Hi
Please note that our working hours are from 8:00 AM – 17:00 PM.
The theme is tested and mobile menu works fine. If you still have this issue try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches then test the site again.
Let us know how it goes and if you still can’t manage to solve this issue provide your site url so we can have a closer look.
Thanks!

Hi,
1: I’m having a performance problem with my website/template. My site is actually without any cache system, because it doesn’t increase the performance. Yeah, it’s very strange. I’ve tested the site with/without ads (Google Ads) and with/without WP Super Cache ( I used the same settings that you raccommend in your guide here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ ).
These are the results of the tests with GTmetrix:
– WP Super Cache Disabled: https://gtmetrix.com/reports/gamesquare.it/68XvbBvI
– WP Super Cache Enabled: https://gtmetrix.com/reports/gamesquare.it/4w0X9Lh4
I’ve also tested the website with Google PageSpeed Load, it gave a vote of 72(min)-78(max) in Mobile View and 82(min)-85(max) in PC view.
The caching system gives one more problem to me, it doesn’t work properly with the Mobile Theme plugin and sometimes the cache shows the normal responsive theme instead of the mobile version. That’s why i’m not using it right now.
2: Sometimes when you open my website with Google Chrome (this isn’t a problem of my browser, because this is also happened to all my friends and only using Chrome) you will see this: https://i.gyazo.com/ac00cc46f780f576aca546ab8210f266.jpg
It seems to be caused by a “fail to load” of every CSS/JS files of the template (original and custom).
I don’t know if this is a problem located only on my website or of the template. Have you any idea?
Thank you in advance
I will add this issue to our list for further testing. We will investigate and if any issue is found with translations on the mobile theme, we will add a fix for it in the next theme update.
Thank you!
Hi
Try this css in theme panel > custom code > custom css, it will hide right side from the homepage on mobile: http://screencast.com/t/HoxZJHfYn
@media(max-width: 768px){.home .td-container .td-pb-span4{
display: none;
}
}
Thanks!
I had translated everything in the theme panel manually and had exactly the same problem with “latest articles”, “about us” etc – they are not being translated into the mobile theme if you do the translation manually in the theme panel. Then I used “load an available translation” option and it was fixed.
Hello nutriexperta,
If you want to get rid of it the mobile theme, please notice that you should disable the Mobile plugin from the Plugins area.
Thanks.
I have updated to the latest theme and updated all the plugins.
Now I have a problem with tagDiv Mobile Theme, it’s creating “wp booster errror”
td_api_base:: mark_used_on_page: a component with the ID: td_remote_cache is not set.
Site has “WP Super Cache” installed.. if I disable the mobile theme all works fine.
What might be wrong?
Hi tagDiv team,
I would like to know how can I disable, remove or uninstall the mobile theme plugin?
Website: http://www.nutriologaexperta.net
Goodmorning!
I folloW your instructions, but problems are still here…
Envato send a new theme update and i have one more problem.
I have and the mobile menu in my site!(desktop version) Why?
It appears that WP Super Cache is corrupting the tagDiv mobile theme. This started today. I am now using the latest version of WordPress 4.6.1.
I have been using this theme for 3 months now and WP Super Cache too. I had all the right settings in Super Cache, but as of today, it is corrupting the mobile theme. I have disabled it for the moment.
Here is the website in its perfect state when WP Super Cache is disabled: [CORRECT VERSION]

Here is the screenshot of when Super Cache is enabled:

I understand that you guys don’t support the WP Super Cache plugin. I need to know what caching plugin I can use with this theme. As I mentioned, WP Super Cache was working just fine until today.
I just tried W3 Total cache, same issue.
Thanks
Hello ozgurtaskaya,
For other users who access this topic, please notice that after several investigations in this regard have concluded that this type of issue come from WP Supercache which is not fully compatible with WordPress 4.6 and that’s why this problem occur. We hope that WP Super cache plugin will be updated it as soon as possible and that problem will be fixed. Notice that this issue appears and on Mobile Theme from Jetpack when the caching plugin is active.
Please notice that we have reported this issue to Jetpack and we are waiting for an update from them. Until that, you should use our workaround posted here -> https://github.com/Automattic/wp-super-cache/issues/132
Also, please try the theme without any untested plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme and rule out any conflicting in the theme.
Thanks for the message and sorry for the inconvenience!
Hello
I have a google custom search engine and it works well in desktop theme… where can I configure it for mobile devices?
I have the mobile theme deactivated…
I cant find the archive to make the change…
Thanks in advance
Thanks for the reply .
I understand that the subject has been designed in response mode .
In tablets, the web is viewed much like computer displays . But mobile advertising sidebar stays at the bottom , so that the reader will not see advertising while reading the news.
It would be perfect for us , so it looks like on mobile tablets .
If we can not do this, the theme does not help us .
Thank you.
Hello aberniz,
Unfortunately, this type of plugins is not tested with our theme and we cannot say for sure if it will work as properly with the theme, sorry! Please notice that we recommend using our Mobile Theme, according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Thanks.
Hello,
You have to create icons with each size mentioned in the theme panel here: http://screencast.com/t/rluHrsBvH
Once you upload each icon size in the theme panel you can access your site from the mobile phone and add the page to the home screen from the browser settings.
Here is an example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x1298MHvtmE and
Thank you!
For example, this morning. I saw 1st look five times and 2nd look two times when I checked the website. It seems mobile theme is getting disabled automatically from time to time. What can be the issue? To fix other issues, I already uninstalled and installed the theme few days ago so I dont want to do it again because it causes many issues.
Hello. Thanks for the info but that’s the problem. We never ever disable the mobile theme. Why then it switches to other mode from time to time?
Hello,
Well the mobile theme plugin does not seem to be active on your site. Please make sure the mobuile theme plugin is active or if you use wp super cache, please follow this topic to learn of an incompatibility issue that can easily be fixed with 1 line of code:
https://github.com/Automattic/wp-super-cache/issues/132

Hello ozgurtaskaya,
The first layout of your theme in mobile mode is when you have enabled the Mobile Theme plugin and the second one appears when the Mobile Theme is disabled. If you want to keep it the first one, please notice that your Mobile Plugin should be always in the active mode. For more information about our new concept in this regard, please check the documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello WSSC_info,
Please keep in mind that you do not have any problem with your homepage layout. I have inspected your website and I saw that you are using the Mobile Theme plugin which has an own layout for Mobile mode than without it. Perhaps you ‘re used to the responsiveness mobile layout and now when you have installed our new concept for the mobile mode you have noticed that difference, right? Please notice that our mobile theme intend to display the Big Grid at the top of the home page which is sorted by Featured Category, then some text if it will be added from Mobile Editor in Visual Composer and the Latest Articles module from the bottom of the page. For more information about our concept, please check here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ If you do not want to have our Mobile Theme, you simply disable the mobile theme plugin and the theme will be switched to the general responsiveness mobile mode.
Hope this helps!
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello ozgurtaskaya,
Do you are referring to the mobile theme? To fix Author name issue just paste below code in the mobile theme’s custom code box:
.td-post-author-name div { display:inline; }
If is not what you mean, please provide more details so I will be able to provide a more accurate response.
Thanks.
