Hi,

If you mean the “Features” menu item, that is only for the live demo page. There would be no point including that in the install-able demo.
It is meant to provide users with a chance to see some of the theme features, not to be imported with a demo install.
You can create your own menus after importing a demo, presenting content published on your website.

The FTP method is the most recommended because it is then most reliable in installing or for theme updates.

Make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme installed via FTP way, clear all the caches and check the results. for PHP on the server and also, try to set up the below code in .htaccess!
