Hello,
I’m using newspaper x theme (newspaper sport) for an RTL website, but there are so many problems in CSS (backgrounds/mobile menus and search)
do you have any suggestions to fix these problems?
Hi – My site is https://piracymonitor.org. It appears fine on desktop and tablets but not on mobile devices. Am I doing something wrong?
Details:
The site’s Home page looks fine on mobile, and the menu is correct. However, when you select a menu item to go to any other page on the site, you get a page that contains the mobile header, the page title, and the sub footer menu. The rest of the page content is not visible. Posts look OK. It’s the page content that’s a problem.
Screen shot of the Home page
Screen shot of another page (“Resources”)
I tested this using an iPhone, with Safari and Firefox browsers. The same behavior happens with both browsers. Also, it does not matter whether the tagDiv Newsmag Mobile theme is enabled or disabled. Either way, the page content is hidden.
If I am not using the theme correctly, please let me know what to do. Thank you.
i have installed mobile theme with amp for speeding up our blog. in our menu we have added 2 pages and 5 categories. category page and home page is working fine but when it comes to the other 2 page it is showing nothing after opening in mobile.
i have created these pages using tagdiv composer. what i want at least latest post should show on this pages or the 2 module that work for home page shoud work for this 2 page also.
i tried a lot to debug it using internet materials but got failed .
finally writing you with a hope to get solution soon….
Thanks in Advance

Unfortunately, I can’t find a way to change mobile menu type. I don’t want it to be fullscreen expanding from left side, but just expand down the menu button as a small block.
My domain is: human360.life
I will appreciate your help with this case.

Hello !
1. Hello !
The Mobile theme was specially designed for optimization on mobile devices. Unfortunately on mobile theme you cannot do much changes of design. If you want to have the same design as on desktop mode you can achieve that by simply disabling the mobile theme.
You will have to recreate your pages into the Mobile editor or completely disable the mobile theme.
Also you can disable mobile theme on certain pages or posts by following this setting:
Please take a look here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Mobile theme plugin can be disabled from Newspaper Plugins as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/LnkZCEVC
2. What are those words ?
3. You will have to set your menu in Appearance – Menus – Menu Location: https://www.screencast.com/t/G4uB22EZ
Thank you !
I just turned on thumbnails and it works.
But meanwhile I still have a problem with setting up mobile theme properly.
1. How can I change sections in mobile theme? I can’t do this in tagdiv editor. I would like have to similar layout to pc layout.
2. There are some words which hasn’t been translated.
3. Also my menu doesn’t work – there just an information “click here – to use the wp menu builder”.
Hi Calin,
Thanks for the reply, but still I cant get the menu working.
I think I was not able to explain you properly.
If you can please visit https://www.ethicaleditor.com/ on mobile and see for your self that when you tap on the menu the menu doesn’t appear.
Hi,
If you are using the mobile theme plugin you can choose what menus you want to set in mobile header -> https://i.imgur.com/jO1wW85.png and footer https://i.imgur.com/NQttFJ7.png the menus can be created in appearance > menus, the mobile menu will be display like this -> https://i.imgur.com/pED3R3P.png
Hope this will help you!
Have a nice day!
Hi,
If you are referring to the amp menu, then you need to know that the mobile theme plugin that you are using with amp plugin will provide a better speed then responsive version of theme, but in order to achieve that speed you’ll need to create a new content for all pages, because in the most of cases those were made with builders ( tagDiv Composer, WPBakery ) and you need to use only the mobile editor -> https://www.screencast.com/t/ebUIzt4se
Since Newspaper v9.7.4 you can show the responsive version on mobile theme -> http://prntscr.com/oh6r2s you can check more details about mobile theme in our documentation -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ or if you want to have the responsive version only, you can use the amp option from mobile theme -> https://i.imgur.com/n7fEXCy.png (to use the mobile theme template on amp) or you can disable the plugin.
The trending now section at the top of the homepage on mobile can be achieve only using the responsive version for that homepage or if you disable the mobile them plugin.
Hope this will help you!
Thank you!
Thanks Calin, that solved my images problem.
But I forgot to mention there is another issue, the left side menu inside mobile is not working when I tap on the menu

Hi
In Theme panel > Mobile theme > Footer, the subfooter menu that I can select, for default have links to real pages and no to Mobile theme pages. Is possible to have a subfooter menu in mobil with links to Mobile theme’s home or to some inner pages? Maybe create a menu with this special links?
Social icons and Sign-in Modal on the Top Bar show in mobile menu, but menu items do not. Is there any way to get them there on the mobile menu?
