Hello!
From what you describe it seems you have installed Mobile theme plugin.
The Mobile Theme is a performance optimized theme included in the Newspaper main theme and it loads only for mobile devices. It comes with it’s own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. For more details, please take a look here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
If you want a responsive version, then better deactivate the plugin and see the results.
Unfortunately, in our theme there is no setting to achieve that feature.
Thank you!
Hello!
1. Mobile – Displays content using the Mobile Theme on small screen devices (no AMP)
2. Mobile+Amp – Displays content using the Mobile Theme on both mobiles and AMP
3. AMP – Uses the responsive version of the theme on small screen devices and Mobile Theme only on AMP.
Please make sure you have Mobile Theme and AMP plugin installed and active.
For more information about those plugins, you can find in our documentation:
https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-amp-plugin-tutorial/

}

Hello!
Unfortunately, there is no setting or a custom CSS to disable the image lightbox from mobile theme.
Thank you for your understanding!
Hi,
What you can try is to use a custom css to force the color for mobile version, for this try this code
body .td-header-wrap {
background-color: #42A332!important;
}
Please set this code in theme panel> mobile theme > custom code> css.
Hope this will help you!
Let me know the results!
Hi! Have shared an email regarding this to contact@tagdiv.com
Confirm that settings are correct, no cache issue and our website is still facing this problem. We found that Mobile theme is turned on and off randomly at times.
Hello, We are using Newspaper theme version 10.3.9.1 on our multisite, with WordPress version 5.6.1.
We are having the same problem as described in this other post https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-theme-also-showing-on-ipad-viewports/, when we view our website on a tablet (iPad, Kindle Fire, etc) the mobile version of the website displays instead of the tablet view that we set up in TD Composer.
In the other thread, the suggested course of action was to check WP Super Cache settings, but we have set up WP Super Cache according to the directions on your support page. We’ve also tried disabling all plugins in case there was a conflict.
Here is some more info from the system status page, please let me know how we can fix this, thank you.
Theme name Newspaper
Theme version 10.3.9.1
Theme database version 10.3.9.1
HTTP channel test wordpress
Theme Mobile Newspaper mobile version
php.ini configuration
Server software Apache/2.4.38 (Debian)
PHP Version 7.4.10
post_max_size 32M
max_execution_time 120
max_input_vars 3000
SUHOSIN installed false

GD library available
WordPress and plugins
WP version 5.6.1
WP multisite enabled Yes
WP Language en_US
WP Memory Limit 512 MB/request
WP_DEBUG False
Caching plugin No caching plugin detected – for best performance we recommend using WP Super Cache
Is it possible to disable the image lightbox in mobile theme with a CSS code etc.? If yes then can you please provide me that? Thanks
Hi,
Regarding to your screenshot, here you are on homepage and if you want to have on mobile devices a mobile page from that list you need to just click once and it will assign that template for the mobile version of the homepage. There is selected mobile page because it’s in a green color which means the design from that mobile page will be applied in mobile version of the homepage. So, in this mood you need to do with all your pages, access the desktop version first and assign a template for the mobile version from that list.
If you want a responsive version of your desktop (which means the mobile version will display a similar layout/design like in desktop) then you don’t need to assign any mobile page created or imported by you.
If you need Mobile Theme, then you will have a default design which you can not have so many setting for it, but you increase your page speed a little bit and all what you need to do is to install The Mobile Theme plugin.
Hope that helps you!
Thank you!
Hi,
A could/PRO template can be easily edited with our TagDiv Composer plugin: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/ ; For example, an element from your header has a row and a column and by selecting the element’s row or column you will have extra settings to can change the position in your header, color, size, etc. Also if you select the element and not the row of the element, you will have also another settings for editing the element from inside the block. All these are presented in our tutorial provided above. Everybody can adjust the elements with drag and drop how they need, sometimes you need to adjust also the sizes to can fit your element in place.
If you set -200px on the left column, your element will be moved 200px to the left direction. If you set +200px on the left column, the element will move 200px to the right: https://www.screencast.com/t/iwT3ochM
My suggestion is to play with margins. Margin will move the element entirely. Padding will only set a gap between: https://www.screencast.com/t/kLG8VTblvA; https://www.screencast.com/t/aL7eKZngwz
If you follow the steps which are presented in this tutorial here: https://tagdiv.com/how-to-increase-page-loading-speed/ you’ll be able to increase the speed of your website.
Also, to increase the page speed you can check these similar topics for more solutions:

Mobile – Displays content using the Mobile Theme on small screen devices (no AMP)
Mobile+Amp – Displays content using the Mobile Theme on both mobiles and AMP
AMP – Uses the responsive version of the theme on small screen devices and Mobile Theme only on AMP.
How to set the footer for Mobile Theme? If you access Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Mobile theme then you will find some setting which you can change in Mobile Theme version because The Mobile Theme is a performance optimized theme included in the Newspaper main theme and it loads only for mobile devices. It comes with its own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. For more details, please take a look here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ ; So, in the end we can see that you can not change the Mobile Theme so much, you can upload a logo but you can not modify it to adjust in place with TagDiv Composer plugin how you can adjust in other cloud templates. If you want to create mobile pages, then you don’t need Mobile Theme installed and you need to assign the templates. Also, if you want a responsive version of your desktop into devices, then you need to deactivate Mobile Theme and the responsive version will display automatically.
Some words from your website for example: Follow us, search you can change it from Theme panel -> Translations, or when you edit the element with TagDiv Composer and there can be a setting with a field and you can change the title.
If you will don’t find a setting to change a color, then the last option is to insert a custom CSS in Theme panel -> Custom code which can change your design from your pages.
I hope it helps!

Hello,
I’ve turned off the Mobile Theme and left AMP on. All of my pages are displaying correctly, except for our About page. There seems to be some overlay there that is causing problems.
https://www.commandeleven.com/about-commandeleven/
Please help me understand where this problem is coming from. Otherwise, all of our pages and articles are loading correctly.
Thanks!
Hi team,
I have detected some important errors in the theme. In the articles, to be more exact.
When you create an article, you put a structure H1, H2, H3 etc … so that google knows how to read the content well. Only the content should have this H structure, the rest of the additions, such as related articles, text of related articles, or “leave a message”, should never have H tag.
I have detected these serious errors through an audit-.
I need you to please tell me the best way to fix this problem. I am attaching screenshots.
I also use the mobile plugin, so the changes must be applied on PC(desktop) and mobile.

Approached from an SEO optimization point of view, this is a major mistake. I would like to request, that you please think about this for the next updates of the theme, it is important to correct it.
Although now I would like a custom solution, editing files that you indicate me or through custom code. It would be great if this is fixed in future updates.
This should be easy but as search in your docs:
https://forum.tagdiv.com/search/mobile+menu/?td-theme=newspaper
https://tagdiv.com/?s=mobile+menu
does not give a meaningful answer.
Please be so kind and give me the link to where/how I can adjust mobile menu settings. I do not use the mobile them but only a responsive header.

Hi,
That is the desktop version. I designed a different layout for the mobile page and also set it up as well. I used the mobile theme before, but due to its limited abilities on designing aspects I am using the mobile page instead. The mobile page has been set up, yet the desktop version showed up on mobile devices.
Here is the screen shot of the design for the mobile page
Please see screenshot 2 – I set it up for the mobile page per instructions.
Main page set up for mobile page

Sorry but I didn’t get my questions answered.
Mobile theme and AMP are not working as it should yet.
Also I have checked every “tutorial” on the website and they are all limited in information. Tutorials should guide its users not just point features out and set warnings. We’re not all developers =/
Hello,
If you have the mobile theme plugin, you can change the fonts and color from Theme Panel -> Mobile Theme ->Theme Colors/Theme Fonts on modules => https://www.screencast.com/t/i3R9jWDl0Yv -> https://www.screencast.com/t/JSldGTsd
or if you have a responsive version then from Theme Panel -> Theme Colors/Theme Fonts on modules and blocks => https://www.screencast.com/t/uafgsuWHS -> https://www.screencast.com/t/cI65y92KLpr
Hope this helps you!
