The menu would be translated, but it will still have the hyperlinks to the English language site… I need them to also send the user to the Dutch pages.

So how do I use the NL mobile menu with NL text and NL hyperlinks in the mobile theme? If the desktop theme can work with two menu versions, then why can’t the mobile theme?

Hi,

Please check in the plugin settings that you are using for translate the website, maybe this have some option to translate the menu, in this way you’ll no longer need to have two different menus for mobile.

Thank you!

Hi,

This is the sticky menu from mobile version, first you’ll need to check if you are using a cloud template for header, it will look like this -> https://i.imgur.com/fVaXHAg.png if not you’ll need to make these settings -> https://www.screencast.com/t/H1lVAbuWj -> https://www.screencast.com/t/vzqdtC9Q3nR -> https://www.screencast.com/t/wwEqEISNJ -> https://www.screencast.com/t/CRoHjDzZm
If you have a cloud header, then you need to edit the header template and tagDiv Composer, check the sticky menu, scroll until you see the sticky menu and click on logo -> https://www.screencast.com/t/o6Z8zoJoWbFY (desktop version) and -> https://i.imgur.com/8XJUFaj.png mobile version.

Hope this will help you!
Thank you!

Hi,

My blog is in two languages, but I can’t get my mobile website to use the secondary language menu.

I created two mobile menus, one for English and one for Dutch, and assigned them to the right locations. Yet in Theme Panel > Mobile Settings, I can enter only one option for main menu. This setting seems the overwrite the other settings.

How do I make my mobile theme use the NL menu for the NL website and the EN menu for the EN website?

When I view my website on mobile, my footer image links don’t appear. I can still click them, but it just displays the black background. These images are for my social media links.

I use a plugin called menu image to display images. Within the footer I also have a few text links too. These display fine, it’s just the images that don’t show up.

The website is https://thethctimes.com/

Hello,

The demo I’m using is “Life News PRO”.
I tried to enable sticky menu but it wouldn’t work.
What I did:
+Checked sticky box
+Clicked “header” on top left corner
+Clicked on/off on sticky menu, but this wouldn’t show sticky menu. It’s the same for mobile.

What I also did after the above, and this is another issue I also want help with:
+Created another header template (the same Life News Pro header template)
+Followed the same step above and it worked. Sticky menu shows, but it seems like there’s something in compatible because it was really slow when I edited the sticky menu and the site runs really slow.

I hope someone can help me with this. Thanks!

When changing desktop screen width, at a certain point my header logo resizes down (before it goes to mobile view).

I’d prefer it not resize at all, until it gets to mobile menu, similar to this demo: https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_gossip/#

What settings are used here to keep it from resizing?

Thanks – it makes sense. I do feel that there is a bug, as if I choose the option Mobile only, then AMP should continue to work (for example, LinkedIN now sends articles to AMP) but then I have nowhere to insert the analytics code (as the regular AMP menu disappears from the left menu bar).

I’ll run the option Mobile + AMP however, so that I solve my problem this way.

I enabled it but only mobile menu stick not the desktop one. You can take a look at http://www.bltbangkok.com

PS. I use cloud template header. Tried in both but still didn’t work.

Hello !

You will have to edit the sticky mobile header by going in here: https://www.screencast.com/t/Bzi8kbneOKQc That option is to activate the menu in composer. And you will be able to edit the content. If you want it not to be displayed you can remove the content from that header.

Thank you !

Hi! I’ve updated to Newspaper 10.2, and I’m able to set up AMP Analytics from the AMP plugin option in the menu but as soon as I activate the Mobile Plugin, this option disappears. However, in the Theme panel, in the Mobile Theme section, there is no “AMP Analytics” section. I.e. it does not look like the view suggested here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-amp-plugin-tutorial/
There is no “AMP Ads” either.
Is that only for me? Or is there another place I can insert my analytics code?

Thanks!

Having great difficulty changing the background image of the mobile menu dropdown. It currently has the demo’s image. I believe I have identified the css:

.td-menu-background, .td-search-background {
background-image: url(‘http://secureservercdn.net/198.71.233.68/4a2.614.myftpupload.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/01/mobile-bg.jpg’);
}
But when I put a new url here, I still get the demo image. Please help!

Hi,

Unfortunately I can not access your website -> https://i.imgur.com/Hl6sHVR.png but if you are using the mobile theme plugin, then the mega menu will not be display on mobile theme, this can work only on responsive version of Newsmag theme. What you can do is to create a mobile menu and set it on mobile -> https://i.imgur.com/KU4tKVK.png

Thank you!

The main menu of my website does not look correctly on my mobile phone. The main menú of my website appears as a box (box-shaped button) on the mobile phone design but when I link on this box (at the top right), the button opens the menu but appears to me with a transparent background and overlaps with the images on my website. I’ve tried to look at how I can change the color of the background of my menú and make the background disappear transparent but I haven’t fixed it. My website is http://www.minilittleparty.com.
I want it to open up as a background that I can choose the color.I want to be able to read the text correctly and the background is not transparent so that it does not mix with the images of my website. And I also don’t want the icon that comes out with a drawing of a person’s head. I attach image on the following link: https://we.tl/t-muyqPNLJNp
Thank you very much.
