I have inserted the code and it does solve part of the problem.
For example my menu items are as follows
Replays | Podcasts | Articles | Courses | Mentoring
The problem page was the second subpage below Mentoring called SCORE Videos. Now I can access from the problem page both the Courses submenu and the Mentoring submenu. However I can not choose the other submenu item under Mentoring. Also in desktop there is a blank white box about as tall as the space between the menu items. Perhaps this is in the way?
In mobile I have the same improvements except from SCORE Videos I cannot cause the hamburger stack to show a menu.

On the menu button on mobile, it opens a page with the menus and a woman background on it. I can’t find where to change the picture there, i tried logging in from my mobile, but on the homepage screen when editing, I can’t open the menu page. Please let me know how I can change this thank you
When I migrate from desktop to mobile, my menu collapses into a hamburger, but when I click on the hamburger to expand the menu the following error is displayed, “”Click here – to use the wp menu builder”.
How to resolve?
I’m puzzled by a bug in the menu on this page. The menu operates properly on every other page. Only on this one can one cannot access the subpages for Courses or the other subpage for Mentoring while on desktop. In mobile one cannot cause the hamburger mobile menu to drop down.

I am using the mobile menu generated by responsive design rather than loading the plugin so far.
When testing the site on mobile I notice the menu seems to have the background that one encounters with the default WP login page. https://imgur.com/a/EvPDdRE
Where can I change this? I have tried uploading an image from the Theme Panel — Background but it does not change.
Also if I try to click the “hamburger” (three stacked lines) when on a Page or a Post while on a mobile device I get this message:

If you are referring to menu bar -> https://i.imgur.com/MNP8ECP.png then you can edit it using tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/UJcMROO.png set the mobile layout click on mobile row and after that click on mobile menu and check the css tab -> https://i.imgur.com/bbkYAS0.png

I am trying to have a header with a single image. It working properly in Desktop site. In Mobile site I want the header also to display mobile menu and search icon as it is available in the Demo Themes. How to implement it??
I am getting the three elements menu, header image and search in different rows one below other.

To get the text-logo in the mobile version in the middle I have added margin-top: 70px; to td-logo-text-wrap and the height in the td-logo-text-wrap to 180px
To get the search-button from left to right: .td-search-icon –> instead right: -3px; change to left: -3px; and add margin-top: 60px; so the search button moves below the toggle or to move the search icon beside the toggle just right: 210px;
To change the font-size of the text-logo and the the tagline –> use theme-panel because the following in the style.css doesn’t work:
.td-main-menu-logo .td-logo-text –> font-size from 24px to 48px
.td-main-menu-logo .td-tagline-text –>padding-top from 2px to 6px and font-size from 9px to 15px
Changes in the themepanel: mobile –> theme-fonts –> header –> text-logo –> size: 34 line hight: 34
Than change the header .entry-title margin-top: 25px and margin-bottom:65px

Dear tagdiv-team, I want to modify the mobile header in such a way that the black box which includes the menu and the search console as well as the text-logo becomes a little bit bigger. How can I do this? Is it also possibile to move the menu and search symbol below the tagline?

In order to remove that shadow, you need to edit the header with tagDiv Composer click on the mobile view port and on row from header -> https://i.imgur.com/8YjXOuG.png after that click on mobile menu -> https://i.imgur.com/0Vvb9Zb.png and set the shadow on 0 -> https://i.imgur.com/Rlf3XH2.png

If you want to change the background image from mobile menu or search , you can do it from theme panel> background -> https://i.imgur.com/a5UgjpK.png also the colors can be change from theme panel> theme colors > mobile menu -> https://i.imgur.com/p6H7Dz0.png
If you are using the mobile theme plugin, you need to change it from > theme panel> mobile theme > https://i.imgur.com/H2lwlCw.png

1. All the pictures on my website aren’t showing
2. The menu bar is not appearing when I click the 3 tab button on the left corner
3. The logo is taking time to load.
I have deleted the mobile theme with the AMP.
I have even changed my server name to Ezoic for better performance (maybe i will change it back)

How can I eliminate the shadow under the header (menu – logo – search)?
In TD edit I can’t, only on mobile it shows.
I am using Pulses Pro Theme and I can’t find a way to update the mobile menu background image as well as the search mobile screen background image.

For the problem with mobile menu and search, please make a test and disable all non theme plugins, clear all cache and check again, is possible to use some plugins that are slowing this functionality.
If you do not like the mobile theme plugin , then you can use the responsive version (disable the mobile theme) or you can use mobile theme and show the responsive version of homepage using this option -> https://i.imgur.com/m0bVB5T.png you can check more details about mobile theme in our documentation -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ or if you want to have the responsive version only, you can use the amp option from mobile theme -> https://i.imgur.com/oofST3D.png (to use the mobile theme template on amp) or you can disable the plugin.

Hi! I didn’t install any plugin or update and all categories are giving a 404 error.

I have installed the last version of WordPress and I don’t have the “WEBSITE MANAGER TOOL” that appears on the top left side. I see that all the video tutorial works by this website manager tool but I don’t have it on my template. So I don’t know how to find the mobile menu without this “WEBSITE MANAGER TOOL”.
