hello,
I already mentioned the images are needed for the multi-purpose plugin and cannot be removed unless you do not use the multi-purpose plugin. Disable the plugin and you can delete the images. Enable it, and the images will be back.

ok I double checked the wp-config for whitespaces. Still getting an error “cannot modify header information…”
it all started with the TDComposer not loading and me following the instructions to incraese the WP Memory in the wp-config.
Guys, I seriously need some help here. I bought the theme from theme forest with support.
Site still works though when I’m looged in but from the outside I’m getting a bunch of errors.
Hi, yesterday I tweaked the home page with the TDComposer. Everything was fine.
Today when I try to access the TDComposer I’m stuck with a infinite load screen. nothing happens. I didn’t change anything since yesterday.
I followed the instructions on another topic here in the support forum. Increased the memory in the wp-config, still no luck.
I didn’t get to set the paramenters in the php.ini and htaccess file as suggested yet. But honestly, I shouldn’t have to tweak these files just to use a theme.
How can I get the TDComposer up and running again?
Hello,
I;m not sure what you mean with generating lots of time but it could be plugin related or memory allocation related. Please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Also please use this guide to increase your memory: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Thank you!
Hello,
Please use this guide to properly configure your memory allocation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Thank you!

Hi,
the second time happened when the theme “restore” deleted items…
I removed the demo images – 1. from wp-admin/media – 2. from everything in the uploads directory.
2nd of December had a 30 min server downtime ( still not sure what was caused – since got doubled memory/4 GB/, disk space/40 GB/ )
25th December had a DDOS attack against portal, caused a “frozen menu on mobile” and “no pictures were shown” about 5 hours on the website.
After both outages, the theme API ( what else? ) restored parts from demo content – like changed back the color settings to its default, restored all DELETED demo images to the media library…
So, I will move the stuff to a dedicated server / 2 TB disk, 64 gb ram /, but I don’t want the demo content is shown again – so complete remove the demo installer, also I want to remove all unnecessary items like woocomerce, bbpress related things from function.php
And would like to set the customised settings as default. Whenever I load a page/post I see a slight delay – and the default blue colors on the header. – Why is it loading the demo original at all?

///SSO Notice Conflict detected — your theme or another plugin is adding meta property=”og:image” to the head section of this webpage.
SSO Notice 1 duplicate meta tags found. Check 0 of 5 failed (will try again later)…

I removed the meta property tag because interfere was caused by wpsso SEO plugin.
wp-content/themes/Newspaper/mobile/functions.php
if (!empty($td_image[0])) {
echo ‘<meta property=”og:image” content=”‘ . $td_image[0] . ‘” />’;
3.,
I would like to show shortcodes on category and tags pages. But the snippet not works, in function .php.
And in twenty5-6-7 themes working – therefore Newspaper theme strips out the shortcode support.
add_filter( ‘category_description’, ‘do_shortcode’ );
https://premium.wpmudev.org/blog/cool-wordpress-category-pages/
https://webgilde.com/en/shortcode-not-working-category-description/
https://github.com/Yoast/wordpress-seo/issues/4786
That was the recommended solution from those websites, but it does not work at all, with the Newspaper theme.
Thank you, Zoltan
Hello,
The http error usually occurs when not having enough memory allocated to your WP config file or php.ini. Please use this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/

Hello,
If a social plugin as well does not work, then it;s a problem from your install and not the theme. Please try to disable all plugins except the page builder and clear all caching to see if there is no plugin conflict affecting the social sharing. Also please check your firewall, file permissions, memory allocation.
Thanks.
Hello dlkobza,
Ensure that your system status is correctly increased according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ and also, if your PHP memory is too low, you should increase it. Also, make sure that you are using the latest theme version.
Thanks for the message!
I’ve 128M assigned to WordPress (and max memory 256M), so this is impossible.

Problem since updating to 8.5 version.
I cannot access the widgets page now – shows up blank each time I try to load it. Tried to uninstall and reinstall the theme and saw that I couldn’t even install the theme without FTP. All memory limit and PHP sizes are around 1000 M.
What is the problem? It’s difficult without the widgets page.
I really love this theme and your brilliant support.
The site is about.ebooks.com, running Newspaper version 7.4.
In recent days I found that the main menu will only display links to pages and custom links, but it won’t list categories. This also applies to the top menu.
Actually, the menus display perfectly when I’m logged in as an admin user. But for people viewing the site normally, the category menu item just won’t show. This is true on desktop and mobile.
I have deleted menus and re-created them. I’ve also increased the memory allocation (per the little orange warnings on your Newspaper System Status page) to no avail.
Is there a known solution to this?
Thanks,
Stephen
Hello and thanks for the last assistance, sometimes in my site the images do not appear or sometimes I see the site waiting for them and then load them slowing down, I brought wp_memory_limit to 128 MB but this happens again. Do you have any advice or procedure to give me?
Thank you,
Marco.
p.s. i use newspaper v. 8.5.1 and WP version 4.9.1

Thanks for your understanding!
Hello aminudidat,
Ensure that you have installed the latest theme version via FTP way because this is the surest theme method, in this case, check your system status parameters to be increased according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ Most likely, your PHP memory has exhausted and that’s why nothing renders. Also, if you are using some untested plugins, try to disable all of these, clear all the caches and check the results. If you are using the child theme, try to switch to the main theme and check. If the problem is still there, please let us know.
Hope this helps!
Thanks for the message!
Hello Maryam,
First of all, ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme installed via FTP way, remove all of the untested plugins if you are using something like this, clear all the caches and check the results. Most likely, your PHP memory has exhausted and that’s why you cannot say anything. Also, if you like and if you want to use that demo, you simply import it from Theme panel, according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/installing-demos/ Also, if you have your content you should import it without dummy data because the theme will recognize all of your content which has been loaded into your database. Before each theme install or update, the full backup is fully required to be made to avoid losing your data.
Hope this helps!
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello Rogger Baylon,

Hello! Couldn’t understand why I have so quickly gets cluttered with the memory of the site. Now I saw that one of the pictures I have 20 thumbnails and it is a feature of your theme.
How to reduce this number? I have in the settings of WordPress have removed the creation of medium and large size, leaving only the thumbnail is 150 by 150
