1. Please make sure that you upload your logo in full size: https://www.screencast.com/t/Oxue274e
2. You will have to make the ROW that contains the menu wider. In order to adjust the site width you have to select every row of your page using the tagDiv Composer and then set the stretch mode you want like here : https://www.screencast.com/t/BkWwdHh6
3. By right clicking on the ROW in tagDiv Composer you will be able to delete it.
6. You can import a category template which is fully editable using tagDiv Composer as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloud-library-category-templates/

The logo is overlapping your content because you are using for the page template the “Page Builder + Overlay Menu” -> https://i.imgur.com/6NK6759.png set it on default and the problem will be solved.
For the problem with tagDiv Composer, make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
Make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme, cache plugin or CDN, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Nevermine the logo issue seemed to be a cache issue, however newsletter still not okay.

Please clear your cache for the other problems. Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

The logo is displaying normal, the problem is that you set a cut image as logo -> https://i.imgur.com/PfAAmj2.png, please make sure that the logo is set in full size https://i.imgur.com/Z08T2D8.png -> https://i.imgur.com/KNDBNuO.png this will fix the problem.

I just checked your website https://tvblackbox.com.au/ and it’s working fine on Chrome (Incognito). Btw in my website there wasn’t any logo uploaded for Mobile device (for default theme) and that’s was creating problem in my site.

(3) Is there any way to add SVG background using tagdiv composer or custom CSS?
(4) Can i add animated SVG in background or as logo?

i have purchased newspaper theme today from themefores and but after installing theme and tagdiv cloud library plugins my server get crashed everytime when disable this plugin via ftp then site is working fine but when enable cpuy load entry process and RAM usage goes to 90% of my dedicated hosting.
so i decided to disable that plugins after install newspaper pro demo and now my site is not showing logo and menu.
how to do? because i have already set all thing in theme panel option.
another problem is header code and footer code like google analytics is also not working while i have pasted in theme option.
I have enabled mobile theme on my site but when i am opening my site in incognito mode in mobile sometimes it’s showing Desktop theme with different logo(Default city news logo). I have enabled mobile+AMP in setting.Please help me….I am getting frusteted now…

2. Text code for widget? But how do I find this code from different plugins? For example, jetpack Top Post sequence widget shows Top posts in sidebar. So how can I add it in the sidebar from tagDiv? Because if I add from WordPress theme customization, the main Template made in TagDiv gets replaced by those widgets only.

It shows that my logo isn’t showing in the header. My website is valorvortech.com, upon entering the URL and going to the homepage, the header logo might show, but after clicking to a new category, or a new post, the header logo disappears and the logo is gone, but the box it was in, is still clickable.
I’m not sure why this is happening, it was fine the entire duration since I got this theme. On the tagDiv editor, the logo is showing. On the theme panel, I have verified that I have inserted the correct logo. On the header cloud template, I have ensured that the logo is inserted.
I’m not sure why this is happening, please advise me on how to fix it, thanks.

To achieve the Lowercase you need to edit the page with tagDiv Composer like this -> https://i.imgur.com/SV6T5Ha.png click on logo (text) and check the style tab -> https://i.imgur.com/lqa9DFl.png -> https://i.imgur.com/ejIFdD0.png

my host wrote that die option “allow_url_include” is deactivated within the PHP 7.4, so I changed it to 7.3 where it is still active. Unfortunately I still get the message… And also when I click “View” it doesn’t only show the message, it also won’t show the logo.

If you have only 10 header styles, then you are using Newsmag theme -> https://i.imgur.com/VvExn1c.png also this theme do not have the cloud library, only Newspaper has.

In our site https://hispanicla.com we use Newspaper 9.8 . While changing logo in the header the site became slow (22-25 seconds vs. 6-7) and before the frontpage appears we see a list of clickable content, like a Sitemap. Also, while editing the frontpage with TD Composer, an erromessage appears: Plantilla de página no válida. Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)
Said message remains forever.
I know I need to upgrade to 10.xx but don’t know how.
Sorry, I posted about this yesterday, but I didn’t get a clear answer. Here are the issues I’m facing:
1. Logo is small and blurred.
2. Footer doesn’t change color even I did so in the Theme Panel.
3. Cloud.tagdiv.com shows some nice templates, but My TD Composer has no option to import them, even the website just show the templates and doesn’t have an option to import them!!
