didnt work
6. Uninstalled this demo
7. Installed demo with content
8. Deleted demo content (articles)
9. Worked on a Header area from the start (uploading Logo, removing and adding what I needed from the header)
10.Worked on the foooter area from the start
11. Worked on About and Contact page from the start
12. Spent another 30 minutes adding final touches to the site, to make it look the way it looked before it decided to change the looks.
I dont know why my site went rougue on me since I wasnt updating a thing, but when I woke up it wasnt looking good.
If I am going to tweak the theme every now and then it really makes no sense.

You’ll need to install and activate it from Newspaper> Plugins -> https://i.imgur.com/d91IVx0.png after that you can import the cloud templates and pages from tagDiv Cloud Library.

whenever I activate the tagdiv composer (WPBakery not installed), it shows some fatal error and not able to edit the website. topbar is not showing in frontend editor. after that I deactivate the tagdiv composer and install the WPBakery Page Builder, then the website works fine.
I loaded the paper. Previously I was using Newspaper 9.8. I used 13 in the post settings. I deleted the newspaper and reinstalled the current version 10.2 again. If you know that my old posts should be done. In the meantime, I did some research on the forum, I disabled the schemes.
note: there are also no social sharing icons.

Hello there,
I ‘ve installed the theme- Newspaper version 10.2, and I am having some issues with theme panel. I am unable to make any changes or save settings. The Square spinning in a loop infinite and won’t updates the settings configuration. I’ve checked the systems status and php.ini configuration seems ok, also I disable all plugins and active one by one, however the issue persists.
Any help I would be appreciated.

I’m not sure which demo. The default template upon installation. The same one I’ve had 3+ years. I don’t have screenshots of the old site – I just know the font is now smaller, with less line spacing, more condensed and doesn’t read well. I can send you the old css sheet I’ve restored, with the correct font, so you can figure out on your end what you changed so I can change it back in my child theme.
This theme not supporting most of the plugins. Showing error message while installing the plugin.
For automatic optimization of your existing images and subsequent uploads, install and configure the ‘WP-Optimize plugin’. Make sure you disable caching on WP-Optimize if you are already using another caching plugin. Also, before you upload your pictures, you can compress them using photoshop or compressnow.com.
The same thing happened to me; however, after I installed and configured the ‘Really Simple SSL’ plugin, it fixed the mixed content issue.
After researching hours and posting the question suddenly i found out the solution.
Please install Disable Gutenberg plugin to solve the issue.

i also cleared the cache.

I am using a wordpress multisite, I have installed the theme. I can edit the header and templates but unable to create new posts with tagsdiv plugin when active.

I having a problem with your theme panel. If I import demo + all content, I can’t change the logo (Header, Footer, Mobile) in Theme Panel.
Logo only can be change if I use tagdiv composer. Which means, maybe retina logo will not work.
If I import demo only, without content. I can change logo in theme panel with ease.No problem at all.
I afraid, this problem happen not just logo element only, maybe other element face same problem too.
I sure, my newspaper themes installed correctly and all my plugin, wordpress are updated to the latest version.

That is because you imported the demo with content, you will have to either import the demo without content or delete the old files, demo posts, categories and media.
