The demos are built with the tagDiv composer plugin, some of them (like the restro demo) use multi-purpose elements that are provided only by the tagDiv composer. WPBakery won’t recognize these elements, please edit the demo pages only with our composer. If you already made some modifications to the page with WPBakery there could be problems.

Better to reinstall the demo in this case, or import just the homepage and other demo pages from the cloud – https://cloud.tagdiv.com/#/load/Homepages
– https://cloud.tagdiv.com/#/load/Pages
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-cloud-library-plugin/
Then edit them with the composer to configure them as needed.

Usually when the mobile version appear on desktop are some problem with cache plugin, browser cache, please clear all cache and try again.
We recommend using WP Super Cache -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ Make sure if you have followed the steps from this guide if you want to achieve good theme results.

Just make sure that you clear all cache after you made the changes in theme panel.

Please make sure that you do not change any files in theme files, also make sure that
If the problem is still there, please delete( delete the theme plugins too, do not override ) the current version of Newspaper that you have and download again from themefores the newspaper and reinstall it.

I have checked your website and I saw that you are using the Fastest CAche plugin which is not tested with our theme and also, we cannot say for sure if it will work or not as expected with our theme, sorry! Generally, it seems to be a problem with such a setting from caching plugins which are exclusively desired for Mobile mode. So when you are trying to install theme plugins there are errors. What is the error you are receiving? Does it happen only for theme plugins? Could be a server issue maybe. Let me know.

It is mandatory to delete all what was left from the older version before intalling this update. Overwriting the files would cause a lot of problems. Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate all non theme plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, please deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
