Hi,
I have checked again your website but I do not see your overlapping ad, sorry! You need to take a look over the following topic from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-theme-menu-issue-2/
Thank you!
Is it possible to make the sticky menu use everything from the orange/secondary design line color and up so that everything shows. Also on a mobile the logo shows the blue back around it but the header is staying all black unlike the blue on the desk top.
Is there a way for us to see what we have not gotten answers to. This is difficult to track a support issue when you have to go through pages to see that something is still a problem and not answered or fixed.
I never know if these links work or not:

Hi,
thank you for your answer. However to reproduce the issue you have to open the mobile navigation menu. I have tried it with an IPhone 7 and the behavior is still like you can see on my screenshot.
Hi,
Thank you for your kind words and we are happy hearing this from you and we are glad if you are happy and like this tool. If you want to customize your Mobile Menu and Sticky, you need to enable this functionality from the Header Manage, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/mTUMbYoxED4y After you have enabled these options, it will appear the header ROW on sticky mode and for mobile devices and also, you can customize it as you wish.
Hope this helps!
Thank you!
Hi,
I have checked your website on mobile and the main menu seems to be there and works as expected -> https://www.screencast.com/t/VuMvOAkT You can apply a margin-top to your container if you want to move down the content to see the Anchor Ads functionality.
Thank you!
Hi,
You need to check the mobile version and set the menu there -> https://www.screencast.com/t/EdfNfaPj0
Thank you!
So I’ve started using the Header manager, which is a very cool tool. I successfully got my desktop header (regular and sticky) to work correctly.
However, I cannot figure out how to get the mobile menu and the logo on the same row. I’m sure it’s something simple, but I’ve messed with it for an hour and can’t get it. Thoughts?
Having some issues with the mobile menu and search function on my website: https://techgeeked.com
Please help, thanks!
I have created a custom single post off a Cloud Template and have applied the infinite scroll option of the single post template.
Sticky Sidebar
On desktop the infinite scroll works fine, however, the sticky menu on the sidebar doesn’t stick on the new posts that load
Loads then disappears
On mobile, the next post will load but then disappear leaving large amounts of blank spaces.
Example post can be viewed on staging site link – http://akf.f41.myftpupload.com/perth-mess-hall-opening-weekend-food-truck-lineup-27527
I am using AdSense Anchor ads on my site. However these ads are overlapping the mobile navigation menu. Is there any (allowed) way to fix this issue which enables me to keep using this ad format?

Hey,
i didnt find an option to show or hide the social icons in the mobile menu. Is there an option in the theme settings or do i have to edit the theme itself to get rid of them?
Thanks for your help,
Marcel
There’s nothing there as per my previous message.
I checked already and I added a logo and I removed it.. still the same
I had a sticky menu with our “text” logo before I enable mobile+amp.. as soon as I enable mobile+amp your new logo is shown and it’s no longer sticky..

Hello, I try desperately to display the menu of my site on mobile but I can not. Can you tell me how?
My site is: https://queldelai.fr
Hi,
If your header menu is make with header manager you need to edit the header template and check the sticky menu, scroll until you see the sticky menu and click on logo -> https://www.screencast.com/t/o6Z8zoJoWbFY
If you are not using header from tagDiv Cloud Library please check the logos from theme panel> Header > Logo & Favicon and in Logo for mobile ->https://forum.tagdiv.com/logo-favicon/
Thank you!
Hi,
The menu on mobile is limited to a drop-down style menu. So for example while The “Fashion” menu item on desktop is a mega-menu with sub-categories
– http://prntscr.com/nmpscu
On mobile it will be a simple drop-down type menu – http://prntscr.com/nmpslo
There would be no settings to change this functionality, it works automatically.
If there is a problem with the mobile menu, I could take a look. Post a link to the website and I will check it on mobile. Or in case I misunderstand something please correct me.
Thanks
Hi,
In order to hide/remove the menu and search icons on mobile you can use this custom css
#td-top-mobile-toggle, .td-search-wrapper {
display: none;
}
Set the code in Theme panel>Custom code>Phones -> https://www.screencast.com/t/Novt6YGDKqGO
Hope this will help you!
Thanks.
Hi – I don’t want the grid nav menu or search icon to be visible on mobile view (desktop is ok).
(I’m using the theme just for 1 single page)
How do I disable or remove the menu and search on mobile please?
Hi Vlad, I thought your code solved the problem, but it actually caused another problem. As you can see in the 2 screenshots on the link below the problem is solved on the pages/posts where the menu used to overlay the title on mobile (portrait). But now it has a big extra chunk of menu on all the other pages. So I had to remove the custom css.
Any thoughts?
AS I am using news paper theme for my website and It’s awesome and I like it. But the problem is the main primary menu works properly with desktop view as it it dropdown type menu like when the cursor go to that menu the content will be shown down like that I hope you understand because I don’t know technical term for that. But as in mobile view there is no drop down for the menu and click and pages for every menu is not there in news paper app as default. So, I can change that setting for mobile view?
Hi AshleighF1717,
You need to provide your website URL so we can take a closer look at your mobile menu. If you are using some untested plugins, we recommend to disable all of them and leave just to active only the required plugins if you want to achieve good theme results.
Thank you!
Hi everyone,
I need some help. First, i don’t know how remove the social media menu of the mobile menu. If anyone knows how to remove the menu, please, help me.
I have another problem with the mobile version. When i make a click in any post, and i come back to home page, it’s changes, and only shows the latest news page. How i can fix this?
Thanks!
I recently downloaded the Newspaper theme update that now provides the Mobile Menu theme. The new mobile template is showing up, and the three lines where the drop down menu should be are showing up, but when I click them nothing is happening. I have double-checked and have the correct menu selected in the theme editor.
Hi,
I don’ think the issue is caused by the CSS code, when I try to use the search on mobile as soon as I click on the search icon a javascript error appears in the browser console
– http://prntscr.com/nlu5jo
So while it would be possible to switch the icon positions for the menu and search on mobile – http://prntscr.com/nlu6p5 the error is still there. Seems the menu works, just the search has this problem.
Usually this kind of javascript errors may appear when the theme is conflicting with various scripts entered in the theme panel or theme files, or in many cases plugins. You could begin to investigate plugins or codes (if you used any). Here is the code I used for the positioning of the icon, if you want to use it for mobile
@media (max-width: 767px) {
#td-header-menu #td-top-mobile-toggle {
position: absolute;
right: 0;
}
.td-header-main-menu .header-search-wrap {
position:absolute;
right: auto;
}}
Thanks
Hello. I’ve tried using legacy TML and the 7.0 update, on both, the login pages/register pages appear to be empty. Link to website here: https://sweatcoinblog.com
This only appears to happen on mobile devices! Go to menu and then select LOGIN or REGISTER to replicate the issue.
Hi Simion, thank you for your respon.. Have you checked it on mobile? I’d disabled the lazyload from theme panel but still slow. It took more than 4 seconds for the images to show.
And also at the first time loaded, it show mobile menu background (green screen) first. any suggestion pls?
