I installed the crypto demo theme
and i have problem,

it should be right under the header
and there is written that is no ticker coin selected

After installation of purchased theme, I am trying to use the various feature of a theme by clicking on the available buttons. But the buttons are not active as they are not generating any output after clicking the button.
for example: in order to change the header style, search position, theme logo, font and all other features via theme panel tab, I am trying to click on the given options.
But these buttons are not responding at all. Changes are not reflecting upon the button clicks.This theme is activated under the valid license. Request you to fix the issue on high priority.
I have tried using different browser versions including older as well as newer version, but the theme is not responding at all.
This problem is throughout the theme functionality/buttons.

I installed the multi-purpose plugin as well as uninstalled the 2.0 TDC and reinstalled it with no change. I am very disappointed in this as I can not update my main home page. TDC is working on other pages that were built with it.
I see that this issue is quite common, I am hoping that I do not have to re-create my entire site to move forward.

I am doubtful that this is why our TDC’s have stopped loading, although it is worth the time to investigate.
This has been an issue for almost 60 days now. Please let me know how you feel this can be truly resolved…
I have not been able to save a lot of changes in Newspaper as well. There have been random things over the last months that I did not think to document. Even this morning I am trying to create a new blog and I used a previous draft that even though I am saving the new changes, it is not consistently saving them on the site.
I am hoping not to get a generic answer here and if there is anything I can do to answer any questions please do not hesitate to ask. I realize that you are just now hearing of my issues, although NEWSPAPER has been great until a a couple of updates ago and now I am unfortunately losing market share and momentum.

I have checked, and my home url and site url are both https. I have also tried disabling all plugins, cleared all caching, deleting the existing theme and reinstalling it via the ftp method. I have then tried reinstalling the td-composer plugin. And the results are the same as before.
I’m now convinced that the problem lies with the buggy td-composer update, as many others have reported similar issues. Can we expect the issues to fixed anytime soon?

Install js-composer in the plugin folder because i really need visual composer to edit my woocommerce products.
And i get sever error 500
I have activated the plugin but it is not index amp version, even I have submitted the site to google.
I have another site also where the same theme is there but there I have installed amp plugin AMP for WP – Accelerated Mobile Pages I got indexed within a day.

Newspaper is a very good theme. But I am facing a problem, I am not able to change the text color of texts in blocks. And there is no option to change the text color for block excerpts as well. I want to change text colors. The second thing is: same blocks used in different templates have different styles. For example block 9 in default demo has a different style than in block 9 of the template: gadget. Can I use block styles of different styles by just installing the only template? I want clear instructions on how I can solve this issues.

I just updated to 8.7 but unfortunately it broke my homepage design. I was already using TD Composer before since 8.0, working fine, but it seems after the update the plugin was uninstalled and fails to reinstall now.
In the plugin page, when I try to install it I get this message “this plugin doesn’t have valid headers”, and “plugin installation failed”.
I could really use some help ! Thank you

I need some help with changing the default colors of the Newspaper theme. I installed the “Business” demo, but cannot seem to change the background of the header menu (which is a slightly darker blue then the rest of the header) in the default setting (Header Style 1). Everything around it I can change, and the problem also does not occur by changing to a different header style. Any ideas?

Please disable your current version of the tagdiv composer and delete the plugin. Then install it again from the main theme panel as the plugin needs updating as well.
Make sure you have tagdiv composer 2.0 installed.

You could remove demo content once installed if this is required, but the theme update package does not provide such an option. Always the full theme will be provided and installed/updated. You could update by patch, replace only theme files which were changed

I suggest you make a new clean install from scratch to another sub-domain for testing, without any untested plugins, clear all the caches, purge CDN files if you are using something like this and check the results.

This is not a theme issue, the option to create a mega-menu is displayed on a theme install with only theme plugins active

In almost all cases the option disappearance was caused by other plugins as mentioned above. So if you disable all plugins it should appear.

Please keep in mind that I have checked this option on my website and it seems to work as expected, without any problems. Most likely, this problem happens due to a bad theme installing or because of that, you are using some untested plugins which can break this functionality. Try to make a new clean install, remove all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches, purge all CDN files and check the results.

I have just installed this theme at indiapups.com – could not even enter the activation code and the admin page is giving 502 error. The server team has increased the memory/updated PHP version and confirmed that the problem is with the theme. I have deactivated the theme and now can access the admin. Please advise a solution. Checking the other questions – it seems the problem is with TagDiv composer plugin?

There should not be any errors, please try again and reinstall the theme (by FTP is recommended) delete old theme and paste new one

Make backups to be safe before updating the theme.
Update all theme plugins, the composer and multi-purpose plugins are now version 2.0. Deactivate all other plugins and child theme if used. Clear all caching installed and CDN files if used. Check if there still are errors, let us know the results after trying this.
Thanks Simion, yes I disabled and uninstall the plugin, also redirected all /amp requests to their normal url. Goole search console knows how to discourage me to not beta-test and debug by making things look bad with their error warning mails, so I’ll better wait for the next theme/plugin udpate to check again.

Please deactivate and delete your current composer plugin as well as the multi-purpose plugins and install them again from the main the plugins section. The make sire you clear all caching including browser cache. (ctrl+shift+del on chrome)

The AMP plugin does not seem to be installed at the moment on the website. We can make some tests and see if there are any issues. Enable it if possible and we will test some of the posts.

I have te4sted on my site and the Smart list images seem to work as expected on AMP version, without any problem regarding on crop images, sorry! Also, I see on your website that your images are cropped incorrectly as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/cwhsl59P4oyf It seems to be some custom code injected on your site which caused this error, sorry! Please try to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way, remove all of the untested plugins if you are using something like this, clear all the caches, purge all CDN files and check the results.

I reinstalled the plugin (social counter 4.2) but still nothing appeared in blocks or widgets. My parameters are ok and green in system status.
I will try to move my pages to tagdiv composer but I guess it’s a long work ?

Most importantly, if you use Visual composer for building pages please deactivate the tagDiv composer plugin (active by default when the theme is installed or updated). Row layouts and specific Visual composer options and elements will be affected when the tagDiv composer is active. Deactivate it and test again, there should be no issues.
